I just had the most embarrassing experience at the store because their stupid and incompetent security guard at the door kept saying the product I had wasn't on the receipt, even though I kept telling him it was. He made me go back, and to prove it was there, I took it again and told him to come and check himself that that's the product's name. I felt awful, like I was a thief, and I should clarify that this isn't the first time. Train your staff.

This store is horrible. I can’t believe they charged me 10 cents for plastic bags. Why? No other Walmart charged for regular plastic bags. Disgusting😠. There are nothing special I have seen in this particular Walmart why should they charge for bags then? Can management investigate please?

Needed fuses at the auto department and there was no associate to be found nobody in the auto department to be found one associate could not help me and suggested that I walk all the way to the front of the store for help to get $4 suit fuses I tried calling to get assistance and there was nobody to answer the phone according to the recording

NO RESPECT FOR MOTHERS WHO BREASTFEED. MY FAMILY WAS DISRESPECTED. I was disrespected on my birthday at a restaurant but didn't make a review; I took it as a loss. However, I am making a review of this Walmart. Three employees dared to disrespect my family. My wife went to the Mother's room to breastfeed our child, but the door was locked. I asked an employee for assistance and he said we would need someone to open it. I asked if he could get someone to open it and he went to talk to another employee. He returned and said we would need a manager. So I asked him if he could go to the back area (for employees), which is right next to Mother's room, and get a manager. He walks back, then returns and says the family restroom is closed to the public. I told him, No, the family restroom is actually open (which means he was trying to dismiss us), and I told him that we don't need the family restroom; we need the Mother's room open for my wife to feed the baby. Please get a manager. He goes back to the employee area and we wait for more than 15 minutes for him to come back out, but he didn't return. He literally abandoned us and left us standing there with no help. I asked another employee if he could call for a manager, and he said I needed to go to customer service, which is all the way on the other side of the store (by the front side of the store). I asked him if he could go to the same employee area and please call for a manager. The employee goes to the back and we wait for about another 10 minutes, with no return from him. I am beyond angry (breathing exercises and all, to calm myself before I lose my temper). We decided to just leave so my wife couldn't breastfeed our child. While walking away, I tell my wife he probably left us and exited from a different side so we wouldn't see him; I hope I don't see him. We go past about 7 lanes, and when we turn into the bread lane, guess who I see? The same employee who originally left my family waiting with no return and no response regarding our request for help. I tell him, "You couldn't get a manager?" And he replied, "One wasn't back there". I responded, "You don't have a radio or phone?" And he kept walking away. I told my family, I bet if I had lost my temper, I would have had the manager, more employees, and the police. The nerve... (I am not swearing/cursing in this review because I have some decency and was raised right). I am beyond upset because of the lack of respect towards a mother who needed to breastfeed her baby. No excuse for this behavior. My family was disrespected with no justification, and it took everything for me not to react inappropriately. Unbelievable experience.

We go to this particular Walmart occasionally when we are in the Central Park area. We have a closer one on Southpoint that we frequent more often. The store is laid out very similar to the one we are used to except for the grocery section). This is a nice store and certainly has plenty in stock of pretty much everything anytime we have been here. Lots of parking as well.

Placed an order online for three items that showed available for pick up, after confirming pick up time and making payment, I receive an alert that one item needs to be shipped. I have three Walmarts within 30 miles, how my expected date went from 12/23 to 12/26 when it showed the item in stock. So instead of getting a last minute Christmas present for my son, he will now get it after during a time in which my visitation with him is over.

Spent 3 hours waiting for tires. Never again at Walmart. Big stores like that don't care about the customers service. People get lost in the shuffle. Was told 2 hour wait and seen plenty of vehicles come and go. After 3 hours decided if my vehicle hasn't been pulled into the bay it was long enough. Oh well, they will go on without my business.

