My daughter went here and the worker insisted she get the monthly special instead of buying a one time wash so she did. He did not explain she was signing up for a membership nor did she sign anything agreeing to future charges. She found out when it posted her bank account. When we called, they said she signed the brochure. I'm waiting for this so called copy to prove she signed it. They will rip you off, sign your name for you then claiming you signed it. I doubt I will ever receive the copy as they know she didn't sign anything. Forgery is a big deal. Don't go here!!

Our favorite carwash and member ship... wish there was some paper towels or a vending machine to purchase wipes for the dash and windex for the interior window...my tire shine seems to only be on the driver's side.. not packed much...I love their vacuums and air

I went today for my first car wash, I had received a month of unlimited washes. At the end of wash, the little light on the top back of my car came off, and I never had that happened before

Nice car wash. I love the 30 day free trial they give ppl. But it's absolutely overpriced. I just hope it stays up to par. Bc the last location I went to, which got bought out to another company, stayed breaking down. I don't like the fact u have to buy Windex from them, instead of it being provided like most car washes.

This is probably the worst carwash I’ve been to in a while. The dryers left spots all over my car. The vacuums don’t work. They do not offer windex. But most Importantly, the worker insulted me when I did not want to buy a monthly membership. Very rude and I will never return again

The carwash itself is ok. They try to sell you a $45 per month for $22 trial offer like thats a deal. I expected for them to have free towels and window cleaner and a place to wash your mats. Nope all you get is a wash and vacuum. Not a good deal to me at all. Read the reviews. You can cancel at anytime but still be charged. Watch out and pass them by.

If you just need your car to be wet then this is the place. If you need your car to get clean I don't know what to tell you. I haven't found a place in Murfreesboro yet that will get my car clean and this one is no exception. The vacuums seem to work well, but honestly I really needed my car cleaned in this was a really disappointing experience yet again. This is my third trip & I don't believe there will be a fourth. I'm also not a fan of the high-pressure sales which borders on a little rude. If a customer expresses that they don't want to talk you should really just step away since you have a very expensive machine there that will still take my money

Sat in the VIP lane for 15 minutes while the employee and the car in front of me tried to figure out how car washes work. going back to tommy's. its out of the way but at least they have a lane designated for this. Owner, don't bother responding, its not an issue you can fix unless you re-work your whole set up. its just something you'll have to deal with at this place. sometimes there will be a 15 minute wait.

This place is a messy car wash. I used the free pass I got in the mail. When I went through yesterday the wash cracked my windshield a little bit and the employee trying to say it’s dirt. Like what the hell. I tried calling the customer service number no one comes to the phone. Don’t waste your time coming to this car wash also doesn’t even clean your car that good. I found some fine scratches as well on my paint.

The man with a beard who works at cleaning the car before pulling into the wash was so incredibly rude and didn’t even clean off my front windshield after I had paid for the service. Worst car wash I have ever been to.

I got the platinum package last week. I came back today and got another wash and went to get something out my trunk when I got home only to see its very dirty still. I will absolutely be canceling the membership. At least the vaccums work but you can't access them separately without using the carwash I think.

I’ve come here before to get my car washed no issue ! But last Wednesday I came paid for their most expensive wash and it damaged my paint on my car it’s been over a week no one has reached out to me ! It’s a new car I am extremely upset… I paid for my car to be clean I didn’t pay $22 to get paint damage I’ve left messages and called with no response … I literally just want this made right and my vehicle fixed after this wash .I filled out a incident report took photos left my information and this is extremely frustrating. Update they called me months later and told me it was no way it was the car wash … and that more of my car would’ve been scratched . So now I have to get this fixed for trying to have a clean car…. I’ll stick to the self serve wash

I have been coming to the car wash for over a year now, and the experience has been nothing but better and better every time I come. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. That’s always made me feel welcome. The service has been amazing. All the guys including the manager which is very awesome. I have been fighting a fatal illness for sometime now, and coming to the car wash is part of my therapy on an every day basis, and the smile and the greeting and the friendly experience. Have been coming to this location since its opened. Today, the man that was guiding people into the car wash was super thorough and even took the time to recognize that I am a disabled veteran and wished me a happy Veterans day. Not that I am looking for the accolades or recognition, but these small acts of kindness and reverence can change anyone's day. I washed the car. Just ran my errands notice. Car was still dirty. Went back they were closed. Went the next day and they told me that I got the car dirty after I left the lot even though it's only on one corner of the car That's what the manager told me right after the girl at where you pay told me they've been having problems getting cars clean. I called like it said and they did nothing. It's a computer generated response

I paid 12 bucks for a car was that made most of my car a little bit more clean. I ran through a puddle a couple of days ago and it wasn’t even able to remove the dirt from that! It didn’t even remove the majority of brake dust from my wheels. The windows have a ton of brush marks and the back of the car looks like it wasn’t even touched. I’ll have to wait until I get home and wash it myself. Terrible value for money. 12 bucks down the drain.. literally.
