The horrible human sewage stench that fills the air at Walmart Neighborhood Market on Blosser is disgusting. Please note this store is exactly downwind of the sewage treatment facility. Shame on Santa Maria for refusing to take care of this foul sewage smell, and on Walmart Neighborhood Market for not demanding this be taken care of. Let's not pretend: That smell is rotting human waste.

Served its purpose. My husband was doing a job up the street and my daughter (4) needed to use the restroom. Upon arriving, I noticed it was extremely busy. We found our way to the bathrooms. The larger stall was FILTHY... I mean COMPLETELY UNUSABLE AND DISGUSTING. There was someone in the little stall so I went to find wipes to purchase as I couldn't imagine what the small one looked like. I found the manager on my way and let him know about the issue. After 20 minutes in line (at 930pm and with all self checkout lanes closed) I purchased the wipes and headed back to the restroom. The big stall still wasn't being cleaned and again someone in the little stall. I waited another 20 minutes for my daughter to finally be able to use the restroom. Wouldn't be so bad if maybe they kept up on cleaning. The whole restroom looked as if it hadn't seen a cleaning in hours!! π³π³π³

Do not buy veg or fruits for pick up from here! Took me numerous times to figure this out, wilted, sludgey black/brown lettuc, Broccoli so wilted and rubbery it bent in half w/out breaking it, moldy Strawberries, shriveled old tomatoes. These people really do not care and will just grab anything. That's another thing, they have rotten produce out on display regularly so you have to pick through it. I've tried to return the rotten stuff plus an item that wasn't in my order online but that was added by them and charged me for it. There was no manager there, They separated me from my items by taking them to the back room at the back of the store, which i told them i didn't like cuz i felt like me leaving there with no items or refund wasnt a good idea. Turns out i was right, I've still never gotten my refund and any time i call I'm told to call back when a manager is there. They have failed to put items in that i paid for as well and never helped fix it. Customer service is abismal. It's mostly like interacting with clueless children . This one girl smashed my bread with a gallon jug of juice and when i nicelylet her know, she sounded lost. "Ohhhh, (pause) really? Damn.(pause) oh wow... etc etc" she did offer to fix itv in a very clunkly , weird way. That's how basically everyone is there, we'll say "bye, thank you!" And be totally ignored . aside from this one older white lady who is amazing and always goes above and beyond.

I've had several bad experiences with this store. I have been going on Tuesdays because they're senior hours starting at 6:00 a.m. last month I went to the same store at the same time and the doors were locked I tapped on the door the girl looked at me and I asked her to open it and she said they were closed. I asked her about senior hours and she said they don't have them there anymore. About a week later I went there about 9:30 in the morning to get a money order. There is a sign saying that they were closed. I was asked the cashier what time they were open she said they were open at 8:00. Didn't make any sense then and it doesn't make any sense now. Today I went there at 10:00 in the morning there was a sign said they're closed this is at the money order counter. I asked the manager what was going on she said she was too busy to open it. I don't know what's going on with that store there's one on Bradley and I'm using it for now on.

I can get most everything I want or need in one trip for a good price, but I don't feel that they do enough to make the store clean. There's never any wipes and the carts are dirty with trash in them. The aisles are many times blocked with boxes and to get to the other side of the store, you have to fight your way through people standing in line to check out.

Usually π―% of the time, I always get a friendly staff; 90% of the time, this spot is clean; 75% of the time, it's stocked with items I'm looking for; and 50% of the time, I don't have to wait long in line longer than 10 minutes. Best suggestion? Go early in the am (like hella early when they open!) and on Thursdays... It'll become your favorite quick shopping stop! π

So I placed an order on line with the last money I have till payday next week and was to pick it up between 9 and 10 pm tonight. At 915 my order is delayed by up to 2 hours and the store closes at 11pm. Canceling my order will take 3-5 business days to get the hold on my funds released and I call the store no answer, reach out to customer service and get told I will have to wait till tomorrow to get my food. My problem is my dinner for tonight was in that order. So after working all day and getting home hungry ready to grab my food and cook dinner I am being told I don't get to eat tonight because I don't have any extra money and my order will not be processed tonight and I can't go to the store and show it's paid for and get the items myself. So my question is why isn't there a back up plan for situations like this? What does a mother tell her hungry family when there is no extra money to get food elsewhere while we wait for Walmart to fix their problems? Why do I now have to go to bed hungry because your company doesn't consider my needs as well as ever humans need to eat important. My health should not be in the hands of your company nor should if I eat tonight or not.

