Rose the cashier was FANTASTIC! She was the only one working the registers, and she was phenomenal at multitasking and taking care of all the customers. She helped with our photo purchase and assisted in the layout. Such a great employee!!

This is by far the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to! My child had pneumonia so we called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready. I was hung up on. I drove to the store with 5,4,4, and 5 month old children only to get stuck in the line with no way to leave…. For 2:45 hours!! When I got to the window the young man informed me that the pharmacist faxed my sons prescription back to the urgent care for dosing clarification. He could have called considering it was from an urgent care and for a child. The urgent care had already closed but thankfully Pulse Urgent Care is awesome and answers their phone after hours. The nurse from pulse stayed over half an hour after she was off work to make sure Walgreens fixed the error that was in fact not an error. We went to get food and got back into the line and waited another 50 minutes before getting to the front of the line (4 cars). Where does Walgreens expect kids to go to the bathroom when they’re stuck in a drive through line for 2:45 hours?! Never again!!! We have decided to transfer all prescriptions for our entire family to another pharmacy.

Every time I call this Walgreens, the person on the other end is incredibly rude. I’m switching to a different pharmacy because of this. They used to care about friendliness and customer service. I don’t think you can even train the woman who answered the phone to be polite. They are very rude and don’t ever seem to know what they are doing. I called another pharmacy, and the friendliness and customer service was on point. This alone tells you everything you need to know about the way this Walgreens is managed.

The worst pharmacy service on the planet!! Just the other day I spent 42 minutes on hold with the message piping in about every 30 seconds that were 3 people ahead of me. When I finally did get through, the phone rang and rang and rang and I almost hung up. And don't get me started on the drive through. It can easily be a 40 minute wait. How long does it take to pick up a prescription?

This pharmacy is disgusting, their staff is rude, lazy, and does not care at all. Waiting a whole month for prescriptions, being given the wrong ones at pick up inside of the store. Hold times on the phone exceed 15 minutes. This store should be closed for audit

I am calling the DEA the pharmacy board Walgreens corporate over mismanagement of controlled substances here at this Walgreens. They messed up the timing of my meds THEY did because of a clerical mistake FOUR MONTHS I have been trying to get this fixed It’s my mental health. It’s my stability. And this pharmacy has negligently disregarded their patients health care with me I even have my doctor on my side over how terrible this pharmacy and its staff are.

It's been over 3 weeks trying to get my prescription filled. Now I get a message there is a problem and to call. So I did, only to get hung-up on twice, then after being put on hold for over 30 min I was hung -up on a third time. This place sucks. The Pharmacy help is non existent. I wish I could say this is the first time I've had issues, but it happens all too often.

Walgreens used to be a great pharmacy and our preferred pharmacy after Owens Pharmacy closed, but they have gone way down hill. The pharmacy staff is rude, disorganized and unhelpful to the patients they interact with. My friend has type 1 diabetes and their doctor prescribed them a continuous glucose monitoring device and sensors that go with it and sent it to Walgreens, what a mistake! The first pharmacy staff person we spoke with told us they were waiting on my friend's insurance to approve it. The funny thing is that the insurance company said that it does not require a pre- authorization. The doctor sent the prescription on 4-15-25 & my friend still has not gotten his prescription and his current monitor is about to run out of sensors, they don't care about that though. I looked up the RX records and it shows that my friend's prescription was filled on 5-01-25 & that they billed the insurance company $843 for it but they tell us that they can't give him his prescription because they are waiting on the insurance to approve it still. I called the insurance company and told them the situation and they asked to speak to the pharmacist but the pharmacist refused to speak to the insurance company, so I put them on speaker phone. The woman from the insurance company was asking them what they needed so they could fill the prescription & they said they will not talk to her if she's on my phone.Wow! Someone's life is on the line and they could obviously care less! I am going to write to their corporate office about this experience. They are so disorganized they just throw people's medications in baskets and throw them on the floor all over the pharmacy so if you go to pick up your prescription they usually can't find it and they have to dig through every basket to locate it. That is ridiculous and it makes the pharmacy look bad. They need to fire their current staff and hire ones that will do their job properly. My friend still does not have his monitor even though they filled it and billed his insurance for it on 5-01-25. I am tired of arguing with these inconsiderate people and as soon as my friend gets their prescription neither of us will EVER do business with them again! My advice to anyone needing to fill a prescription is don't fill at Walgreens! You'll have nothing but a headache and a nightmare to deal with if you do. Find a pharmacy that does their job properly. This one fails!

