Will never go back. Didn't even open my hatch(picture attached), didn't wipe inside of doors, dash still had dust, cup holders were not clean, dirt still in the passenger seat...Basically an expensive exterior wash...even that was half assed...they did not clean the lower part of the car on the side I was not observing. Very disappointed.

Let me start by saying this used to be my favorite hand wash in Walnut Creek. Over the years the quality of the wash has gone down significantly, and the price of a basic wash has gone up. I’ve had multiple times where they simply would do a lackluster job on the inside, failing to wipe the actual seats, or dry the car on the outside and I’ve had to ask them. For a 45 dollar wash (+ tip) the quality is simply subpar. It’s clear that the owner cares more about the bottom line than running the car wash as it’s supposed to be run. This place which I used to use all the time has now lost my business and I’m pretty disappointed.

This place has really gone downhill. Take your car or truck up the street to a drive through. This place will not touch the interior of the car. I asked for the floor mats to be cleaned after a camping trip, and was left without floor mats. My mistake, was hoping for the truck to be cleaned after a long weekend, and spaced out. Glad I remembered and went back for them. When I returned to pick them up, I noticed the interior had not been touched otherwise. I asked if it is included in the $50 wash (not including the $20 tip that I am used to leaving from back when they used to care). I was told that it is now just an exterior wash with a “quick wipe down” of the interior. To boot, you get a sweet glossy oil on you tires that flings all over the exterior of your newly rinsed car, so be ready to clean that up after your drive home. Lil’ Bear up the street is $15 and they will spend just as much time on the interior (they don’t do interior). Edited myself (no response from the company). This is a decent exterior car wash at best with lots of room for improvement. Let’s just hope they get back to customer service with so many options in the area. I would still encourage looking elsewhere until then.

Great car wash they use air to blow around your tail lights an doors where it ALWAYS drips after a wash so the water actually gets out an has less chance of dripping. Only car wash I've seen do that. And they parked my car in SHADE to wax It instead of leaving it in sun like most other places my 315 35 17 rear tires fit in there washing bay and they are hands only no machines and I paid $55

I took my wife’s GLS 580 and paid $85 for the wash and hand wax. I specifically asked the person if they wipe down the interior and she said yes. After seeing me car unattended for 15 minutes, I walked over to it and was assured it had been hand waxed. However, it was clear the interior had not been wiped down. I asked the person handing me the keys if he could hit a couple spots and he proceeded to get his “boss”. The lead person indicated that unless they’re told to wipe down the interior they don’t in case someone is allergic to the materials being used. That’s a new one for me. He went on to suggest what I wanted was the car detailed which they can sell for $200, maybe it was $250. You mean you steam the seats, etc., which was matched by a blank look. What used to be a car wash is now apparently called detailing at this place…$85 can’t give you a clean car with a thorough vacuuming these days. Short story long, I give the vacuum a C-, the wash and wax a D-/F+. It would be an F, but for the 25 minutes I took to make things right myself as the guys literally watched me do their job. I’ve been coming her for over 5 years and I’ve seen the quality decline steadily. I will never get my car washed here again and I will do my best to share my experience with those I know. Harder and harder to find good service in this town.

They do great work. I always get compliments after getting my car washed here. Beware it is very crowded on the weekends. If at all possible, go there on a week day. There's a viewing window inside the cashier building where you can see your car getting washed. The little kids love that! Inside the building, you can also buy greeting cards and browse other little trinkets like key chains.

I ignored the reviews and went here anyway. After $50 and less than 20 minutes I was told it was done. I opened the doors and all the seats were still dirty. The dirt itself was gone so they seemed to do a relatively thorough job. When I asked about it, I received a reply implying that it was my fault for not asking for this. I was also told the back wasn’t cleaned because I didn’t ask them to take the mat out and clean it. Disappointed with the work and the reply I received when asking it to be resolved.

Wouldn’t recommend. Paid them $45. They finished the “job” in under 15 mins and they didn’t vacuum properly. Saw this at a conspicuous spot in the driver’s seat. This isn’t a $45 job and there are better places in the area.

