This place SUCKS. They keep charging you after you ask for a cancelation. I called twice and they kept charging me. DO NOT USE your card with them they will steal your money by making unauthorized charges to your account.

This was my 1st time there. I got an Emissions Test for my Granddaughter's Car and the owner let me use the Car Wash Discount on my vehicle. I pay for limited wash at Calibur. Its $30 or $35. This place says $5 wash or VIP Limitless for $1.99. I'm definitely canceling my caliber subscription. This place even has the air that you can use for your tires. I love this place and the service was great too!!!

Went for the emissions test and to get my car washed. Paid a little extra for the “best car wash”. Won’t do that again. The emissions test was fast and friendly. The lady working was super nice and very efficient. But the car wash wasn’t worth it- maybe for the basic it would be fine but don’t pay the extra for the “best”. Spent 30 minutes afterwards going back over my car with sponge and cleaner - can understand some bugs and such not coming off but there were basic dirt and stains that should have come off.. and the some of the vacuums weren’t working all that well either. They do provide cleaner and towels and the facility is fairly clean. Might would use them again for car wash but just for a quick rinse/wash. Would definitely use them again for the emissions test

Terrible service at this place. I just pulled in the middle of the day on a Thursday to get a car wash. Two employees just shooed me away without any explanation of why they were closing 6 hours ahead of schedule. One of the employees then hopped in his car and very aggressively peeled out in front of my car. There are several better options for car washes nearby, my advice is to use one of the others.

My husband recommended I come here after Lincoln Emissions never returned from their “be back in 30 minutes” break. Wash barn is a breath of fresh air and a true hidden gem! The staff is very pleasant and kind. Best of all you get a car wash and emission for $20. Unbeatable. Justin, please keep being kind and charismatic, this world needs you :)

Terrible car wash!!! I paid for $20 wash which included the tires to be cleaned on my car. After the wash, I noticed my car was still a little dirty and the tires were barely touched. I explained to the African American guy with the beard what the issue was, his response was to get out the car and clean the spots manually after paying for a car wash. He then proceed to touch my car with his hands which left finger prints on my car. Horrible customer service. Never returning.

I went to Wash Barn to get my emissions done for under $20 with a free car wash, which I paid an extra $7 for the elite wash. The gentleman doing my service was very professional. I informed him that I was worried about getting my tag 11 days before my expiration date... He gave me complete instructions and how to go to a kiosk at a Kroger (Google it) -- where you can walk in Kroger, scan your DL, and get your registration and tag decal. That saved me the stress of wondering. 45 minutes later, I had a registration cert and decal with a great wash. Excellent experience!

I went the other day for an emissions clearance and was immediately greeted by Solo with a smile and such a friendly disposition. While he worked on the car, Takia came over with just as much friendliness and a smile. She said can I go ahead and get your payment so you can get in and go on about your day? She was thinking about the customer and what would be most efficient for me to get going. Solo and Takia was so kind, pleasant, and personable. Thank you to you both!!!!! Takia was very very great with customer service, and the wash was sufficient for a dirty car. The windshield is much cleaner than is was 60 seconds ago, and the tires are decently cleaner too, even after tons of break dust and dirt and oil grimed all over the metal portions of the wheels.

Pleasantly surprised by this little spot. I paid 10 bucks for the car wash that included the tire and wheel cleaner, but the basic car wash is under $10. 10/10 for the exterior wash, 7/10 for the interior options. They only offer towels, vacuums and an "all purpose" cleaner, which I assume is supposed to be used for window cleaner and surfaces? I don't trust it, so I used my own interior cleaner 😬 they didn't have a mat cleaner, which other car washes tend to have. But for the price, you really can't beat it. Not a lot of traffic either. They offer a 14/month package and I think I'll check that out next time. Oh yeah, car washes are free with a $20 emissions as well.

I went to this location for emissions. Customer service was great. They were very friendly and greeted me as soon as I pulled in. There was no wait. The process was fast and easy. Not only did I get the emissions I also left with a free cash wash, free vacuum and wash station, and a free air freshener that smelled great. They exceeded my expectations. Who doesn’t love free?
