Terrible service….definitely not a “premium”job and will leave you with nothing but a rag wiped exterior and baby wiped interior car. Something you can get way cheaper at a local car wash. Will emphasize tip options while neglecting to pay close enough detail to thoroughly do the actual job you paid them to do. Rip off company…anyone staying at 2250 Meridian in Alexandria should save their money.

I would not recommend this service. I received an email from the new apartment complex I moved into about this service and was excited that there was a convenient service to have your car washed. I'm glad I didn't set up the reoccurring and started with the one time service. 1. The car does not look washed, there are multiple streaks and does not look clean. 2. I paid for extra services to have the trunk cleaned and removed everything out as requested but this was not done. 3. The whole process in leaving your key and getting the wash completed it very confusing. They don't have envelopes like they mention and they don't tell you when it's been done. I have reached out via email and via the ticketing system but have not heard back. Do not book thinking it's convenient, you're better off taking the time to go somewhere because you'll have wasted time trying to get in contact with them.

Given today’s busy lifestyle, it’s good to know that there is a service I trust to wash and detail my vehicle, all taken care of overnight while I am sleeping! Can you believe it? The next day, I come down to our building’s parking structure and find my beautiful, clean, shiny car and I’m ready to go. No waiting in long lines at the car wash, jockeying into position, paying and tipping staff, and generally losing valuable time I could use elsewhere. Sounds good to me.

Not worth the service for me- you can get a similar clean for half the price at a local car wash. The convenience of being able to have my car cleaned without leaving my apartment was why I tried out the service. Once I started booking, I should’ve trusted my gut to just go get my car cleaned at the local car wash. They charge you extra for having an SUV which is understandable but also charge more money to have your trunk cleaned…. Why am I paying extra on top of more hidden fees? And if you don’t pay for these hidden fees, then they send out an email saying they’ll charge you DOUBLE if it’s needed.

Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Service and No Accountability I had a very negative experience with this service. The car cleaning was poorly done, and they do it at night when you aren't present to inspect the work (and you lay in advance). Not only was the cleaning subpar, but they also left a noticeable dent on my car door. When I contacted them with clear photo evidence, the president (Chris) initially responded with excuses and then stopped replying altogether — completely ignoring the issue instead of taking responsibility or offering compensation. For the premium price they charge under the promise of convenience, the service quality is shockingly bad. You’re far better off going to a trusted local car wash that values your time, your vehicle, and your business.

I will preface this review by saying I've never left less than a 5-star review on any organization. This is the first time where I felt compelled to leave a review less than 5 stars for a service I paid for. The first red flag was receiving a text message from the detailer, asking if I could let him into my building so he could charge his dead battery (it wasn't even 10AM). I showed him around the outside of the building where he could plug in to charge his battery. Secondly, the passenger side half of my dashboard was dusty. It was kind of funny to look at it, because the driver side half was evidently wiped and cleaned. There were quite a few things I caught that didn't make sense to me on how they were missed. I could've done the whole thing myself in an hour or so on a Saturday morning. The reason I paid for this service was strictly out of curiosity. I wanted to see if $115 (including tip) was worth it. It was not, so I will not be a returning customer. The exterior of my vehicle was pretty clean, hence the 2-star. I will be doing my own detailing from now on, as I could provide myself the same service that I paid for.

WashLB is available at my building. I love it! They have done a fantastic job each time and the only effort on my part was to be home and get them my key for the washes that include the interior being cleaned. If you have kids (furry or human), this is a necessity. I am happy with their services and plan to continue. Update November 2025- still love the convenience and quality of the service!

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I booked a morning slot on Saturday specifically for evening plans, but no one showed up—my car remained dirty with zero communication or notice until Sunday morning. WashLB only reached out next day claiming the detailer “could not come,” offering a reschedule after the fact, with no apology or explanation for the total radio silence. No phone support, no proactive updates. Completely disrupted my weekend—avoid this service unless you enjoy wasting time.

I booked WashLB here in Washington D.C. because my apartment complex was offering a promo. I would not recommend this service based on the experience I had here in D.C. First and foremost, the booking system is confusing and it does not clearly state that a larger vehicle will cost extra. I have no problem whatsoever paying extra for a 3-row vehicle, but the way it was communicated was disheartening. I received an email the night before my service to add an extra $12 for an XL vehicle if I have not done so already or "you will be charged double". It very much felt like it was not straightforward on the website as a way to charge people more. As for the service itself, I am not exaggerating how poor it was. I booked the premium service, which is the highest level of clean you can book (normally $120+ without the promo I had). The outside of the car was not done well but the inside looked like it was not touched at all. We thought they hadn’t even came for the service. I reached out to let them know how disappointing the service was and asked for a refund. They responded with an apology & that the cleaner "forgot" steps of the clean. The cleaner forgot to do a few steps completely but also did the rest very poorly. Ignoring my request for a refund, they offered to come back and fix what was not clean, which I would have accepted if it was just partially incomplete. But that was not the case so I kindly asked for a refund because I had little trust in this company to have access to my car again. The individual I was emailing with (Chris, who I believe is the owner) did not respond back to my last email and sent me a partial refund back to my credit card. Even if a partial refund was all they could do, the fact that they did not email me back and explain is unprofessional and shady. I have attached videos of my car and what I just described. I normally would not have made a fuss but I really don't think this service should be booked until they get a handle on their business. After tipping, the 50% off premium service, and the $12 XL vehicle fee - I paid $85 total & was refunded $48. I would never pay full price for this, let alone the $37 I just lost.

I usually never posts reviews like this, but after paying for their premium services and having your car look like this is disappointing. My rubber mats were definitely not cleaned and nothing but a simple wipe down was done to the interior of the car. Not to mention, i paid for the additional service of trunk cleaning and my trunk was not touched. Super disappointed, i got a partial refund at least.

Very happy with my service yesterday! It was super convenient, especially since they were willing to come out on a holiday. The price was reasonable, I only had to pay extra for salt removal but they made this clear before checking out. Will definitely book again.
