Old reliable most generally. Helped me out in a jam couple times. Got my parts overnight for me didn't have that high cost like some other places. Nice folks to answer any questions you have. Chick's here are smarter than me on vehicles. Not a mechanic know some basics. No electrical tho. Wish I learned more in my younger days. Lol

Went to Auto Zone they were way more helpful. Will go there from now on, advanced auto didn't try to help they just scratched their heads and said " gee, I dont know why it won't fit, it should". Lost our business and everyone that I can tell to go to Auto Zone.

Let me tell ya, these people down here at the Gordon drive store are very helpful. They do their best to find you the parts you need and when its the wrong part, they return the previous one and help you find the right one. I choose Advanced over any other part store here in Sioux City!

This is my new local auto parts store since moving from st. bluff. Staff is helpful and friendly and will help find you parts if needed. I mostly use their app for parts and pick up within my busy schedule. Rarely I need parts to be shipped to home, they normally stock what I need for inconvenience repairs, or regular maintenance.

For those of you who don't know this is a UPS pickup location, I went to receive my package and the two employees at the counter after they finished their personal conversation told me that they had not received my package and to check back tomorrow. (Without looking or even asking my name) I went home and decided to give them a call to find out they had my package the whole time. Very annoying and unprofessional.

Purchased a new battery from the Gordon Drive Advanced auto store. I could install my self but decide to have them do it, to limit transactions for core charge. The two teenagers came out and were more interested in talking and BS-ing than installing the battery. I told them less talking and get the battery installed. One of them asked why was I being so condescending and why have a couple of teenagers install the battery. I told him I thought the staff would be more professional and if he thinks I was condescending, he needs to get out to the real world and work. When they finally finished, I check and the battery holder was not even tight. I used their tools and made sure everything was tight. Will not let them install anything ever again. Will not go back to that store again, there are two competitors right down the street. Poor service, no knowledgeable staff. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Approx. one month ago my daughter broke down on Sioux City. After realizing it was the alternator, I called around to find a decently priced one. (I was home in Southeast Nebraska.) Numerous phone calls and dealing with people who treated me like a bother for asking questions, I called this Advanced Auto Parts where I reached a very kind, patient, and helpful Tasha Ringer. This young lady was very helpful and patient with my questions and inquiries while I was navigating the website. Even helped me with Uber service questions. I am very grateful for the kind help I received over the phone at this store. While I realize Tasha was doing her job, she put my mind at ease. As a mother who was 2 1/2 hours from her young adult daughter, in a worrisome situation, I am very grateful for this employee, young lady. I hope all of your employees are this kind and generous with their time.

The manager of this Gordon drive location is fantastic. Him and his staff were very helpful on getting my truck back on the road this weekend. It was the only location in the Sioux City area that had the parts I needed. Great job!
