Terrible car detailing company . They are nothing but a bunch of scammers . Car was still dirty after pulling off and there was still dog hair inside the car which they were supposed to clean . They use foul language and break items in your car without taking accountability or even offering a refund . They just denied it !! Wouldn’t recommend, many places elsewhere will be worthy of your money .

DO NOT get your car washed here. They damage customers’ vehicles and dismiss it as if it’s not their responsibility. They clearly do not care about your car. The service is terrible, and the customer service is just as bad. There is nothing impressive or professional about this company—it’s essentially DIY, and you would honestly be better off washing your car at home yourself.

If you want your ride to truly shine, this is the place to call! Stefano, gave me the info in case I needed my vehicle washed. From my very first call, Ms. Lisa was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even though appointments are normally required, she went out of her way to fit me in last minute. Vincent, the operator, did an outstanding job, his attention to detail on both the interior and exterior was impressive. I paid for the premium car wash service and the results were completely unacceptable. They arrived late and stayed until after sunset, which already made the service feel rushed. When they left, it was obvious the job was not done properly when I checked the next morning. There was greasy residue left on the windows, making them worse than before. The cup holders, middle console, and back seat chairs were not cleaned at all, and the rims still had visible dirt. This is not even basic-level service, let alone premium. I am attaching photos that clearly show what was left undone. What makes this worse is the lack of accountability afterward. My partner reached out multiple times to give them the opportunity to fix the issue or even respond, and we have received no reply. This review is here so either they make this right, or future customers know exactly what to expect before paying premium prices for subpar work and no follow-up.
