The man that loaded the groceries to my car (Juan) was very unprofessional and imprudent. I asked for a grocery item to be replaced because the box was opened. He came back, gave me the item and I started to drive off. I then noticed the box was taped. I asked to speak to a manager and another clueless man Kobe comes out just to hover over Juan. I told Kobe I wanted to speak to his supervisor but he’s just standing with a blank stare. Had to go inside and speak to a coach. Definitely speaking to the store manager Monday so they can review surveillance cameras.

They need to have more cashiers. Employees are not always helpful and the store always seems unorganized. It's a very busy store.

I have to say, restrooms here are super clean! Thanks to Ms Martha who was cleaning and making sure every stall was dried before anyone entering. This Walmart looks stocked up, everything in place and cleaner.

Literally the WORST Walmart ever! Placed an online order and they took over a day to “complete it” and it’s been 24 hours already and my order STILL is not completed. I’ve been trying to get ahold of the store multiple times but nobody has been answering any of the phone lines! Very unprofessional. Hire more people if you’re short staffed!

I just had the BEST experience with Anthony at the electronics department! From the moment I walked in, he was kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient. I came in unsure about if I wanted a SIM card or a new phone, and he walked me through every single step with such professionalism and care. He never made me feel rushed or confused. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options. Anthony’s kindness really stood out. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. He was so respectful, thoughtful, and had such a calm energy that made the whole process stress-free. If you’re ever in need of help with electronics or getting a phone, ask for Anthony! He’s truly a gem, and I left feeling confident and taken care of thanks to him.

Nympha has zero customer service. Always talking on the phone, and yelled at us when we were looking at the fabric because “she was going on her lunch and there was nobody here to help her.”

Here is a fun Walmart to shop, you never know when you come here if it'll be a complete mess (it usually is), but on my recent visit to my hometown Walmart in Salinas it was decently clean, and things were priced nor did they have unsafely built pallets up and down the aisles. I found the hard-to-get soda I was looking for, plus a few other items, and check-out lines were unusually short, yet no employees greeted me.

Any pick up order I place, they just mark half of it out of stock, even though items remain in stock on the website or I have provided substitutions that show they're still available. The pick up team at this location is LAZY. The Davis location at least tries. I hate that this one is closer to me. They suck.

It's got a huge selection of whatever your looking for and has food also to shop so it's convenient as a one stop shopping choice. Ample parking can usually get in and out without to much wait time depending on type of day or hour. Weekends and holidays can be crowded because more people are home from work. But it's really not a bad experience.

I placed a delivery order, one of the items was a box of cat canned food, as soon as I grabbed the bag from my porch I smelled a very nasty smell! I took out the box of canned food and it was smashed! The cans inside were smashed! And one can was opened! And had maggots inside! Mind you how can someone pick this box and not see that the box was wet and opened and the cans were damaged with a very very nasty smell!!! I called the store a few times! And of course no one picked up!! This is unacceptable!!! Horrible!

Went in for a basic oil change was told cost will be about 50$ but after fees i was not informed of cost was over 70$. took a long time to do and was never notified when the car was finished. Just do your own oil change in the parking lot and it’ll be cheaper and faster.

Went good shopping. The cashier at the check out blew his nose ant the proceeded to handle all of our food items. No sanitizer, no hand washing. No managers. No one answered the phone to relay this concern. Pretty disgusted with the lack of basic sanitation for a food store…

I called this store 15 times and no one spoke to me. Sometimes they’d pick up the phone and just hang it up. Their actions show they don’t care about customers, just wanting to stand around and get your money. I’d advise shopping elsewhere that has any professionalism at all. Shop elsewhere until they fire the lethargic staff that work here, time for a better business.
