A week ago, I had my daughter's Rogue to get clean. I was going to do it myself. But, I decided to try Full Service Carwash by On the Spot. I got the Full Service Carwash and was pleased with the results. They saved me the time and effort as again they done a great job. They done so well that I brought in my Silverado yesterday. Next up will be my Jeep Wrangler. Highly recommend.

I have a 2014 jeep wrangler, hatchback soft top with a spare tire carrier that sticks up and out. They were able to work around that and do a fantastic job! And this facility is something out of a movie. Similar price as regular car washes as well. I'll be back for sure

My first time through the Washlab Auto Spa in Huntsville. They took great care of the truck and it turned out great. I will be getting the annual package for sure. Only issue .... the vacuum area outside .... a little tight for our big trucks :-) People were great and very well polite --- I would recommend

Awesome experience and truck had a great shine! Update: Place is starting to go downhill since opening. The original finishing crew seemed to care more about doing a good job. Interior and exterior are not cleaned thoroughly, and the vehicle still has water remaining all over, that I have to dry it myself. Wheel shine are randomly missed as well.

I have used Washlab 4 times. Each time the car comes out looking super sharp. Impressive process and the staff is always very kind with a welcome and a thank you. I purchased the unlimited and I love it. I have used many drive through car washes before but this is truly state of the art IMHO. I think I have convinced my wife to take her car to Washlab. Great feeling driving a clean shiny car and of course a full tank of gas. Would highly recommend this company.

I wish I had a before photo to do this justice. Hands down, not going anywhere else again. Feels like a new car. They were busting it too. The level of quality is amazing. Pretty neat process they have here, and even cooler to watch. Definitely recommend adding margarita bar, so we can sit back and watch all the nice cars come through.

One of the best car washes in the area!! I have been to a few and no one takes better care of my 2007 Jaguar XK convertible better than the crew here. I have done both the conveyor belt wash and hand wash detailing. It may take a little bit longer but it is definitely worth the wait.

Second time user, but I won't be a third time user. Called ahead and they said it would be 10-15 mins, but it took 2 hours. I paid for exterior wash only, but I definitely could have done it quicker and much better myself. Lots of bugs left on front grill and fenders along with dirt on top of fenders. Where is quality control?

“The Best” place to have your vehicle detailed. Both of my cars always come out looking great! You also can chill and watch tv or work from your CPU in their climate controlled building. There is nothing like seeing your car coming down the floor sparkling better than new! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

This place is Over the Top awesome for a car wash. No appointment needed. You drive up under the overhang and n employee will come out to greet you, take your vehicle information and help you select a service. I went for the full service which includes inside and out ($45). The waiting area is impressive with lots of seating, free water/coffee and an area for kids to play. The staff uses air guns to help get all the water out of the creases when hand drying. The process was pretty quick and there were about 10 people waiting. I may have been there for 15-20 minutes. My car was gorgeous when done!

Called Washlab and inquired about their services- excellent customer service over the phone Explanation of detailing and pricing- detailed information and exact price excellent Quoted time- moderate- I called them at the 4th hour Pick up- cordial attendant took my payment The floor, floor mats and inside looked great. Problem- the outside; fingerprints from my son were still on the passenger door and oil splatter remained on the back door. I asked if they washed the outside and was told yes. The attendant took her finger and was able to remove one of the splatters. *To make this a 5 Star she could have sent the car back for another wipe down. I asked for a cloth and wiped the oil splatter myself. I paid for a full detail. I wish I could show the splatters.

I visited for the first time to get my wife’s Rover cleaned. I was very impressed with the facility and especially the escalating floor. They have fair prices for a full wash and interior clean. Their process was efficient and I appreciate the use of air to assist removing excess water, minimizing the contact of the vehicle exterior parts. I visited on a Saturday and had to wait almost hour, which is understandable. I sat in their nice wait area and was able to watch several vehicles go through the process. Three separate teams are working on each vehicle as it moves along the floating floor. After watching more closely that’s where I noticed a major flaw in their process. Bottom line, no towel management is used. As a certified Master Detailer, it’s crucial to use specific towels on different surfaces, like paint, glass, interiors, door jams, hood, rear hatches and wheels. It’s easily done by choosing different colors for each surface. Example, green for exterior paint, blue for glass, yellow for interiors, black for wheels, gray for coatings like ceramic, and finally orange for door jams, under hoods and rear hatches. I watched each team use different colors over glass, paint and doors jams. I saw one team member using two colors on all surfaces. At no time did any of them fold the towels in quarter and fold the to a new side when moving to a vehicle. Each towel if folded properly can have a total of eight sides. Everyone’s paint is different and I find it a cardinal sin to use the same towel on multiple vehicles without folding to a clean side. To ownership and management. This needs to be addressed immediately. All team members need to be educated and trained using a system. Supervisors must ensure the process is followed. I know this review was lengthy and hopefully everyone has learned a little bit about a proper detail.

For the money this is an incredible car wash. $45 gets you interior vacuum and wipe down and an impressive exterior wash. I'm absolutely horrible about getting my car cleaned but had time to kill while in Huntsville and found this place on University. There was years of grime and dirt on the outside and inside of my car so I spent over an hour here but completely worth the drive from Birmingham. They have my car looking pretty good again.
