I opted for the full service with vacuum upgrade (+$5). Exterior wash was okay. A little dirt left behind in usual problem areas, but that is to be expected of a drive through car wash. My true disappointment lies with the interior clean. The cleaning cloths left behind lots of fibers on the entertainment center. The creases on my seats still had dirt left behind. The trunk was not vacuumed at all. Lastly, as a pet owner I never expect for all the pet hair to be cleaned out, but areas of the car looked like they had not even ran a vacuum across it at all. I wish I had opted to use the self service vacuums instead as I ended up having to finish the job myself anyway.

I got my car washed today and they did an amazing job on the interior! It’s like I got my car detailed for $150 and I only paid $27. Amazing. I saw a previous review that mentioned that “young boys” were working the car wash and if you see them, expect a subpar job. That’s absolutely not the truth. “Young boys” cleaned my car today and spent well over 30 minutes making sure it was immaculate inside and out. Everyone was also very friendly and polite and made sure to ask if there were any specific focus areas for my car. I will absolutely be back and hope I get the same crew next time (although I’m sure everyone’s great)!

In my opinion, I would not recommend this place at all. I generally don’t post reviews frequently, but I’m sharing this to help others make informed decisions. During a recent visit, I updated my license plate as part of my membership. When I explained this, the staff member responded with visible frustration and told me to leave, saying he didn’t have time to look up my record. His tone and posture felt aggressive, making me uncomfortable. I chose not to engage further and drove away. I then walked to the office hoping to speak with a manager, but the same person shouted from a distance, saying, “I got this,” which discouraged any further conversation. I quietly left without being able to speak to anyone responsible. He also said loudly he would cancel my membership. I hadn’t used the service in months, and overall only 5–6 times in a year. I’m not blaming anyone—just sharing this for transparency and to encourage better service experiences.

Has to be the best car wash experience i have had in RVA. Much better than car pool and comparatively cheaper. I opted for a full service and the guys did a great job of cleaning the interiors, washing the front mats etc. I didn’t know the full service doesn’t include the mats for the back seat and the trunk, but they stil cleaned the back seat maps as a courtesy! Kudos!

What a hidden Gem this place is. These guys are so polite I was so amazed. Their parents should be proud. I spoke to the owner while I was waiting. I had no idea that his car wash has been in Glen Allen for 8 years. I had been using Flag Stop for years. It doesn’t compare. I did sign up for the monthly washes. With the monthly washes. You will get full service cleaning once a month. You can go through the washes as you please and vacuums are available. Even if you don’t was the membership. The cost of $27 to have them clean your car is regardless a great deal. They have the cutest lobby. I talk with fellow members that have been coming for years. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible horrible customer service! The “manager” because he definitely is not leadership! Extremely rude. We’re visiting all the way from Georgia and we’re in the carwash business and never I mean experience service like this! The tunnel is trash! Car wasn’t even clean and all we asked was for some tire shine! Who ever owns this place! You’re going to loose a lot of money if you don’t evaluate your staff! Bad business!

Was really hoping the owner would call but I guess I'll start here. I came in for a wash this past weekend, while in the wash my windshield cracked. There was no previous evidence of a crack so this was really shocking to me when I was coming out of the wash. I spoke to an employee who immediately said "we have signs that say we are not responsible for damage" and I do understand that. I gave my name and number for the owner to reach out. It's frustrating to not hear back even for an apology. I came in for a $15 wash and now have a $1,000+ windshield replacement to deal with.

Former customer of years Love this place. One HUGE issue is the lack of an indicator whether they're open [often closes early (unsure why, but not a huge deal) or closed due to weather]. The problem is I lose 30 minutes of my time off work everytime I show up during business hours to find them closed. Getting an answer over the phone is hit or miss. How about a stoplight on your websites homepage? Green for open. Yellow for might close soon. Red for closed?

This place has really fell off. I decided to get my car wash on this past Sunday, and I regret my decision. I paid for the full package $27, dash oil, wax, upgraded vacuum, tire shine, door panel clean, and rubber mat wipe down. I forgot I have carpet mats throughout the car, so I said leave that $10 on as a tip. Let’s just say I will never do that again. The doors were not done, the tires didn’t look like there was any shine. I watched the guy the entire time and he said he did my tires but he did not. The dash wasn’t properly oil down like I expected. It was a rush job ! Total including the tip came up to $67 and it wasn’t worth it ! I ended up going to another location to get my car re washed. The guy rushed my car and when I would ask him questions he appeared to have an attitude. Then those burgundy towels that he used for my car he was seen wiping his nose with it. Just disgusting. Then when I told him that there were spots here and there on the car he tried to hand me that same nasty towel to fix it. I paid for a service and I feel like I was ripped off. The customer service could have been better. I will never tip again before the services are complete. I used to love this place but they have completely fell off ! If I could give 0 stars I would. I will not be returning to this establishment. The owner need to hire new staff. They did a horrible job with my car. I used to recommend this place to family and friends but never again. If you are thinking about this place then think again ! It’s all about the money to them. I also feel as though their racist as well. I was the only black person there getting my car wash. Smh

It was my first time there and I went through the automatic wash, it didn't even clean the coffee I had spilled on the car off. Then I went to the vacuum and it was not very powerful at all. Dont waste your money on this one. It's unfortunate since its close to my new place, but I'll find somewhere else to wash it. The only plus was that the staff was friendly.

Glad I listened. Heard about this car wash from 3 separate people. By far the best money I have spent this month. I use my vehicle for work and it gets dirty, I wasn't expecting much, but I did a double take when I got in. The staff did a great job and made sure I was satisfied before I got in, (usually someone points to the truck and I have to chase someone down for something missed ). Definitely will be back to join the monthly wash club.

Paid 51 dollars for a wash plus add on. The bare minimum was done. Dust and dirt still everywhere. Seats not fully vacuumed dirt wasn’t fully wiped off car. I even tipped them 5 bucks each.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH, horrible service. My car sat in the sun after exiting the car wash. Salt, water spots were all over my car. I advised one off the alleged adults there ( w/beard). He said he would talk to the kid and instruct him on how to finish the car. That did not happen asked the other Adult yahoo.(Name Max Kepler)(Told me that he is not the manager. He ordered me to follow him, deep inside the car wash , through multiple doors.and showed me two big tanks. He said we don’t leave spots????? What? Why the theatrics? He was trying to scare me Saprano style! Came back to my car, multiple spots were not properly wiped clean. I started wiping the car my self. To demonstrate that the car was not clean.He said , OK-this is about as good as it gets. Then asked me to leave without finishing the job. He was pushing my door closed against me. The floor mats were not returned to me. Mike Kepler is the registered owner of this business.This place provides substandard work!!!!! If you ask it to be fixed or redone he apparently takes it very personal and will snap. Max I learned in 8th grade an important lesson! The customer is always right.

‼️ I will NEVER return ‼️ I paid $80 for the Full Service including a $13 tip. Unfortunately, I didn’t inspect my car enough. The chrome up front was slightly damage already, but it came all the way off & they never bothered to return it or tell me. Seats not cleaned thoroughly or under as they claimed the package included. Wheel rims not cleaned either😩 SEE ATTACH PHOTOS