Took in my really dirty 100K miler minivan for her birthday. Boy did they make her look new!! Every nook and cranny cleaned and shined, carpets and upholstery shampooed, hub caps/ wheels cleaned of caked on mud, and everything bright and shiny. After 4 hrs of work the detailer earned his $20 tip. If I were rich, he'd have more on a $200 job. Great work.

I'm impressed by the work they done. They did detailed interior wash and regular outside wash, now a used car that I bought look like the new one. And they were nice enough to keep my car until I came from school in the afternoon. Thank you for amazing job. Now I will even more enjoy the ride. In future I will be using your services again.

Really disappointing. I was in a rush to leave so my husband could get to work. Only when I got home did I realize they did a terrible job. TONS of yellow dots from bugs still all over my car. Don’t bother going - save your money.

Just left and this is how my interior looks. The window pic is the actual whiteboard pen mark they put on that didn’t get washed off. Been coming here for years and just can’t justify spending $40+ dollars to only need my car washed immediately after. It’s also dangerous that they never clip the mats back in. Luckily I caught it before it could slide under my pedals. Disappointing.

They are fast and they do a decent job on the car. The price is $29.95 for the most basic car wash they offer which is contains vacuuming as well. Make sure to tell them to vacuum the trunk otherwise they won't. I found out when I check at the end and they took it around and did it. Overall everything is ok not more not less

This place is the worst my mom went there to get her car cleaned that one time and it wasn't a pleasant sight at all this car wash has gone downhill they overcharge and they don't clean the inside of your car you cannot be serious right now I'll be sticking to quick quack from now nobody is paying full retail price for a car wash that can't do their jobs at all and they need to quit touching her radio and taking her coins out of the driver's side of the car I don't know how many times this has happened it needs to stop already this the 800th time already this week my mom is not amused anymore her car is filthy on the inside and outside you can't run a business like that and make others upset and all this place needs to do a lot better my mom wasn't amused at all so much for paying the services this is why I don't trust car washes like this anymore you gotta constantly watch them while vacuuming your car on the inside they can't even do that properly anymore no wonder these car washes go out of business because of stuff like this don't go to this car wash at all you will regret it big time

This place is always very speedy, which I appreciate, but it also means that they may be going too fast. I basically paid $50 plus $10 tip for a glorified drivethru Carwash and vacuuming inside. I am happy to have my windows wiped down but I just left, like literally five minutes ago, used a Clorox wipe on my inner console and steering wheel because it didn’t look clean and this is what I got. They barely wiped down or cleaned my inside at all. One, it just shows me how much grime I accumulate on my wheel (which I will do a better job of wiping more frequently) but two, how much they didn’t even try.

Not worth it ! They did a terrible job on my car missed so many spots on the inside as well as the outside ! Not to mention my cup holder specifically took out the cup holder placed at bottom only for them to put it back upside down and not vacuumed. They put some tire shine on the tires and didn’t even touch my rims absolutely terrible job for the price

Go here if you want them to not clean your car properly, break the things inside your car and refuse to reimburse you for it. Took my car to wash, the interior cleaning team broke a piece of my console by forcing it too hard. Then showed it to the owner Saul Valencia. He saw it and told me to go to the dealership to fix it. I did take it and got a quote for him to approve before going ahead and paying for it, he refused to pay for anything and told me to take him to court.

Charming car wash in Walnut Creek... The inside is a well-kept lobby that feels old school, but clean and convenient. It was a treat to watch my car being hand-washed and then dried, including tire and plastic polish. There were a few bugs left on the bumper from my long trek but pointing them out, the attendant quickly got 'em. Everyone was very polite and quick. I have high expectations for my car, but that's when I do it myself. My expectations here were lower, so I was pleasantly surprised. Fast, fair price, and my whip looks great. Thank you!

Was in shock when I learnt about price of hand car wash since in east coast, it costs less than half but later found out it is one the best priced ones. Thorough and fast job nonetheless. In and out in 10-15 mins. Great staff. Would recommend.
