My car is less than 10 days old and I got a scratch on my hood that is two inches long that I heard happen in the car wash. We chatted with the owner and he just said it couldn't be the car wash. I would be cautious using this car wash if something happens he will tell you "it wasn't him".

First time here and definitely won’t be my last. In fact, I might be purchasing a monthly membership. Friendly staff and equipment that won’t scratch the car. I’m very skeptical of car washes due to the brushes that scratch paint. But this car wash seems to have a different type of equipment that provides me confidence.

Absolutely amazing!! I have washed my car at many different self service carwashes and none have ever left my car cleaner (and drier) than this one. They give you complimentary towels to dry your car, and even have a self-serving bug spray station. I have never been to a carwash that offers those things for FREE. Awesome customer service. Def coming back from now on

I love taking my car for a spin in this very luxurious carwash! I get the $8 package complete with the rainbow foam, that leaves my car coming out clean on the outside and smelling fresh on the inside. The staff are very friendly, they provide you with a microfiber cloth to dry off with when done and the vacuums are pretty decent, too. I wish there were more carwashes like this one when going out of town. Nothing tops this one! 😎🚗🧼🧽

I have been to many car washes, but this car wash definitely outdoes all of them. Was shocked to receive a towel that worked wonders in cleaning my car. First car wash to leave my car so clean and the tires look so clean. Been back multiple times already. Thinking of getting the membership now

This company is my favorite car wash. I drive out of my way for it. The machines actually clean. They don't leave hard water spots and the driers dry well. Love the vacuum actually works. Would appreciate there being a few spray bottles of cleaning solution.

I really like this car wash! I feel like it is such a great value for $5 or whatever service you choose to go with. One thing I really like about this place is that most of the vacuums have great suction! Especially considering other gas stations I’ve used in the Tampa area.

I am absolutely furious at this point. I have been trying to get this business to stop charging me for a membership since March of this year. I called back in March to cancel my membership when I moved and they told me I needed to come in and fill out a form. I did this fast-forward, they never stopped charging, so I called again and spoke with the associate who told me he was new and gave me his supervisor’s phone number and also said he would notify the supervisor. I have called that phone number and left multiple voicemails and I have also been calling the business all day every day and they have not answered the phone nor returned any of the voicemails since May. They have still been charging me up until this month and there is no way to get this canceled even though I live out of state. I just want someone from this establishment to either answer the phone or stop charging me for this membership that I had canceled

Awesome but I’m not working in Riverview anymore and the car wash keeps dinging my card 25 bucks a month . Make sure you understand how the auto withdrawal works before you hook up. Because it will take money forever they do not answer calls and I really don’t want to fly back to Riverview but I guess I have to. Do not subscribe to a monthly plan you will regret it

PLEASE don't go here. Was a customer for over 5 yrs with my previous car and 1 year with my newer SUV and will NEVER go back again. I thought my rear defrost wasn't working correctly so I took my car to the service department. A tech told me that my antenna wasn't mounted all the way down anymore and must have been lifted from going through a car wash because nothing was wrong with my defrost and there was water inside the roof of my car and there is also a dent on my roof. My taillight is also cracked. After thinking back I remember as I was going through the car wash a month or two ago it stopped abruptly so I was stuck in in the middle of the wash. The attendant came to my driver side and looked at the top of veh and then went back to the control panel and pressed something and the car wash restarted. I'm quite sure the attendant knew that by antenna was lifted and chose not to say anything. I went back to the car wash last week and told the attendant what I was told by a service tech that my damages were done at a car wash and he told me they are not responsible to pay for my repairs. I asked him to give me the manager name so I can call and speak to him about the damages. He told me that he can't give me his name and he would have him call me so I gave him my contact info. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a call. PLEASE DON'T USE this car wash because it's obvious their equipment will eventually damage your vehicle and management won't take responsibility. Wish I had read the reviews before I started coming here.

Leaves dirt on the car. Scratches paint. Also scratched my rims. Don’t use this place. They don’t pick up the phone. Horrible!!!

THE BEST CAR WASH $5 They have rubber paddles not brushes that completely scrubbed my paint with NO scratches. I don't go to brush car washes because of scratches. This thing completely CLEANED my paint. I added on wax for $4 it's an actual high gloss shine. I cannot believe how good the rubber paddles clean WAY BETTER THAN BRUSHES. The shine on my paint looks like liquid reflective. I can see my paint is very clean looking back home in my garage. My trim is even conditioned. Check out the pictures. The car wash Iooks really modern. Pretty lights. Fun for kids or anybody. Very high quality exterior car wash for $5. The car was dry. It was raining on the way home. Pictures are no filter in my garage with factory paint from the drive home in the rain.

Stains/faded aluminum trim around windows of my new 2019 Chevrolet Impala. What looks like water spots is actually stains from their product they use to clean your car. I brought the issue to the attention of a worker who was very responsive and said the manager will be over shortly and as the manager was walking up before he even saw the damage he said it wasn't his car wash that did it and pointed to a truck and said that trucks not damaged....like that truck and my car are the same make/model made out of the same material. He then said there is a sign that says "enter at your own risk" so folks I honestly wouldn't enter at all with this poor level of customer service.

Great value wash! The drive thru does a great job. Sometimes the vacuums lose pressure when multiple are running at the same time. Overall great place compared to anything else nearby.

Love this place. It is 15.00 for a full car wash with all the bells and whistles but there is always a guy at the start to put something on your car to help loosen the dirt. Everything always works they offer you a towel to dry door jams and stuff as well then you have there vacumes which there is more then enough. Does a great job for what it is