Never had a wait shorter than 15 min… drive thru or otherwise. I’ve also been disconnected on the phone when the automated system wasn’t working and I needed to talk to someone. I just sat on hold for ten minutes and then was disconnected. Wish I would have read everyone else’s reviews before getting established here. Still, I will be going elsewhere.

I was doing instacart last night and I only needed 1 locked item, I looked for workers and found 2 people who were about to go out and they said they had to talk to the cashier in front, while the store was crowded with many queues, I waited 30 minutes and finally I canceled the item? Does a company as big as Wallgreen not have SOP? and after I canceled the item, I met one of the workers I asked for help, (and said I had to tell the cashier, an old woman) this time she helped the cashier, and served me rudely… this store workers 👎👎👎

The pharmacy here is deplorable. I’m totally understanding of long wait times with busy staff. The pharmacy staff were incredibly rude and inappropriate with my friend who has gone here several times in the past week trying to get her medication. We waited in the drive through for over an hour with a crazy line of cars behind us…she had to argue with them for her 3 medications and then they gave it to us and when we drove away we realized that the pharmacy only gave her 2 medications. She called them on the phone and they put her on hold and hung up on her. Zero stars honestly. I’ve worked in healthcare a long time and I know the pharmacy probably deals with a lot of difficult people and stress, but this was unacceptable

I've been on hold for 45 minutes and someone keeps on picking up the phone and putting me on hold again. Inferior way to treat your paying customers. All I want to do is update my delivery address for my meds so I don't make your line longer . Inferior customer service.

This pharmacy took 2 hrs to tell me that there outing of stock on a blood thinner shot i had to pic up for my mom. Then instead of calling there other Walgreens to see if its in stock they told me its my responsibility to figure what one has my moms blood thinner. Needless to say I even told them my mom just had surgery

I went directly to the cosmetic cases, and I rang the buzzer for assistance. And less than 20 seconds, a young man came to assist me as he opened the case I was standing in front of he stayed with me as I needed to go to two different cases to retrieve other products. I appreciate the customer service. I was afforded by this man and he was patient pleasant and professional. I thank you for that.

They need a minus star. I went to the ER this morning. They called two drugs into this pharmacy BEFORE I was discharged. I arrive, stand in line-they say there is only 5 of one of the pills(I say fine) had they read the script it said FIVE. They ask for my phone number I opt in to their auto notification a few minutes later. At this point it's 12:36 pm-I was discharged at 12:14pm. I'm told to take a seat. I wait until 12:55, still not done. I tell them my dogs are in car-I need to go wait with them. At no time do they say there is a planned closure for lunch. At 1:36 my phone rings, my RX is ready-I go inside-the pharmacy is closed for lunch. So now I'm in parking lot until 2pm. It will have taken me longer at pharmacy than it did to get treated at ER this am. I believe this is my one and done. I will not be coming back.

2 stars because they carry pokemon card packs. Otherwise you have to wait on hold for so long at the pharmacy and they keep answering and saying "please hold" OVER AND OVER AGAIN its like IM HOLDING ALREADY STOP TELLING ME TO HOLD! -Been on hold for 25 minutes while writing this review. The staff in the actual store itself is nice and theres one kind female pharmacist who has a neck tattoo (shout out to you your the mvp!) Otherwise its hell.

The pharmacy doesn't keep lots of stock. When in to get my insulin refilled and was told they forgot to tell me that I have to call in directly and not have the doctor submit a prescription. They were out of stock and wouldn't have it until after Christmas. Don't go here they are incompetent

Worst pharmacy ever. They gave me a partial refill and told me to pick up the rest later that week and then I come back said I already picked up the remaining medication. I was going to run out the next morning and saying they have to override insurance. My medicine is is beyond crucial and vital. They literally messing with people's lives. They need to be shutdown immediately. I hope the pharmacists don't seriously damage there clients. Because this place a beyond chaos
