This is by far the nicest car wash I’ve been to in a long time! It’s so clean, the self vacuuming is amazing! They all work great and provide rags and spray bottles to get that clean car smell we all love.. they even have the little air gun to help get the little crumbs that’s hard to wipe down! I live in Dallas but when I come back out here to grapevine and need a car wash this is the place I’ll be coming too. If I could give more stars I would.

Car came out with noticeable scratches after using this wash. I take good care of my vehicle, so seeing fresh damage was frustrating. The scratches weren’t there before, and it clearly happened during the wash. Very disappointed, won’t be coming back.

I know the employees change but I hope these are treated well and stay. I got the $18 top of the line wash because of all the bugs splattered on my grill from traveling and the cleaning of my undercarriage. The guys working did a great job and actually worked hard on cleaning the grill. It was not a brush over and be done. They spayed, scrubbed and spayed again. I hope they do not get in trouble for their customer service and dedication, or should I say the time & effort they put on cleaning my grill. I also hope when I return, I get the same great service I got on this visit. The vacuums are not as good. Or at least the one I used, weak and not much sucking power. Took longer to vacuum over one spot to get the dirt up from top soil, that got spilled in the back. I will return for the wash, not the vacuums.

Best car wash I have ever been to. I have a GMC 2500 and the car wash was still able to get my truck clean. We drove in from West, Tx for a Rangers game and hit every big on the way there. The awesome staff scrubbed the front of the truck clean prior to sending it through. They also offer free vacuums and microfiber towels to clean your ride inside and out after you finish.

First problem I noticed was that they didn't even come close to getting my car clean. No big deal, I'll just ask them to let me go through again. Then I got around to the back of my car and saw that my license plate was bent. I also noticed a scuff on one of my doors. After seeing that, I don't even wanna go back through.

I hate going to the Carwash and encountering the “should be working as a car sales person” trying to upgrade me to the unlimited carwash service. This is the first time I’ve gone to a place like this that didn’t do that at all. In addition, they did an extra dry all around the car at the end. Again, I haven’t had others do that. The vacuums were great. Have the pressurized air and rags with cleaner. Fantastic experience! They are the best!

Great Car Wash. there was bird white poop on side of my red car and car wash worker noticed it and scrubbed it extra hard to remove. Great wash my car was so shiny and they use a soft rag to remove all water. I would highly recommend this car wash to everyone

The employees were very polite but I am extremely disappointed in the wash itself. I paid for the $15 wash and it did not clean my jeep fully. There is dirt and dust everywhere on it making it look like I didn't even go through the carwash. I am very disappointed.
