Dont waste your time. Walgreens pharmacy staff is the worst I have seen. From rolling their eyes at customers to pushing them in the back of the drive thru line to help others before you. To failing to submit proper info to a doctor. When you yourself have waited 45 mins to be served. Go to hyvee or walmart pharmacy to a staff that understands the definition of customer service and is capable of providing it to every customer.

This facility is THE SLOWEST location I have EVER been to! The last two times I have been here I have needed to pick up a prescription because, I dont know, I'M SICK! Each time I have given them an hour or more to get it ready, although both times I have shown up and been told I STILL have to wait 15-20 mins!! I understand maybe you are understaffed but when there are 3 people behind the counter and it's a slow day both times I've come in, what the heck are you actually getting paid for? Stand around?! Maybe these employees need to have a refresher of COMMON COURTESY!! I dont want to be here waiting when I am VERY sick when I have given the facility more than enough time to fill the prescription!! Will be finding a different location to go to or just leaving my business with Walgreens altogether!

Slowest drive up service on the planet. WOW! Just wow! This was after days of the phone system stating the phone number on file was not correct. And is the same phone number they just verified.

While traveling my husband left a critical medication in a hotel room and did not realize it till the evening and 400 miles Later. One of the pharmacists was able to facilitate replacement medication for him so we could get home safely. Anthony was a Godsend!!! And Heather was wonderful as well. Thanks more than I can say.

If you plan on picking up a prescription in a timely manner think again... The drive through is rediculous. Waited 15 minutes for the car in front of me and then got to the window and nobody was there. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes after pressing the call button and nobody showed up! Really? How can you even call yourself a pharmacy. No service to be seen at this location. Walked inside and there were only 2 people in line. It's not like the place was swamped.

The store is nice and clean, but the staff seem to HATE their job and the customers in general. Jordan refuses to honor the price marked in the tags and gets angry if you buy the sale items. Shane treats everyone badly, he rolled his eyes when I gave him a coupon and threw the money at the register saying "I'm so done"

Was here this past Saturday night. Stopped in real quick so some people in my party could snag a couple things. Typical Walgreens. Had two really friendly staff working it was late approx 11:30pm. They were still selling liquor here. Was clean at the end of the night like this. I was glad they were open to accommodate us at this hour. If you are a manager and read reviews such as this you should indicate to your staff that they were nice to us and that they should be thanked for being helpful and nice.

New girl with red and black braids named Sammy is an awesome customer service attended me at the register quick with very respectful and well mannered manners I give her a 10, most of the other girls there at customer service are good not social enough but Sammy did real great give this girl a raise very humbling and respectful hope all the managers see this review

I routinely wait days for RX to be filled. Upon arriving there are usually several cars and anywhere from a 15-20min wait. I understand the new norm is expect delays and poor customer service but this location always exceeds the worst of the norms. Communication and general lack of refused for patients is my chief complaint. The final straw was this week when one of my RX was to be full filled August 13. I call a couple times to inquire and got nowhere or the run around from staff. After calling my GP who assured me they talked to them I showed up just to be told they do not have my RX and “have no idea when they will be getting more” certainly this would have been useful information a week ago when I tried to receive my RX. Instead of offering an alternative the employee referred my to another pharmacy that she promised “always had a lot in hand” I began the process of switching all of my information to said pharmacy. Two days later no RX bc they do not have it and are unsure why Walgreens directed me there. Fortunately they are working on finding me an alternative, something Walgreens was disinterested in. It is now August 23 and I have gone 10 days without my 30 day supply. This makes my medication faces less effective. I would also add they aren’t 24/7 like most pharmacies and take frequent and sometimes unpredictable breaks. This can make getting important medications from ER and Urgent Care very difficult. On another occasion I needed an antibiotic which took two days and when I arrived, they directed me to another pharmacy across town. Once again, this altered the effectiveness of my medication.

Was the first one in and sat in the chairs waiting for the pharmacy to open. Was pretty shocked at the amount of garbage, food and dirt in the floor and under the chairs. I would assume the floors would be cleaned at night when the store is closed. If the floors aren’t being cleaned, makes you wonder if the chairs and everything else is being sanitized regularly.

Jocelin and Heidi were beyond helpful and patient, while I was making my christmas cards at walgreens. Customer service like this just does not exist anymore. What a wonderful treat, especially during the Christmas season! Thank you so much, ladies!

I encountered the worst customer service help . My items rang up wrong and the young man Mitchell at front didn't seem to care or wouldn't look into the pricing error.I told him to remove them from my sale and he removed a completely different item. I wasn't trying to be difficult I just wanted my priced to reflect what the sale price was. I'm giving 2 stars only because the location is convenient.

Communication is key apparently not at this store. I made an appt and talked to a pharmacy person about getting a flu shot for my child. She said we can do it as long as there is a parent present. Ok cool, went there and got turned a way because well they are a pharmacy and don't do that. That was a straight out lie. It says on the dang door free flu shots. Every pharmacy gives flu shots and covid shots. Anyway they wouldn't take hawki, go to the health dept. It would be nice if that was said to me before I wasted time and money to go there. The end.

I hate calling a business's phone number and having to spend a considerable amount of time in a robot menu only to finally get connected to a call center rep who is obviously not even in the same country as the store I am inquiring about. I do not want to use your data harvesting app or website to set appointments, thus I will just go back to getting shots at my doc office, where I can trust a person who is being paid a fair wage and understands my local questions and situation will answer.

So if you guys advertise your drive thru pharmacy being open until 8pm then there should be active service until 8pm. I waited in my vehicle from 7:23pm until 7:38pm. Only one in line and NOBODY came to the window. I pushed the button about 2 mins into my wait and a lady came on after about 25 rings and said we will be with u shortly. We'll shortly never came. Seriously tho, if customers trying to get our medications are too big of an inconvenience for you then maybe you should not have a drive thru.

After waiting 30 minutes after telling me my Rx was ready, I went inside to have them tell me my meds wouldn't be here until the next day. After I raised some noise, they magically had my script ready in less than 2 minutes.

Walgreens is a awesome store my only complaint is that sometimes in the pharmacy drive-thru the window is closed and if you have a broken left leg you have to go inside 🥹 think innocent individuals get profiled right away walking in. I'm not a shoplifter I don't like be followed especially when you're visiting a store you and ur looking at all the cool sales I felt very uncomfortable 👍

Went into this location to get holiday cards printed out. Used the photo machine, submitted the order, and received the confirmation message. Left the store and came back to pickup the order at the time that was given on the confirmation. At that time was told the machine had been down for a few days and there was nothing they could do. There was no sign or anything on the machines notifying costumers of this. Wasted about an hour with the entirety of the process when they could simply put a sign out as they know the machines are down.

My mother came into this store today on Thursday, October 16th around 4pm to grab some beers for the week. She had her ID on her and gave her ID to the cashier. It was not a US ID but it was Mexican ID I don’t think that should make a difference. Well the cashier called over a shift leader named Laura to type her ID in because it was a Mexican one, but then the shift leader proceeded to say aggressively that they do not accept those and that she has to have a US citizen ID. Seems like a racial profiling to me. My moms has come in here multiple times and they have always accepted her ID but for some reason with this shift leader it was not accepted. I thought walgreens loved diversity it looks like certain workers do not.
