This place is an absolute joke. Apparently if you pull into the “members only lane” with the intentions of purchasing a membership you’re met with snarky degrading behavior. No manager on duty to speak to. No one answers the phone and no option to leave a voicemail. As someone who is actively seeking a car wash I can refer to my customers to as well as set up a commercial business account for my fleet I’m staying far away from this clown show.

Not impressed at all. I had high hopes, but was very disappointed. This place was very close to work so I was hoping this would be awesome. After the wash, my truck was still dirty. Sadly I would not recommend this car wash. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I need to take it elsewhere to get the truck clean. I purchased the $20 wash and was truly disappointed. I really had high expectations due to all the 5 star reviews.

Car wash caused damage to my brand NEW Jeep wrangler. Contacted the location via email to file a claim and sent multiple emails. Now after a month of waiting they reply saying that they won’t cover the damage that their place caused because we left. Even though we took pictures of the incident and emailed them right then!! This place is trash! They will take your $200 a mo car wash plan but won’t cover damages that are caused by their machines. Also this damage wouldn’t have happened if their car wash did a good job the first time. I had to drive back through the wash and Ryan adjusted the height on their machines because according to him is that the machine isn’t good with Jeeps and washing them for some reason. He said that they always have to adjust the height. Update to response: I did email and was told that q car wash wasn’t going to take care of the damages. I spoke to Jose (very nice manager) who said I might receive a call but I have received nothing but an email from the other manager Angela that it won’t be taken care of by q car wash. This is very disappointing. I’ve used you all for all my vehicles and families vehicles..and to be treated like that and blown off when a problem arrises isn’t how you do business in Texas.

This particular caliber is one of my favorites. It's close to the airport. So whenever I'm picking up or dropping off a client. I can swing by and shine it up. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Especially David who asked me how everything was going. The wash brushes, vacuums, towels. Air hoses and spray bottles are always on point. Unfortunately, the one near my house is going downhill. The Arlington Location on Cooper and I 20 used to be the best in town. But when they promoted the opening manager, things started going South. I still use it because it's closest to my house. But I wish they would get their act together.

I cacelled this in plenty of time before the next charge, they charged me anyway, I had not used them in 2wks, they know who comes through, so instead of emailing them or try to call them and you can't leave a message, just cancel your credit card cause they'll take it fast, but dont see when you canceled already, now they've charged again and I receive an email that that is the wrong email. If a place is not convenient they should understand you canceling.

I like this car wash-however my car is always left with dirty spots after going through the wash- dead bugs, dirt, etc still remain afterward. Overall, it’s nice that there are free vacuums, cloths, and cleaner to use, but there are also times when there are no “clean” cloths and with no one in a rush to re-stock them.

This car wash damaged my car. I have a new Car and have only taken it to this car wash. The photos are right when I got done with the wash while I was drying it off. They took pictures and admitted to the damage by multiple workers. Then I waited and waited with no communication from the company, after three weeks they denied it was their fault and didn’t fix the damage. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND YHEY WONT FIX IT! This is the dent and scratch that happened, major damage to my new car!

All the dirt after the ice storm didn't come out, on the first round after going through the tube. When I asked about it she wanted me to pay for a second car wash. I don't think I'll go back. My Original wash paid 27 or 28 $.

Do not expect clean towels. I got a monthly membership here after coming a few times and being happy with the supplies, but the last two times there have been no clean towels anywhere. Today I walked over to the office to see if I could get one, and there was no employee in the office, and he was sitting in his car directly in front of the office, not looking up, and no one could find a clean towel.

Negligent and irresponsible company. Went through the wash on 12/20. Our membership sticker never works, so we always have to wait at the gate for an employee to scan it and let us in. We asked for a new sticker this time. That was literally our only request, a new sticker. We have had no issues peeling the sticker off and moving it. For whatever reason, the employee decided to use a metal blade/paint chipper to scrape the sticker off, very aggressively, and scraped off our tint in the process. Then proceeded to rabid fire blame us and go off on us for his mistake. They submitted a ticket, told us 72 hours, we even went in the next day to touch base with manager. 3 week later, no contact. We called and emailed multiple times, no response. We finally get a response on 1/9 that they aren't covering the damages of THEIR employee taking a paint chipper to our windshield and damaging it. Absolutely ridiculous. We have no problem taking this through claims court. For a company to so blatantly damage someone's vehicle and then deny any wrongdoing is abhorrent. Shouldn't be allowed to do business.

Had a really strange interaction with an employee. When I was trying to look at the screen menu he ran up, I assume to help but I asked if it was self serviced and if I could have time to look over the options. He immediately got an attitude and walked away. Then when it was my turn to go into the car wash there was no one to guide me in or scrub my front bumper, which they always do. When I looked into my right, there’s a glass door where all the employees were standing around talking I didn’t move. All I did was look that way, and the original guy who had gotten an attitude, gave me another attitude and shrugged at me as if I didn’t need any help. I don’t know what he was trying to imply, but he threw his hands up in the air. I just waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes until someone finally came out to scrub my bumper. Really upsetting. I’ll be leaving a review everywhere that I can.

y’all!! This car wish is AMAZING! The crew is so nice and chill, Kaitlyn was very helpful in explaining the price options, and all the services available! After this experience I will definitely be back to sign up for a membership! This car wash has spray for the inside and outside of your car, it also has a washer that washes the mats in your car hands-free!!! I also didn’t mention the free vacuums that come with your car wash! This is definitely the best car wash in the area!! 10/10 stars for Kaitlyn and the entire team here!