My review is about their garden department, which is a disaster. The manager either does not have any knowledge about orchids or does not care. They sell dehydrated half- dead orchids with dried flower stems, with no flowers, with wilted leaves for the FULL price of $17.22. Put them on sale for $5, may somebody will save them. Every time I'm at their garden center, it's always 1 employee standing or walking, doing nothing. Are they beneath caring for the plants? Last year, I found clearance house plants outside in freezing temperature. Have a heart, care about your plants! And hire another manager.

I’ve been shopping at this Walmart for several years, and overall, my family and I usually have good experiences here. However, I feel it’s important to mention an ongoing issue with one of the associates, Fay, who works near the registers and self-checkout area. For years now, she’s consistently had a rude and dismissive attitude toward customers, including my family. She often raises her voice and is especially rude to the children in my family. Most recently, when we asked for help with a self-checkout machine that wouldn’t print our receipt, she raised her voice and said, “You come here every day, you should know how to get the receipt.” That kind of remark felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I also noticed her speaking in the same rude tone to another customer that same evening. She often gives off an unpleasant attitude, and at times even glares at customers in a way that makes shopping here uncomfortable. I’m not writing this because I want her to be punished or lose her job, I truly just hope management can speak with her and help her improve her customer service. Everyone has off days, but this has been a long-standing issue, and it really affects the store’s atmosphere.

Grocery pick up and delivery is a joke and the man we spoke today nothing but attitude and did not know nothing. Had to cancel our $200 order. I don’t know why we pay for Walmart plus because it’s not worth it.

This is a very, busy location and store. One must have patience when visiting here. The store is always bustling. The aisles are tight and people are not always polite about getting through. All in all, this is a run of the mill Walmart with all the Walmart brands, finds, etc. There are limited self checkout registers and even less cashier's to staff the others. The parking lot has lots of spaces though it is shared with busy shopping center, you'll want to be cautious of others on foot or in your vehicle.

One of my favorite Walmarts that has almost everything. This place has improved so much over the past years with the new management team. Employees greeted you and seem happy with their job. Their grocery is fresh but certain aisles could be narrow.

Please do yourselves a favor and never order a cake from this bakery location!! 24 hours before my sisters graduation we go to pick up her cake with excitement after speaking with Melissa and others in the department about her cake and cupcakes. What an utter disappointment when we opened our cake to see this. What we were advised and what we were presented with!!!!! This was absolutely disgraceful and now we are stuck scrambling for another cake option less than 24 hours before the party.

Whoever in charge of Walmart spark needs too be fired I order $100 worth of food took 2 hours too bring me my stuff note had 3 stops before mine now I gotta Waite a week for my refund.. smh whoever in the black 4 door needs too learn how too find a house easy. I have no issues with DoorDash/uber eats the whole platform but Walmart.

Not gonna lie. This is a pretty damn good Walmart. Came in to just look around, check the action figures and see what they had. They have a really good Christmas section and the toy department and the store in general was very well stocked well organized and even clean for being so soon after Black Friday. Also no broken or vandalized action figures from what I saw, which shows that staff is paying attention. Good job folks!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered one hour photos yesterday and returned this afternoon to pick them up after being told they were ready. When I arrived, I discovered the photos had not been printed correctly. Everything was combined onto one sheet and left sitting on top of the printer by whoever was working the evening shift on 2/17. I waited 45 minutes in the store while staff attempted to fix the issue, only to be told the order still could not be completed. I ordered one 5×7 and four 8×10 prints, none of which were ready, and now I have to return again at another time with no guarantee they will be done. This experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I will not be ordering prints from this location again. For more reliable service, I recommend using CVS or Walgreens instead.

I had a great experience at Walmart Superstore. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I was able to find everything I needed without any hassle. The shelves were well stocked, and the prices were very competitive compared to other stores in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions, and checkout was quick and efficient. I especially appreciate the convenience of being able to get groceries, household items, and other essentials all in one place. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely continue shopping here!
