Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service by the manager on duty-Steve. There equipment track stopped running, so my truck stopped moving, the car behind me bumped into me. It took forever for anyone to notice something was wrong, even with our honking. Steve refused to answer simple questions about what happened, was instantly defensive, lied to me multiple times when I asked about being hit by the car behind me & refused to give a a $7 dollar refund. Never use this place!!

My wife took her new car through Wash World and got deep, swirling scratches acrossed the trunk lid. Repeated attempts to resolve this matter with the manager and supervisor got us absolutely nowhere. I suggest they change the name to Scratch World and for anyone who cares about their vehicle to go elsewhere! Can't give it the minus 100 stars it deserves.

Wash world is my car wash that i bring both of my vehicle's to, the car wash cleans my auto's exterior just as good i would washing them by hand, basically all i have to do is very little wiping and apply tire shine after I'm out of the carwash. I have visited twice and had a poor experience both times. The first time was a little over a month ago. I went for $4 Wednesday. The gentleman using the power washer wand at the beginning found a piece of bubbling paint (no bigger than 2" in diameter) and used his pressure washer on it until the paint stopped flying off, leaving me with a 4"x6" piece of bare metal which has since rusted. The second time I went was much more recent. Again, for a $4 Wednesday deal. This time the power washing went well but as soon as I was sudsed up the car wash broke down. It was only a 5 minute wait for the repair. Once I got out I noticed my driver's side mirror was broken. I got home and noticed I also have a pretty good sized ding on the passenger side behind the rear door now. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Great customer service, they usually take their time in putting in effort to wash your car properly, free vacuums if you get a wash, easy to see from the road connected to a gas station. They also have subscriptions you can buy where you can get a carwash literally everyday for that month you paid.

For one, they’ve scratched my car so many times is unbelievable. Two, I joined the app for $24.95. Realized I didn’t want to scratch my car anymore so I went on the app and canceled just like it says to do and they took their money still. Contacted my bank to have them get it reversed and they did. The bank told me to call and inform them what I’ve done and that I want it canceled. I did! Guess what? They’re taking their money again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially if you have a new car. They will ruin it! CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!

The guy spraying my car was being rude. Looked at my car a couple of times before stopping and just staring at me and stopped spraying completely. I figured i might’ve been on the hose so I rolled my window down to ask but he looked at me pointed and the sprayed my sister through the window. When I brought it up to what I would assume to be the manager he didn’t care at all. Super disrespectful and will not be going here again.

Great place to wash your car beats Tommy’s Express any day because Washworld care about details immensely and the prices are cheap and realistic. The only massive downside is that they don’t dry off or rather buff off after the power dryer which is a real bummer this place can be a staple of that if they did it. Please consider that Washworld I will have a membership if you have that extra detail. Overall recommend!
