I went in to pickup some paint for a project at home. I figured i was going to pay a higher price instead of going to Lowes or Home Depot. I had the Ace App loaded on my phone and was surprised saving about 15.00 on paint and a few items. Also the gal. of Royal Paint was Perfect. The paint color match perfect also. It blended in and could not notice any difference from the original almost 13 years old. This is my go to store now!

Buyer beware!!!!!This store is the worst…bad service horrible attitudes from employees and managers..manager dirty blonde white lady…let’s start by I’m a veteran and I come into the store and ask for assistance and they tel me no and they could cut something for me guy in back was rude and the counter lady in front wen I tell her….I go back 20 min later cuz I forgot something and once again I couldn’t get help asked for someone to help Me with something to my car I was rudely told no…by the employee then by the manager……she says we got no employee lol there 5 i counted and they always just standing around…..funny thing I serve my country for people like this toooo be treated like this….this store in Lehigh is the worst for customer service ….they just making a check and don’t care about customer satisfaction……..I don’t recommend coming here……. P.s the manager laughed wen I told her I was gonna write bad review she say it ok I look at them anyway and I’ll delete..best thing about Google reviews u can’t lol….it’s ok well c how corporate likes it…….corporate needs to fireeee these kind people makes alll ace hardware look bad……..and I’ve been coming here for over a year now and this is not the first time for bad service………

Went in today to fix my irrigation system after I put a hole in it while maintaining my lawn, and was greeted upon arrival. I then told Brandon, who was at the front, what I needed help with. He directed me to the back of the store, where I was greeted by another associate named Matthew. After explaining my issue to him and showing him photos, he very quickly got me exactly what I needed and solved my issue extremely quickly. I was in and out within 10 minutes, and I have nothing but good things to say about the associates here.

I had an excellent experience with this Ace. I don’t usually write reviews for hardware stores, but they truly went above and beyond. I made an online delivery order. They called to confirm my items were in stock and arranged to send someone out despite not having their delivery truck available that day. Fast, reliable, and outstanding communication. The contrast with another Ace location (Ft. Myers) — which was supposed to deliver almost a week ago with no follow-up at all — made their service shine even more. This Ace saved me time and hassle. Highly recommend, and thank you!
