Called and asked what wash process they use to ensure it is paint-safe, and they hung up on me lol. Edit: I appreciate your response. I stopped by to observe the crew and saw them using one wash bucket, and then using the same mitt on the top and bottom portion of the vehicles. I would be interested to know more about the products you use that keep the paint safe from contaminants. Typically, a two-bucket system is necessary to minimize this damage. Upgrading to 3 stars due to the response, which I appreciate. I will give it a try when I’m back in Miami.
