After 1,5 hours the car was not ready. The quality of the service is very poor and they have a rude attitude when I claimed. I would never recommend this carwash.

I have been going to Victor here for almost 5 years. They do a good job, hand car wash and the price is way lower than anywhere else in brickell. I would recommend this location to anybody.

Quick car wash. Not worth doing anything special as the staff is not very detailed oriented. Glass is still dirty Interiors, door handles, cup holders not wiped down. They charge a fortune but very undetailed work

Scratch my car while doing their hand’s wash work. I showed that to the head of staff and his answer was: it was there before when clearly it was not because I had the car taken to Mercedes a week earlier. He ended up telling me I need to wax my car. I don’t recommend.

Do not recommend. You're not getting a cheap or quality wash here... First of all it's not cheap, charged me $25 for an exterior SUV wash (they said $40 for exterior and interior). Can get it done closer to Brickell for $35 including the interior. There's really no where to sit and it smells disgusting. You're basically waiting for the car near the trash bin, which would be fine if this was a cheap wash. Thirdly, these guys parked one of my tires on a curb. As I backed out, my 22 inch rim got scratched pretty badly. Not sure why they put one tire on the curb and if they did it intentionally, they should've backed it out themselves. The worst!

Have been going to Victor for almost 3 years now never had a problem with him in the beginning. I have referred many people to this business. He started a referral program with me that for every 3 cars I brought for wash my personal wash is free. He completely lied and did not keep is word and then insulted me. Highly don’t recommend this business. Go to magic hands people.

They used to charge my jeep $30 and now that I came with a 110 defender (same size as my jeep) they wanted to charge me $50! I said something and they said bc it’s a Land Rover. Like what? They ended up leaving it at $40. Never coming back. As I was walking to my car to check they did a good job, the guy started hollering at me to make sure I wasn’t leaving w/o paying. Like come on we’re not in the middle of the hood. Horrible service.

Second time going to this place. First time was fine. This time, I had a less than pleasant experience. Doors were left dirty, cleaning fluid was left unwashed, and I found that my gas tank cap was broken during the wash without even being notified by the team.

Very hardworking team did an excellent job cleaning my Car. This was my first visit and I will 100% be back. I discovered this place online and the first review I read said “Honestly gate keeping this place” and it couldn’t be more true. Don’t forget to get some flowers on the other side of the gas station as well. Hard working people and well deserving of your business. Excellent service 👍🏻
