When this place first opened it was very good. The effort of the employees doing the prewash has steadily declined over the past few years. I’ve tried every wash option they offer and my truck is never fully clean when it comes out the other side. If the employees doing the broom wash would put a little more effort into it before it enters the tunnel it would probably be OK.

At first I was really impressed with this car wash. I went there a couple of days ago and got the Platinum wash. When my husband and I went through it and half of the drivers side brushes were either not there or they were bundled up and not running. I know that it was only $20, but the principle of the car wash is for all of it to be operational. They did not have any signs indicating the brushes were inoperable, no discount and the gentlemen at the front did not notify us either. There is a new one in Hazel Green being built and I hope this one has better communication with its customers!

This car wash does not clean your car at all .especially the back of your car. Also, watch out for the attendant at the screen that will try to talk you into a free month but really she is signing your credit card up for a month To month with a Recurring bill at $40 a month. She will not tell you It's a recurring month to month bill untill after she runs your credit card . You have to figure out how to cancel it before the month is up.

I washed my car on 5-10-24. He told me I could get a VIP wash for $25.00 and can wash several times by 6-9-24. I got my bill and they also charged my $50.00 on 6-10-24. Company said I signed a contract, but I didn't. Refuses to refund. So I paid $75.00 for one wash

I've been using this car wash for several years and i used to like it. There were always 2 attendees that would brush your car from front to back. All of the car wash systems worked perfectly. I've noticed that ot looks like it has changed names recently and the last few times I've taken my car there only 1 attendee comes out at the last to brush half the car if you're lucky. Most of the nozzles don't work in the wash. The tire shine never works anymore and the air dryers didn't work this last time. Very disappointing..I guess I'll take my car to the ones that were put in Hazel Green or the ones on Winchester Road

While the car wash and vacuum are good, the recent changes to the facility. I don't need someone at the wash selection machine to select my wash for me and i don't need them to try to convince me to get their membership every time i come for a wash. Also every customer knows how to use a touch screen to select our wash. We dont need someone to do it for us.

I don't recommend this car wash. They don't warn you if their services are partially down. Vacuums were down. I paid for 2 car washes. I asked for refund and they wouldn't give me any, not even for the second unused wash. Calling customer service was a waste of time. Wish they would have refunded my second car wash so I could have taken my car elsewhere to get Vacuumed with that money. They will just rob you and not care! If you have money issue, don't trust this company to work with you! I talked with their management and they don't care about you, your money, you car situation, or if they deceived you.

This location has lost two customers from my family. I came at closing time which I was not aware since the machine took my payment. The owner Brandon was upset obviously because he had somewhere to be. Instead of asking for me to return tomorrow he proceeds to allow me to get a wash but then turns the vacuums off while using it. I then proceeded to ask about the machine turning off and he said we’re closing. I asked could I return tomorrow to finish my wash tomorrow and he said yes. As I’m finishing to wipe my truck he starts pressing on his gas - I guess to signal for me to hurry up. Suggestion- if you close at 7 please place your cones out or then your machine off at that time or prior.

The worst car wash I have ever been to. The employee are extremely lazy and lack customer service. 75% of the time I went to the car wash I had to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to come out of the building. Even then I had to honk my horn to get them to come out. Not to mention the car wash is terrible. Some times the soap comes out and other times it doesn’t. I understand the dryer is not suppose to completely dry the car, but it shouldn’t look like it drove through a rain storm after exiting the car wash. Absolutely not worth it. I gave them a month. And the service never improved. I’ll be signing up at a local Mister Mister. They have never failed me. And their customer service is great at all locations.

The kid running the car wash in the morning is always so rude. He really acts like he hates his job and I always have to wait on him to come out of the office to start the wash. The wash is usually satisfactory. Today there were no towels or spray out for use and he could care less but yet I still have to get my car washed 🤷♂️.

I give this place the lowest star. My dad has a monthly subscription here and while he has the lowest plan available he is still a loyal customer. He has the bronze plan and it barely sprays any soap on his car and every time his car comes through it, it comes out still dirty. When he says something to the young man, they don't have the greatest attitudes. If you are planning on getting a subscription here do not get the bronze one it is not worth the 19.99 a month. The highest plan they have you have to pay 25 dollars for the first wash and then it's $45 dollars a month. I'm sorry but I'll wash my own car for now on.

Good car wash just not great. They don’t get the bugs off your grill and hood. Wheels don’t get a good cleaning. Great vacuums and cleaning supplies for your use.

I received a postcard offering a free carwash. My back up camera was very dirty so I went to get the free wash. In order to get that free wash I was coerced into signing up for a month of washes. Well my car went through the process only to still have it back just as dirty as it was before the wash. I am not impressed whatsoever.

This was supposed to be the Platnium wash, went through 2 times and it didn't make a difference....many of the vacuums don't work and the ones that do, do not have good suction. Won't go here again

I usually go to Blue Express Carwash on South Parkway. I was out that way and decided to try this Carwash. I paid $20 for there very best and my car looks like I paid for the $8 Carwash. No tire shine at all and the vacuums were horrible. I didn't even get a receipt after I pushed the button for it and I sat there waiting and no one even attempted to come to the pay station and when I finally pulled up I had my window down thinking they would have asked me if something was wrong but no they didn't they started spraying my car and I had to roll my window up. Also they didn't even offer an air freshner.

I stopped by with my daughter over the weekend to get her new car washed. I talked to a guy named Chris. At first I thought it was the owner but he said he was the assistant mananger. This guy went over and beyond to make sure her car was clean. I felt like he done more work than the automatic machine did. I have been there alot but never seen him before. This is the guy to keep around.

I cannot recommend this place. I am new to the area and this was the only drive-through car wash I could find. Not sure if it is always this way, but this car wash does not even get the dirt off of your car. I paid for the highest wash possible and it was $20. An employee was at the entrance with a brush to clean the front / back of the car before the auto wash takes over. I got done and pulled up by the vacuums and my car was still filthy. The auto wash was one of the fastest I've ever been through. See photos below. Maybe they need to calibrate their machines and slow down the track.
