Walmart was freezing, it was raining hard outside to add to normal coldness. They could probably save quite a bit by increasing the temperature to 70 degrees. Cover some of those open coolers. Why does a store want shoppers to hurry through the store due to freezing. I buy more the longer I am there. Self check out was backed up, most of us are not very proficient self check out and bagging. Too many businesses are opting for less customer service, real people, when we have such a high baby boomer population. Quik check is great maybe... But full carts

Try.\n Not to go here, not only are the people that walk around the store shopping are rude. A lot of times the people working are rude. Never have anything in stock. It's all online. I want to go out and shop. I don't need to be social online. I need to be social in public. We need to get off our butts and do our own things and stop shopping online when I need something, I need it today like a broken vacuum sweeper, belt, I don't need it 3 days, 4 days or a week later.

This Walmart Optical is a joke. My glasses are bent and I was hoping to get them fixed… should be pretty simple right? The employee told me if she broke my glasses it “wasn’t her problem,” then bent them around like a toddler with a toy. Spoiler: they’re still crooked. If you value your eyewear, avoid this place — they have no skill, no professionalism, and no business touching anyone’s glasses. Absolutely atrocious service. If I wanted them snapped in half I would have done it myself. People’s stupidity never fails to amaze me..

Very stupid. Has their beauty section locked up for some odd reason but when you want someone to come unlock it they take five years. They should have someone standing there. Again stupid as hell

Had an appointment for 11 am for new tires install. First they couldn't find our tires that were ordered and verified. Then they took 1.5 hours to even get the vehicle in the bay. Received three emails and four different texts saying tires there and appointment confirmed. Worst Walmart tire center ever never going back.

To give context I have stage 3 bone cancer and it is extremely painful for me to walk unless I am accompanied by a pain medication. I as per usual used the mobility scooters available for people who struggle with handicaps like for example myself. Immediately in the store i was followed by a short bald man (presumably 5’2) and he made me feel insecure about my disability. He also made comments to an accompanied friend calling him “fatty” as well as multiple slurs targeted towards Asian persons. I will not be returning to this Walmart as I felt unwelcome and discriminated against by the workers.

Worst Walmart in town. The only Walmart that doesn’t price match (to their own online prices). All staff was extremely rude when asking for help especially those at the self checkout. Mark the manager was not only rude but super dismissive. If I could give 0 stars I would. They need better training or just new staff.

Visited this Walmart during a trip to the Kansas City area and it was not bad. The store was clean and well organized. It was easy to get in and out of and had everything I needed. The typical amenities were available like self-checkout, among other things. Overall not a bad store.

workers at the self check-out are useless. they let customers cut other customers by not directing traffic. the lines to check-out are almost a 20 minute wait. it was so unorganized and crowded at the check-out line, i was smacked by a shopping cart twice while waiting in line. i will never shop here again & will tell everyone i know not to as well. so many other places to shop where the people aren't rude & the staff are helpful. do yourself a favor and spend your money at those places, not here.

Wal-Mart Supercenter is the best place to shop! The only thing that I do not buy there is my bread because it is always old, and hard. I buy everything else that I need there because the prices are the lowest around, and the quality is quite decent.

The people stocking the shelves are very friendly and helpful. I wish I new the name of the girl that helped me. She couldn't speak a link of English. But! She used her phone to navigate the communication barrier. And got me to what I was looking for. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I swear to the HVAC gods. Thank you sweetheart

Walmart - Metcalf Avenue. Visited on a rainy Sunday and had a surprisingly pleasant experience. The store wasn’t crowded, which made shopping peaceful and stress-free. Checkout was quick and efficient, and I found everything I needed - good quality stuff across the aisles. Clean, organized, and overall a smooth shopping trip. Will definitely return!

This location SUCKS. Multiple times this has happened. Most recent, On the app, basic medical item was in stock, in store it's not available. I get told in heavily accented broken English to "order it in the app" and you can pick it up tonight after 8pm. No, when the store use to say in stock it actually meant in stock and an actual human, not these robotic slaves, could help you find it. Im in pain and wont "order on the app" I should be able walk in and get a BASIC replacement pad for my device.

The store is easy to locate, they resurfaced the parking lot recently so nice and smooth for those accessing with a wheelchair or elderly walking from the handicapped parking. The store has pretty good selection of produce. They keep it stocked up pretty well since the store is not open 24hrs as some stores use to be. I usually find everything I come for or an alternative item.

If you want never get what you ordered at a bakery shop here. Put in an order for 2 cakes. The person who does the cakes hadn't showed up for 2 weeks no one called and told us the order would not be ready. Tried to pick them up before the party and no cakes. Never order from here again

I'd ordered a picture frame for pickup at this Walmart on Friday 12/12/25. I'd come to the pickup spot and put the parking number and car color just like normal and waited for about 45 minutes for someone to come with my item. It was very busy so I was patient. It wasn't until I noticed the car that had just pulled up next to us got their items immediately, I knew something was wrong. So I checked my Walmart app which said that my item had already been picked up?! So I called the store 3 times to try and speak with someone about it. All 3 times I wasn't able to speak with anyone or leave a voicemail because it would just ring for 10 minutes and then disconnect on me. So I waited until an employee came out to someone else's car to ask him about my order. He scrolled on his device to look for my order but said since it's already showing as "Picked Up" there was nothing he could do. So I asked him what am I supposed to do then? And he told me to ask for a refund and reorder the item. He didn't sound too sure of himself though as I think he couldn't have been older than high school age. But I still took his advice and left that Walmart empty handed Friday night. Immediately I reached out to Walmart support and was told that someone from their refund department would email me and my refund would be processed in 42-78 hours. Well, this is the email I received from Jayden Cotton: Dear Valued Customer, I sincerely appreciate your feedback and I am sorry your order was not received. I am sorry we fell short of expectations. We will take your experience into consideration to improve our services and deliver the experience you deserve. If you still need help, please view your order or visit the help center (links below). View Order www.walmart.com/orders Questions? www.walmart.com/help Sincerely, Coach Jayden So, I reached out to Walmart support once again this morning to make sure that I was still getting my refund, and to my utter shock and horror, there was no refund status to check. I know the kid who tried to help at this location is not to blame for this, but I need my money back so I can reorder this item before Christmas. Thank you for taking the time to rectify this situation.
