The Internet was down, so it made it difficult. I had to go back out to an ATM. Facility seemed OK. Update. Even worst. Won’t be back. Well there you go. I came back again in January 2025 twice now they’ve had the Internet down and you can do cash only. It’s like dealing with children. I pray that I don’t have any reason to come back from this point forward they can have the $6.50 on the card .

The machines aren't working properly my grandma had to pay to wash her clothes for twice the price and the dryers take at least 2 or 3 times each load to properly dry maybe just need to be cleaned but it's ridiculous she had to pay 10$ for a load that should been 5$

Hands down the CLEANEST, well operated laundromat I’ve ever been in! Tons of machines, washers and dryers of all sizes and are extremely well maintained! The crew here go above and beyond to deliver a superb visit every single day. I won’t say how, but they absolutely made my day, left me floored. It’s nice to know kind people still do exist 💜 I’m so very grateful to y’all, you sparked a glimmer of hope on my mind and that’s not an easy task- like said, you have no idea. The world needs all of you in it, spreading your hard working ethical ways, kindness and love ❤️ Again, I am eternally grateful and a little bit of a better person today thanks to you. You sparked light in me I thought I’d never have again. Sounds crazy but you are exceptional humans.

The newer Laundry detergent machine with the Laundry containers you can buy for $7 did not push out the detergent. It's a Saturday & there is no staff on duty nor will anyone answer the phone. The machine ripped me off & I'm sure management or the owner set the machine up that way. How many people you ripped off??

I travel a lot, so I've been to a lot of laundromats. This is the biggest and cleanest one I've been to yet. You do need to put money on a card in order to use the machines (so make sure you have the right amount of money on there with non left over so you don't waste money if you're traveling). But if I ever come back to this area this will 100% be my laundry spot.

I have to begin by saying I am not a fan of spending time in a Laundromat, laundry is a necessary chore. However, with that said, it has been a pleasure to find Wash Yer Duds in Gainsville. I make the 30-minute drive from Dawsonville every week to do the weekly washing until our home is ready and I can once again co0mplete this task in the comfort of home. After experimenting with multiple Laundromats in Dawsonville, Cumming, and Gainesville, I lucked up on Wash Yer Duds and have continued to return. First, the place is vast with plenty of available washers and dryers available on every visit I have made. The machines are all newer and in operating order until many other locations I have visited around where you think you found an open machine only to see an "out of order" sticky note on it or worse yet, you lose your quarters. Secondly, the place has always been clean and tidy. The machines are clean, floors, bathrooms and folding tables are always in excellent condition. All of our clothes have come out very clean, and spots (after proper pre-treatment) are entirely removed. The dryers heat well but do not burn or scorch your clothing and clothes come out free of wrinkles. I like the fact that I don't risk losing quarters in machines that do not work, I purchase a laundry card and can refill as needed. If I add $20 credit, I receive a $2 bonus credit on my card. All machines take the laundry card including the snack and drink machines. There are plenty of baskets for loading and unloading your clothes; they sell soaps and items also. From time to time you will find people inside cleaning the store, but otherwise, they are unstaffed if that is an issue. I do four loads each week and can get in and out in an hour typically with all the week's laundry done and folded.

Very clean laundromat. Machines very easy to use, with Bilingual instruction prompts (Spanish/english). Wish they had an attendant or area to purchase laundry supplies for convenience. Also when getting my laundry card the card was stuck in the machine; I had to pry it out with my key ring. So just be cautious when loading a new card. Almost flushed $20 down the drain.

I never come to a laundry mat, but needed to wash some large bedding. I was shocked to find that you can’t use the restroom because It does not have a door. The other 2 bathrooms are staff only and locked. I spent $36 to wash some bedding and spent almost 2 hours waiting for the wash and drying and needed to use the restroom. It’s disappointing that you can’t use the restroom. Please add a door to your restroom.

The place is large and you get some discounts added sometimes when you load your card. I've only been here twice but I won't be back. I split my laundry into very small loads to dry them for 40 mins on high, which was 3$ each on 7 loads. All of my clothes were still really damp, this is the second time this happened and I used different dryers both times. The washers are fine and not too expensive but there is something wrong with the dryers. Also, most of the machines are out of order. I liked the location and the large area and I hope they get the dryers and the machines fixed.

I came to this laundromat four times before and there is always staff on duty. When I came in today to put my throw blanket in the washing machine it was stuck on 1 minute for 20 minutes!! So when I went to open up the washing machine door all the water spilled in my shoes and the floor. Of course no staff to be found and they didn’t answer the phone. I had to put MORE money on my card so it can RINSE AND SPIN since it didn’t the first time.

I went to was blankets at Wash Yer Duds. I deposited $ 40 dollars into the machine gave me a card, but when I went to slides it said it was not valid . I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone, but they never answer. I’ve also gone but no one is ever there.😡

Got a card to use out of the machine with $20 cash. Card wouldn’t work in any of the machines because it was unidentified. Called the number multiple times…no answer! Luckily another customer let me give them cash to use their card. I want my card activated and the money put on it! Very disappointing that there is no way to contact when issues arise.

Absolutely amazing here. Super clean and workers were actively clean when I arrived, the big washers are a dollar cheaper than the medium washers at other places. Everything is done by a card that you load your money on. The card cost $1 your first time but you get a $2 bonus on you card. I will definitely be back to this place for sure.

Overall amazing experience and helpful staff. $10 minimum reloads on cards is not a customer oriented decision or preferred. Machines ranging up to $13/load) for largest washer for multiple traditional loads at once). But otherwise, Great experience, awesome machines, helpful staff.

I’ve been trying to reach someone and no one answers. On 1/26 around 7 PM, I put $12 cash on a new card from the machine, and the card immediately came up invalid. That makes no sense since the card came directly from your machine. Because of this, I wasn’t able to wash my clothes at all. I had to take my clothes out of the washer with detergent already on them and bring everything back home. This was a complete inconvenience and a waste of time and money. I paid cash, but I still have the card as proof. I want to know how I’m supposed to get my money back, because so far I can’t get anyone to respond.