The staff here are very nice, and money orders are only $1. However, parking can be challenging during rush hours as they share a small lot with Taco Bell, a laundromat, CHC, and other businesses. Additionally, Walmart reserves about five spots for the pharmacy. This is the only downside Iβve encountered. To save gas, consider parking on the street during rush hours..

Attention to all Santa Maria,ca My experience was very horrible at this. Walmart the cashiers are very unprofessional. I had an incident on Monday morning, which left me horrified due to the fact that the cashier named Anna dropped and spilled a whole gallon of milk all over My wifeβs and I shoes without any apologies Afterward, the manager came to the rescue and I asked her what she can do about helping me out because they have ruined my Brand new shoes.Milk was drenched all over them Which left us very upset! to make the matters worse, the cashier left laughing and joking about the situation to her fellow coworkers and the managers response was to go home and wash our shoes !?till this day, nobody has contacted us or any type of concern. I will keep you guys updated on how they react every day that passes by! Walmart, please Fix this immediately!!!

I placed a curbside pickup on Aug 20th. They failed to put a hold on the money. I picked it up the afternoon of the 20th and assumed they charged my card or at least had the hold to assure it would be covered. Today, a week later I see they charged my card and overdrew my account because no hold was placed. I spent my money as usual, trusting my available balance was correct and they had charged on time as usual. I tried to chat in the app, and was basically told I'm lying. I don't dispute I owe the money, I just wanted someone in charge to see what happened so it could be fixed. They said if I wanted to talk to a manager it would be an hour wait. Beware trusting your card info to Walmart. They don't care if they lose one customer because they're so big, but I don't doubt this will happen to someone else that lives on a budget and expects charges to come out in a timely manner. From now it will be in person, cash only purchases with them. And that's if I can stomach going there at all after they showed me how little they care for their customers

If you want pickup here Itβs hard to find a pick up space because theyβre all taken by the clientele that donβt want to follow the rules and a lot of younger people. They even park in the police Parking space people here donβt care about anybody but themselves.π’The pick up signs are laying on the ground and in the bushes so that doesnβt help either . One problem you have to check every date on item. Yogurt lots passed date & still on shelf and some items no date at allπ₯² below meat no dates at all!! On all of them. Lately lots of rotten fruit & vegetables in bins too.

Store was in bad shape due to a remodel inside the store. The produce was wilting even though it was in the refrigerator. Product price signs were falling down at random and there was also a lack of variety on certain products that had once been sold there previously.

My Neighborhood Market is like a family market, all the staff are always happy to help me locate an item, reach for an item I can't reach, or to just say hello. Annette H

Pharmacy dept is so slow, even after a remodel its worse than before. They have 4 registers and only 1 person at them thereby making it so so slow. Go to pu Rx one person tells you one thing, another tells you another, texts alerts tell you another. Then some personal have attitudes when you question them about the issues. We made appointments for shots one person tells us we need our Medicare cards to get shots so we reschedule for next day, we go again and next person tells us we don't need the Medicare card . There is no communication between them. There should be a check in sheet by counter to let them know appointment person is here....NOT have to stand in a line with 15+ people. Walmart Pharmacy needs to do better....as they currently are failing .

Waited 40 minutes in line at the customer service to make a money order. The cashier was taking her time and not considering about the customers waiting in line. She would leave and walk to other cashiers and then come back and continue to help who ever she was helping before she left. Finally she ask for help I got my money order but not with out being talked about. Never have I experience this kind of service at this Walmart. Rude and inconsiderate about there customers.
