I would joke that my son had managed to have this 3 year old car look and smell like a Uhaul truck that had seen better days. Somehow Eddie managed to make it look new when he was done — the attention to detail was incredible. The interior was spotless, every surface was cleaned and conditioned, and the exterior had a deep, glossy shine. Brought my 2024 Subaru Impreza RS in and overall a 10/10 experience. Hadn’t had a interior clean for around a year and a half. Called for an appointment for an interior cleaning on Monday and got in early Tuesday. They walked me through exactly what would be done to the car and were very helpful to any questions i had. Got the car back around 5 hours later and it was looking and smelling brand new. I had a big coffee stain on my speaker in the back seat and they got it right out without damaging the speaker! Highly reccomend Alex’s! (Included some before and afters)

Eddie detailed my car back in late September. I paid $470 for a full interior and exterior detail, including engine bay cleaning and 1-step paint correction. Extremely disappointed to say the least. As a car enthusiast, I DO NOT recommend any other car enthusiasts to take your cars here for detailing. As you can see in the pictures I provided, this is the result you will get when you come to pickup your car after several days. I want to share that after pointing out numerous mistakes and missed spots, Eddie was reluctant to admit his shortcomings and low quality of work. He tried to “fix” everything when I arrived to pickup my car, which required me to wait an additional 2 hours before I gave up on speaking with him about my dissatisfaction. No compromise, no justification, nothing. When it came time to pay, they charge an abnormal fee to use a credit/debit card and asked for cash only. On top of that, they don’t provide itemized receipts or any type of receipt in general. I had to request one and was told to “wait 15 minutes while I figure out how to make an itemized invoice.” After 20 minutes, Eddie’s assistant couldn’t figure it out and told me it would be sent by the end of the day. This business is poorly run and produces poor results thus, explains its declining customer base and the reasoning for resorting to tax fraud with undocumented cash only transactions. 0/10, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

My whole experience with Alex’s was top notch! Researched a few different options in the area but was referred to Alex’s and it did not disappoint. Scheduled my service with Eddie quick and easy on the phone and he was even kind enough to suggest waiting an extra day to avoid some weather in the forecast. Eduard did an amazing job with my car! My car was neglected and unmaintained for about two years. It was completely covered in dog hair. Eduard was communicative throughout the whole process, sending text messages and images of progress. He also took good care of my personal belongings, even putting them all to one side in my trunk after the detailing. He rinsed down the exterior as well. I’ve been to Alex’s Premium Detailing several times. First was to correct an interior stain caused by a windshield repair. Eddie was more than help in removing the stain. I was so happy with the job I recently decided to get my 2019 Volvo s60 cleaned and a coat of ceramic applied. Not only does the car look fantastic but he complimentary coated the windows and headlights. He also removed all the water stains from the sun roof. I am very happy with how it turned out. had my car polished and waxed by Eddie, and honestly the results blew me away. The paint looks better than it has in years , deep gloss, mirror-like shine, and it feels so smooth to the touch. He managed to bring out the color and even reduce the appearance of small scratches and swirl marks that I thought were permanent. What I really appreciate is the attention to detail. Eddie didn’t just rush through it like a quick wash; he took his time to make sure every panel was perfect. Even the little things like the trim, lights, and edges look cleaner and sharper. The car not only looks amazing but also feels protected , water beads right off the surface, and it’s holding up beautifully even after a few days of rain and driving.
