Great place for car washes. My only complaint is that they're so good sometimes there's a line and I have to skip. But that's because they do a good job. I love the hand dry part.

I've been coming here for years and I used to love it. I feel like the last 6 months they've really gone downhill. Today took over 45 mins for an ultimate wash. There was one car ahead of me. Car was fairly clean after 45 minutes but if you're in a rush, skip this place!

Horrible experience there for over an hr the first time with two kids because they don’t have enough workers and they don’t have a lane for people only getting one extra thing done! Also this is the 3rd time they don’t vacuum the middle or back floor. Not impressed

I am only giving this place one star because the drive thru wash got the outside of the car cleaned. I paid for the inside to be cleaned and I don’t think they tried very hard. My photos say it all.

RUINED MY WHEELS!! First off, my car has ONLY been cleaned at the wash factory and I've been a loyal customer since 2018. I've never put any cleaner of any kind on my wheels. I live right between the Roy location and the Syracuse location, so I frequent both. One of them sprayed something on my wheels that ruined the coating. I took it to alloy wheel repair shop and he said the finish is ruined. Minimum cost to repair them is $1000. Both locations say it wasn't them. Go figure.... I cancelled my membership and will NEVER be a customer of theirs again. You've been warned Updated response:: Something at One of your two locations was sprayed on my wheels that ruined them plain and simple. My car has never been at another car wash and I have never personally sprayed anything on these wheels. Your car wash is notoriously horrible at rinsing and you guys and everyone that's ever washed a car there know it. I will let the 10-year-old neighbor kid wash my car before I let you guys do it again.

It felt like the drive through car was barely touched my car, they don't have an option to add hot wax or rain-x, and you call that a pre-wash also I think the prices are outrageously expensive goes $8-$11-$16-$21 then double the price if you want a monthly pass. At a nearby car wash I pay $19.99 for the second to the best wash and they even give your car a complete was before you enter the drive through with water, soap and brushes before you enter the car was. Good luck! PS. Here are some photos after I got out to walk around after they hand dried my car.

Ive been coming here for 3 years now. The service anymore is half fast for top tier. I purchased my car about a month ago. Not only has their service gone to shit, but their machine has damaged my new car and that drove the last nail. So you think they took responsibility? So nor go to the Roy location unless you want your car ruined. I have scuff, scratches, dents. All in 1 wash. No maintenance on their machines by the dent and scratches. Negative 1 star

I love my truck and love to keep her shining so I wash her almost every day.. I recently switched car wash companies because this one is on my way home from work and half the price for a monthly account.. It’s great because not only does your truck get washed for no extra charge they will dry it off as well or if you would like they will vacuum it and basically detail your truck for a little bit extra. But I do on a truck and it gets muddy and have found that when leaving the car wash my undercarriage and wheel wells are still muddy. No matter how many times I go through they still never get clean under there. Other than that it’s a great car wash I’m going to go in and talk to them to see if there is something they can do for me to get that area of my truck washed every time.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is terrible. I paid for the ultimate car wash because I needed the inside of my car clean and I don’t think they even wipe anything down on the inside. I’m so mad that I spent the money on it. If you go here, just know you’re going to have to clean your car yourself after the fact.

I am not typically one to leave negative reviews, as I manage a customer service team myself and fully understand the challenges that come with this line of work. However, after giving this establishment multiple chances to improve, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, I will be canceling my membership. The issues began when the barcode on my account was placed incorrectly, preventing me from using it. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, both employees I interacted with were dismissive, unprofessional, and acted as though assisting me was an inconvenience rather than their responsibility. Since then, I have experienced repeated instances of poor treatment from staff members. The cost of the membership is not my concern. The real issue is the consistent lack of respect and courtesy shown toward paying customers. I recognize that for some employees, this may be their first job, and I understand mistakes happen. However, it is ultimately management’s responsibility to ensure their staff are properly trained and understand the importance of professional customer service. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this business has the potential to improve and grow. Unfortunately, until meaningful changes are made, I cannot continue to support it.

Wash Factory is one of the most affordable car washes around and have some great additional services. The "Duck" wash charges way way more and don't offer the extra stuff. But when I leave Wash Factory, my car looks and smells great.

The vacuums could use a refresh or update. The first stall I pulled into the vacuum wasn't on. The second stall i pulled into the crevice tool didn't have much suction. The third crevice tool I tried was taped together with red tape and very little suction. Other than the unimpressive vacuums, the crew was great!

Paid for a tire shine talk to a manager about it and he told me my tires was the problem. Amazing the last three weeks that I’ve taken my truck there they’ve come out just fine. Would not recommend this place again for anyone and I will be pulling all my company truck from here as well.

I love the actual wash and people who detail your car. My biggest complaint is the girl at the window. She is very snobby. When I explained I was having an issue with my sticker and it happened last 4 times her advise was not I’m sorry let’s get you a new sticker it was oh well you will have to just come to the window every time then. With a big truck that is very inconvenient as it’s a tight turn. I came back another day and someone gave me a new sticker with no issues. Came back 3 times and had no issues. Then today 11/5 I come again and I’m in the far lane and I push help button 3 times before she comes over all snobby again. Like she was annoyed that I pulled her from her phone or what ever she was doing. She needs to learn some customer service or not be working the window. Edit review as the manager has reached out to correct the issue. Appreciate them taking the time to pull video footage and look into it.

Cancelling membership after the 4th time coming in and watching one time payers given line priority over members waiting in line + some lines disproportionately move faster. We arrived at the same time as a bronco and they and others behind them made it up to the front of the line and into the car wash 15 minutes before we even made it to the front of our line. They need to find a way to automate it. Unfortunate because they actually have vacuums that consistently do a good job.