The establishment looked new and well-maintained. The car washing machines were updated; I loved the result of the Graphene Wash. The associate at the pay station was friendly and helpful. All supplies were available in the detailing booms. The clean towels were all folded nicely. The vacuum was with very good suction.

All right guys, I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve had a fairly good experience. It is when stuff goes wrong that you really realize what a company is all about. I went through the car wash on June 28. The car wash, unfortunately ripped off the fender flare on my Tesla model X. I went around to the front of the car wash and met with the manager. ASHLEY PARRY. She immediately started denying saying that why would it tear my fender flare off and not anybody else else’s. There must’ve been something wrong with it in the first place. I told her I was not looking for anything except to get my fender replaced as well as the sensor that is critical for the full self driving component of my vehicle. She said she would review all the video when the car came in to make sure it was not damaged and will let me know. Today is July 22. I went back by to try and see why I’ve not been contacted. She told me that I had been emailed. When I look for the email, there was no such correspondence. I told her to give me a date that I was emailed and she said it doesn’t really matter because the claim was denied. When asked what the basis of the denial was, she said that the pictures showed double-sided tape. This vehicle has never been in a wreck. This is a factory component of the vehicle. All I’m trying to do is get my vehicle restored back to the way it was before this incident. She continued. The manager lied about any correspondence with me. She went back and checked her records and she said oh that must’ve been another David. She then proceeded to tell me over and over that they are denying the claim. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she initially would not give me the name. Refused to give me the number for anybody at corporate. Told me to look it up online. Complete denial of what is going on. I own a body shop and the part cost is really nominal. I’m not asking for much. But the way this was handled I will go straight to Tesla instead of fixing it in my own shop. At this point, it is no longer about the repair of my vehicle. It is about the customer service and the way that management has handled this issue. Completely unacceptable management behavior. I will definitely be canceling my membership and painting a picture of this place as it should be. A local business would never have let this happen. When you get corporate coming into town this is what you get. It is just unfortunate. Update: So after posting this review, I was immediately emailed by the district manager, Josh Armond. Asking me to send him the estimate for repairs. I got it estimated at Tesla dealer for $1070 and sent him the bill. Here is his response: “Hi David, after investigating the claim on our end we will offer to cover the cost of 1 of the fender flares. Rounding up, the pay out will be $600.00.” That is 1/2 of what it is going to take to repair my vehicle. I told him I would give him a day to get my car back to the condition it was before I went through the car wash and then I would post an update. I have not heard anything whatsoever and have not received any kind of reimbursement. Unacceptable. UPDATE 2: Josh finally reached out to me and said they would honor the full estimate from Tesla and then it will have a check and will let me know as soon as he gets it. See how this goes. FINAL UPDATE: Josh ( District Manager) called me and said that they would honor the estimate I have from Tesla to repair my vehicle. I picked up the check today and will finally be able to get my vehicle repaired. Thank you to Josh for honoring the repair cost. I have updated my review star rating. The only reason I have not given it five stars is because I didn’t think it should have taken that much effort to get the vehicle repaired. But nevertheless, finally able to get my vehicle back to where it was. Thank you.

UPDATE: as of 01.27.2026, there has yet to be resolution on fixing my vehicle. Customer service reached out on this review to get me to email them, and after asking for a few pieces of information, has yet to respond to any emails. This whole process I have stayed calm and collective and given them the chance to write the wrong, as I know accidents happen. What I wasn’t expecting was the level of denial, and trying to get away without paying for the issue. Just know if you have an issue with them, your more then likely going to have to take them to small claims court. Instead of paying for the $100 part, they instead lost business from me and my two vehicles, which they have lost the revenue of over $1000 a year due to losing a customer. This is a business and people need to start realizing paying the short amount now will pay itself off over the long run. Writing this review/ update to warn others, I was wash member since 10/2025, I had my vehicle damaged at the Caliber Car Wash Grapevine location on 12/17/2025. My 2025 Toyota Camry entered the wash without damage and exited with broken front bumper trim. The video below is of inside the wash at the time. Listen to sounds when my car was damaged. You can hear the car drop as the roller was pulled under the tire and dropped down striking the bumper and trim. I immediately reported the issue to staff on site. Photos were taken and a claim was opened. I also provided dash cam video evidence showing the vehicle being pulled through the wash tunnel when the damage occurred. Both the site manager and district manager denied responsibility only a day later, stating they are “not responsible for without actually doing any meaningful investigation beyond reviewing my footage. Accidents happen, but refusing accountability when damage occurs on company controlled equipment even with video evidence is mind boggling. Please people be aware that if something goes wrong here, you may be on your own. The whole trim now needs to be replaced on my new car.
