Horrible Customer Service never going back there I will not recommend this place unless that you want a free car damage and no accountability whatsoever. I have been to this place many times to wash my car, last November 16th was the last time, I went through the car wash service, and drove back to my place when I put my vehicle in reverse I noticed that the monitor showed a "no signal" for the reverse camera, I got out to check the camera, I realized that it was broken with the cables out. I called right away no answer left a voicemail, sent a message through the Website, they never got back to me. I called again the next day talk to Frank the manager he said he was going to call me back by the end of the day after they check the cameras, he never called me back, I showed up the very next day there was no manager on site, called later that day talk to Frank again he said “give me 20 minutes I’ll call you back” that was 2 weeks ago… They just don’t care, a complete waist of time and money.

This is our first visit and had a semi-nice experience. I'm glad we have one close to our house and it has vacuums for the car and rugs. My only complain is that the staff was not friendly. There was no wave or smile, any acknowledgment of anyone being there. We will be back but it would be nice if the people working there didn't completely dislike being there.

They lack on attention to details…. My car was “clean” and when i went home i discovered my trunk full of sand still. When I ask to the manager, how did that happen? He just said that they do not open trunk without permission due to the fact that people put their belong there. They never asked for my permission to go to the trunk. Besides that, they do a good job!

$30 for a full service car wash plus a generous $15 tip for the detailer and this is how my car was left. These photos taken directly after I got my car back. Last time I go here. Their exterior wash machine clearly doesn’t work properly. And the person who detailed my car, while nice, didn’t care enough to fix it.

Not impressed. Gave it a try today and paid for full service with the leather cleaning. The front seats were fine, however the back was not. I ended up cleaning the back when I got home after work. After they told me my car was ready the two guys that worked on my car magically disappeared and I didn’t have the time to find them. I won’t be returning.

I brought my car in to be cleaned inside and out before selling it and they did an amazing job. The man who helped me was very efficient and friendly. He even gave me a discount. I wondered why I hadn't tried this place out before. I would highly recommend it for the reasonable price, good service and end result.

Comment Revision: Unfortunately, I am having to edit my comment because the manager or owner ( whichever he claims to be) Frank, he made the promise to fix door handle and asked for a review (SCAM). I held up my end of the deal by leaving a five star review. He did not even try to order my door handle and it has been over two weeks. He gave me his number to communicate person to person about this matter and he disrespectfully ignored my message. They don't even answer the phone at the front desk. I was going to get my husband involved when he returned home next week, but this wanna be boss isnt even worth any further energy. We got it like that so we will fix it ourselves. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the car wash off of Big Bend with better manager customer service. The staff at least is magnificent at this facility. My original post: This place is amazing and never fails me!!! They always do a fantastic job with my Nissan Armada truck. A piece came off of my car while at this location and the manager did not hesitate to fix it! Amazing Work Guys😍

What a shame. I traveled from Palmetto to Riverview to give Victory a shot. @ $53 w an add-on for Bug Removal and should've included a wipe down of the windows and armor all of the dash, etc., I must say I am highly disappointed. When they told me it was done, I had to point out the bugs and the dried up water stains that should have come off with a wipe down dry off. They told me the bugs were now in the paint. Then why are there still bug stains on the windshield? As far as the inside, they did not armor all the inside at all, left dirt on steering wheel, middle section, dash, and doors. Of course, I don't expect a full detail, but I expect to get what I paid for. I could've paid my 20 year old son for that kind of slack off work. Won't be back.

Update 7.30.2020 went back gave them another shot. So I got thier $20 a month unlimited. Have been using it for 2 months. So I tried the upgrade for an additional $10. So then I took it over to the people to clean. This is the quality of their work. The hanging vacuum hose left black black marks on my car, their is sand in the trunk, dust on th3 dash bored. So excited to try this new car wash. Went today and was disappointed. Left my car still dirty. Even the gas station one did a better job up the street.

My car was in an accident and I needed to temporarily cancel my membership. I frequent the Victory carwash in St Petersburg but was unable to reach anyone to cancel it, so I called the Riverview location and finally able to speak to Chris. Chris was so helpful and took special care of me and made sure that my membership was cancelled. Chris, you are awesome and want everyone to know it! Super satisfied customer and would definitely recommend!!

Johnny did my car detailing and what an incredible job he has done. My lexus looks brand new with deep shine. I would highly recommend him. He went above and beyond to cover both interior and exterior detailing. Would definitely come back again.

I really wish I could give no stars. I Have been going to this car wash since it’s opened on 30 one in Riverview. At first it was good. Since they’ve reopened after the hurricanes, they have done the Bare minimum every week I’ve gone there. They pay zero attention to detail into just what’s expected of them. And I have always tipped and I knew I shouldn’t afterwards because they just don’t care. Definitely gonna find a new place to go cause this place sucks. I went there for a car wash and got nothing. My advice don’t ever go there anymore. 0/10

Went to Victory Car Wash on 7/1/2023 to see how they operate. The car wash had several issues: - one of the belts was not working and they had to fix it…. - once fixed, I selected my car wash and the kiosk was not accepting the card - gate was opened and an attendant told me that the kiosk was not working and that he can accept the payment The attendant was serviceable and in a short period of time, he collected the monies for the service and gave me the receipt. As soon as I got to the entrance of the tunnel, the odor was not the best, it smell like mildew. The car wash was good, but some of the machines used leave stains on the car. They have drying and vacuum area. The prices are reasonable.

Today was my first time getting a car wash at Victory and I must say that I’m very satisfied with the end results. I came here trying to use a free car wash code but for some reason it just wouldn’t come up. An employee saw me struggling and came by to see what was going on and once I explained to him what was wrong he managed to give me a courtesy wash. I definitely recommend them to others and will be returning back.

Giving three stars because my vehicle wasn’t detailed very well at all . It was pulled into the bay and it was kind of dark in there so you can’t really see much and then once I got home, I seen that the screens weren’t wiped cupholders weren’t wiped. I paid $80 and left a $10 tip to have my car washed at the bare minimum there’s still a few spots on the outside that were missed and also just basically vacuumed. It wasn’t really wiped down at all. Detail is slacking !!!
