I really like this car wash. Great prices and they are very nice. I went on a Sunday afternoon and there was a little bit of a wait for those getting the packages such as special or new deal, but it’s worth it because they take their time and clean every inch of your car. It was the service and result of a detailing package for the price of a high end wash. Can’t beat it. Plan on returning regularly.

Do not take your car here if you care about the paint. I brought my brand new 2025 Audi S3 here yesterday, June 14 at around 11:30am because of the good reviews. The attendant who takes payment on the drivers side set the metal power washer tip on the hood of my car while spraying and scratched it. I watched it happen. I filled out an incident report and am waiting for them to contact me. I’ll update this review after I know whether they plan on taking responsibility and making this right. Update: They refused to take any responsibility and gas lit me in every interaction I had with them, even after I showed them on the video where the employee touched the metal nozzle to the car. The scratches didn’t go through the clear coat so they came out, but I’m never going here again.

This place gave me a flat tire when he told me to line my tires up I herd a poping sound an when I got out the wash the guy said you’re going to have a flat tire I was so mad they act like they can’t speak English when they do something wrong I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one

Lots of value. The new deal package seems to be a good choice. They do interior and exterior with a good amount of attention to detail vacuuming and cleaning surfaces. Also includes an air freshener and tire shine. Will return

This car wash is awesome! First I went for a regular wash, fast and absolutely worth it. Later on decided to try their deal for $35 or $45(don’t remember exactly plus for SUV lit bit higher price). But all worth it, they did very thorough job, did you see other car wash in the city wiping windows inside the car? I didn’t so it’s impressed me. Yesterday I took our car for detailing and now our car is a brand new👍 And trust me, our car was a mess after driving a dog, so they did incredible job! Also all staff is so friendly 😊

Wash absolutely destroyed my paint, left sweeping scratches on both left and right side of the roof. Good interior service but at this point I don't care. Also their machine somehow bent my driver side mirror backwards, but it didn't damage it somehow, still works.

Fast, thorough, reasonably-priced, and - best of all - super clean and shiny. The place does not look like much from the street but don’t be fooled. These guys work hard and they’ll get your car shining inside and out. You’ll easily pay more for less almost anywhere else in Philly or the suburbs.

I have been a customer for over 5 years. I do not live close to here and have tried many other car wash’s that are more convenient in location for me. This is the best car wash not only in Philadelphia but the entire Philadelphia area. Everybody at this establishment works so hard to make sure you leave with a perfectly clean car. For any complaints about how expensive it is, you get what you pay for at this place.

I went to Washington Ave Car Wash for a simple $6 car wash which they advertise highly. The staff told if you want a $6 car was bring us cash and if you want to pay with card minimum of $12 pressurizing to pay more, and have to wait 45 minutes for vaccum , then they make you more uncomfortable by telling you to move out of the line while the cars are committedin . Its a hostile car wash. Dont come here if you want a $6 car wash

I had the special car wash service for 38 plus 4dollers for the SUV here, but the experience was extremely bad. They told me it was done and I was about to give them a tip but I found that the door handle wasn't cleaned properly. So I told them and they did wiped it again. I don't usually check my car very carefully after it's washed, but when I got in, I could clearly see several places that weren't cleaned. My carpet was also dirty. So I cleaned it myself with wipes. Someone came over and asked if it was okay. I told him it was still very dirty and showed him the dirty spots. He told me to move my car to another place so I could clean it myself. I didn't want to argue too much, so in short, I won't come back.and they talk so meannnn !
