Well let's start with the fact that I got out of bed at 5:15 a.m. on a Sunday, drove 18 miles and when I pulled into the driveway it was pitch-black someone must still be sleeping. As I pulled down the drive motion lights turn on like an amusement park yet no human beings in sight. I had made this appointment online and received several annoying text messages to remind me of the appointment yet apparently the text messages did not go to the owner of this company because he was still in bed. I tried calling the phone number attached to the website and it immediately went to voicemail. Needless to say I did not get a $200 Auto Detail done due to the poor customer service.

Wakarusa Auto Detailing has been a great partner in taking care of my vehicles. They have done such a great job with the detailing work as well as the ceramic coatings, that I have them do all of my cars and motorcycles including my beloved Ford Pony. Their prices are low and their quality is superior. I recommend anyone looking at detailing or ceramic services to give them call first. They are also flexible with drop off times which works great for me who works beyond the typical 40hr work week.

I dropped off the dirtiest car he's probably ever seen, and within the promised time frame he gave me keys to a better-than-brand-new incredibly shiny clean car. I can't believe it looks this good. He went the extra mile. He cleaned the hard to reach places and even door hinges and boot grommets. We will be customers again! You will not find this quality detail anywhere else for even twice his pricing. Thank you so much!

I'm writing based on my experience in 2018 from a review that was never posted. ----- I've heard a lot of good about Andrew's services, so my vehicle was taken to him and it was nicely cleaned (including the engine which was a plus!). However, I did have two minor disappointments. Aside from the disappointment of him being slightly rude to me, I expected him to return all my coins - amounting to at least a couple handfuls or more from around and between the seats - to me when he was finished. It was missing when my vehicle was returned to me, and nothing was ever said to me about it. I know it's small, but it's also common curtesy to return lost things to their rightful owner(s), or to ensure they are received.

Tried other places and was very disappointed. Buddy told me about Wakarusa Auto Detailing, and I’m telling you I could not be happier. This car sat for over a year before I got it and it was nasty. Embedded dirt and stains. Looks 1000% better and no longer has “that smell”. Wifes car is next, and ’ll definitely take both cars back in the spring.
