Because of major health issues it took 6 months before I could return, but they honored their offer and did an amazing job! The redo is everything a professional detailing should be. Brought my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 in mainly to have the engine bay detailed. Asked over the phone if that's something they could do for me due to all the electronics. Yeah, no problem at all. So I dropped it off the following week I get a call asking if we want to do some extra detail upgrades sure no problem. The interior was flawless so nothing inside needed detailing just exterior. I picked it up after closing, the owner was on vacation. The detail wasn't bad it looked nice, but again main reason I dropped it off was for the engine bay to be detailed. I popped the hood and it looks like it just had a quick rinse. I still had insect cacoons stuck to the bottom of the hood, dirt and dust around the engine bay and was charged almost $500. Called the following day to let them know and was informed all they can do is a quick rinse of the engine bay due to electronics. I specifically asked this question prior to dropping it off and confronted him about it on the phone with little to no explanation. I'm sure they do great work overall I just hate I was mislead over the phone and charged that much for an exterior detail.

After an incident at work where a company got yellow spray paint overspray all over my car, I brought it to Andrew at Shine. He was quick to give me an estimate to give to the company and scheduled my car to get fixed as soon as possible. They did an absolutely amazing job getting the spray paint off and were very kind and courteous. It's like having a brand new car. Definitely recommend!!
