I payed for the most expensive one so my rims would get washed but the person didn’t even spray the rims on the other side of my car? I also payed for the extra rain protectant and he sprayed it for 5 seconds on my hood. So what’s the point of paying for the most expensive one when their is no difference?

Just reopened 5/1/20 - cleaned my FILTHY car really well! Friendly staff wearing gloves and masks. Remember to request your complimentary wipes to clean the interior as you drive through the wash. 😉 And wear your 😷.

Not a huge place at all , not many vacuums to clean with only 4 vacuums, the price was reasonable, not much space for the cars and too close to the street.

I got turned around because my truck had a little bit of mud on it. Not an excessive amount. Also the tender was kinda rude. Works out because there's also 1 vacuum so, good luck waiting in line with that.

Great car wash BUT when it rained, less tha 24 hours later they do not offer a rain check drive through. EVERY car wash on the planet allows that except them. Unless you can predict the weather I would not go here when it rains which is a lot of the winter. The guys who worked there who were very nice blamed the owner. Said he was greedy. They lost my business for life and they are a block away and I used to go once a week at least. NEXT!

I have been to drive through car washes, but there always seems to be a lot of dirt left on my car. Lil Bears has people that power spray your wheels and windshield to get grime off. My windows are left water mark free. Plus they have pretty lights!! They should add music!! Be sure to tip the young people working there!

Great carwash. They use real brushes to get your car clean instead of just high pressure water and chemicals like other places. The prices are reasonable too .

I never understand why places change their hours without updating Google. I just showed up at 6:30 when it says they are open till 7. If you have to close early, please at least post a visible sign apologizing for the trouble. If you change your hours, please update it in the world’s most popular source of information.

Vacuum's here have no suction power, so when you spend money to use them and it has no suction it’s kinda of a waste of money, not sure how often there vacuum's get cleaned out here but it should be more often then not. I will not be coming to use the vacuums here again as I wasted $6 for the vacuum to not clean my car at all. The brush for the first wash bay is missing see attached photo and people are unable to wash their cars due to a missing brush. The time to wash your car is inaccurate if you time how long it takes with your phone there timers count down quick than your phone does so you don’t get the exact time you pay for. I will not be washing my car here anymore and I will not be recommending anyone to wash their cars here. This places seem to lack maintenance. Their sign for the place is in shambles and barely readable. Waste of money and time.

They don’t dry the car. My car was covered in water spots. I went around and asked the guy if he had a towel. He told me it wasn’t necessary, that once the car air-dried, there wouldn’t be any marks. I believed him, but that was a lie. The car ended up full of spots. After that, I stopped by another car wash and asked how much they would charge just to remove the water spots. They actually washed my car for free because of what had happened since I had just paid for a wash. They cleaned it again and dried it properly. Don’t wash your car there—it will be covered in water spots. If that doesn’t bother you, go ahead. But right across the street, there’s another car wash that charges the same price and does a complete job.

They are cheap but you get what you pay for. Got the $12 wash today but when I got home the entire passenger side of my car was still dirt. This isn't the first time this has happened so I won't be returning Response to the response: Thanks for taking the time to respond. My car was simply dirty from the rain and outdoor dust sitting in my driveway (no excessive dirt or salt). Your workers were friendly however I did not have the time once it was discovered to go wait in line again to deal with a second wash.

Gave this place a second chance but both times my car has come out with soap all down the back and in the crevices. Water still everywhere on the car so I'm not sure the "convenience" of this place outweighs the inconvenience of having to rewash where the soap remained along with removing all the dry water spots.

This car wash is one of the most efficient and affordable drive thru car washes I’ve been to in the Bay Area. Although there was a long line, I was only in line for about 10-15 minutes before my car got to the car wash. They pressure washed the outside of my car to get rid of tough dirt prior to entering the wash. My car came out squeaky clean and has remained so since then.

Please do not go to this carwash tl;dr the carwash itself damaged all four rims of my car and because of me leaving without checking. I do not have cause for deeming it the fault of the carwash equipment. Bs 🖕 I had choose this carwash for its reviews and rating, and was in need of a quick wash before heading back to SF. The service was friendly and went smoothly. Upon coming home I was inspecting my car and saw these scratches to my rim. These can not be caused my the curb, because the curb only comes up to the tire. Because I only saw these scratches upong coming home, I had 'deeming' evidence it was the equipments fault. Please it you decide to use this horrid washer, check your car before leaving.
