Too many self checkouts. Only one full checkout. Order fillers blocking the aisles, have to wait for them to move. Very bad shopping experience. Time to look for a new store.

Food always expired from the deli and bakery; customer service is the worse except for the shoppers, they’re usually helpful. But the front line employees talk about each other and curse, loudly in front of the customers. It was so awkward and uncomfortable for everybody.

(zero starssssss) This Walmart is an absolute disaster and by far the most unprofessional store I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For the past four months, I’ve tried multiple times to purchase money orders from this location, and every single time, I’ve been treated with blatant disrespect and flat-out ignored as a customer. I’ve been fed one excuse after another—1) the system isn’t working, 2) the one person who knows how to run the system isn't there, 3) I can’t be trusted to use the system. The list goes on. In one instance, I asked to speak to the store manager, and guess what? I was told she was busy with a customer. Turns out, she was standing right behind the counter, clearly avoiding me! Normally, I wouldn’t even bother submitting a review, but the way the staff at this store goes out of their way to dodge customers in need is beyond frustrating. And good luck finding someone to help you—most of the staff are too busy texting or making personal calls.

Subject: Poor Customer Service at the Service Desk I had a frustrating experience at the Service Desk recently. I came in to return an item, and the Walmart app directed me there with a barcode to scan. When I got to the desk, the female supervisor with red hair and dramatic lashes dismissed me in a rude tone, telling me to go around the building to OGP. When I got there, a young black woman employee tried to help but couldn’t find my return. She brought out help and the white young woman with braces checked and confirmed I was right the first time—I needed to be at the Service Desk. She even called the supervisor, who said she thought it was ogo after I clearly showed her I had a return item. So, I had to go back inside and wait in a long line that wasn’t there before. The employees at OGP and the other Service Desk workers were great and they should definitely get a raise! However the supervisor’s attitude and mistake caused unnecessary hassle. Do Better! Wal-Mart you already don't have a good reputation in general. Do better with your rudd and biased employees even worse when they are supervisors.

This store needs better management in place. Their department hours are useless and it's not saving consumers time or money when their traveling in vain. Calling is pointless because I can never get an answer for the life of me. They should not have a money center because it's like pulling teeth trying to catch someone working in the department and other employees just stand around and watch you waiting without ever asking to be of any assistance to you.

I tried to return an item twice and was denied the first time I went the girl said I haven’t made any purchases in the last 30 days not true I’ve purchased items a couple of times this week alone . I came back with a receipt the second girl just hands me my bag back and told me that I had to return it to the store I purchased it from. None of this is posted on the website it just says return in 30 days. I purchase stuff all the time off the website that they don’t sell and I’ve returned it so I’m not sure what’s going on at this store

I used to like this store because of accessibility and simplicity. Now all the parking spaces near the front that aren’t for handicap are “reserved”. Consequently people are driving around looking for places to park when a dozen empty spaces are off limits. The layout of the store was perfect the way it was. Now the aisles span from back to front leaving shoppers with limited maneuverability. Change it back.

It's aight. Store was clean, stock was being shelved as we shopped, bread guy even handed me a loaf of white still warm from baking which was considerate. Visable security helping keep my prices lower, minor problem at self-check out finding the bananas option; attendant got us sorted out quickly and kindly. Very likely we'll be back by this location regularly.

I had made a Walmart order online for 22 items for today between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. the lady shows up to deliver my order only for me to realize I have 9 items missing from my order. Every week when I make my order when the delivery driver shows up half my order is missing! How hard is it for these drivers to do their job correctly and make sure their customers have everything that's on their order list? This has gotten out of hand and is ridiculous. If I have my own transportation I wouldn't waste my time using the Walmart app to order online most of these drivers Walmart has working for them. Suck. I'm levid
