I recently scheduled an appointment to have my car buffed as there was a stain of some sort on one the doors. I spoke with the owner on Friday and after his quick appraisal of the car, was given an appointment to buff out the car on Monday. The owner assured me that I would be amazed with the results of the buff. I arrived at the appointed time, was greeted by the owner, and my car was taken into the shop on schedule. Later in the day as promised I received a phone call to advise me that the car was ready for pick up. I must say that I am very pleased with the entire experience in terms of customer service, excellence of the workmanship and completion of the job on schedule. I am very pleased with the results. I don't trust anyone with my car but Salem is a car guy and he and his crew appreciate cars and service them with the utmost care. Joe (manager) was one of the nicest guy's you'll meet and he makes it easy to want to go back and do business with them. I'd recommend checking them out if you haven't already. Get your car cleaned, waxed and dried off by hand at Vic's and chances are, you'll be happy with their service too.

I am beyond impressed with how amazing my car looks. They detailed the Inside and out ! shampoo all the rugs and seats. They didn’t leave one spot on this car dirty! Between my door jams , my rims, EVERYTHING looks like the car is brand new ! If I could give a place a 100 star ⭐️ rating this place deserves it! I am very picky and am so happy with what looks like a brand new car! They even went out of the way and waxed the car , my tires look brand new . Every little detail was payed attention too in doing this car. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best detail shop in the east coast! Also customer service was impeccable! I will be recommending this place to anyone I know and will definitely be back !

★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 stars I had a deeply disappointing experience with Vic's Carwash in Fall River regarding their gift card service. During the Christmas season, I purchased two $50 gift cards, specifically asking the owner multiple times if these could be used for multiple car washes. He assured me this wouldn't be a problem and wrote "Vic Special" on the cards. However, when my wife attempted to use one of the gift cards this week, she discovered that the "Vic Special" is actually a single $50 service that only includes exterior cleaning, tires, and floor mats - no interior cleaning whatsoever. This was completely contrary to what was promised during the purchase of the gift cards. When I called to address this misunderstanding, the owner seemed to have conveniently forgotten our previous conversation about using the cards for multiple washes, even though he was the one who personally sold me the cards. Pros: - None to report from this experience Cons: - Misleading information about gift card usage - Poor value for money ($50 for just exterior cleaning and floor mats) - Unsatisfactory customer service when attempting to resolve the issue - Lack of accountability for the miscommunication I cannot recommend purchasing gift cards or services from this establishment based on this experience. The lack of transparency about their services and unwillingness to address customer concerns is concerning.

I had a real great experience here at Vic’s the gentleman who recited in my money, very appreciative of me being there very kind really felt like he appreciated my business and my car was really done nicely for the full service $19 and a gentleman that collected my ticket was extremely nice. Said he wanted to make sure my car was good before it left Told me to have a great day. Just a real refreshing experience from Vic’s. I’m going to be coming here more often I don’t know if it’s new management or new people but what a pleasant experience. What a great car wash.

Definitely going to be coming here from now on. Vics carwash was an ABSOLUTELY phenomenal experience. The gentleman who took my ticket and payment was extremely kind and helpful. For 45 bucks they cleaned everything, inside windshield outside windshield. Normal package is 35 but I added a tyre package for 10 bucks, they literally hands and knees scrubbed the wheels and rims. Definitely an amazing service. Had a chat with the owner for a detailing which I will definitely be considering. Awesome people. 10/10 Satisfied

I paid $45 for a car wash 3/21/23 inside and out, they were supposed to clean everything on my blue Subaru forester inside and out. I could have went down the street for $20 at Sammy's near Dunkin. No inside cleaning was done sadly just some dirty rags.

I am a professional auto detailer with my own shop and never really have the time to maintain both my vehicles! I absolutely try not to go to any automatic car washes as the induce swirls and scratches into the paint but Vic’s car wash is very soft brushes and seems like the keep up with maintenance on the wash bay! I brought my Supra in for a quick wash and love that they do a wash vac windows tire shine and scent and towel dry the car including the door Jambs! My wheels were actually almost spotless which majority of automatic car washes suck and don’t clean your car at all! Not at Vic’s they do a phenomenal job and will definitely go back when needed!! Probably the best carwash I know of around!! Thanks salem and his team for a great job on my Supra!!
