He did an incomplete detail on my card when I paid him for a full interior detail and he also messed up everything electrical on one of my cars and denied doing so and said I was a liar trying to blame him for something that was already broken, but that was not the case. Didn’t offer anything to fix the problem, I had to got to a car electrition and cost me 500 dollars

I looked over most of Modesto's Auto Detailers and Vera's was the only one that didnt need my vehicle all day, not to mention he is mobile and will come to you! I took away one star for timeliness - our appointment was for about 6 and he showed up at 630. Vera and his employee were at work within 5 minutes of showing up. Vera went over some quick highlights with his process and a minor safety disclaimer that after cleaning my leather seats I would likely slide a little in the seat until the cleaner dried (so be sure to wear my seat belt). My interior looks brand new - and it was filthy: sand, dirt, dog hair, kid messes, dry leather seats etc... I intend to hire him in the future.

This is an overdue review. I hired Vera's Auto Detail for my RV over a year ago for external and internal detailing of my RV. He showed up over one hour late and said he would only be able to do the exterior that day. He did a beautiful job of the exterior. He rescheduled the interior detailing for another day and showed up at leat one hour late again. I was not home at the time of the interior detailing, but he did a lousy job. Seemed he cleaned the carpets, which were left soaking wet. I had to hire a housekeeping service to return and clean and detail the interior. I attempted to contact Vera re my dissatisfaction with the interior, and he never responded. It's too bad, because he is fairly local and did a great job on the exterior, but I will never use him again nor refer him to anyone.

I have used Vera’s twice now and they do an amazing job! My Jayco fifth wheel was badly oxidized and Alex and his crew brought it back to life…..it looks new again. Julian told me if I have it washed and resealed every 6 months it will continue to look new…..and it does! Alex also resealed all of the roof vents, AC, fridge vents and anything else on the roof where the lap seal had deteriorated from the sun and weather. I highly recommend this business, and I am not an easy person to please!

Steer clear of this guy and his shady promises. He came out and ceramic coated my fifth wheel and it looked terrible. I had to have some repair work done and the shop asked who did the work. He showed me why it was wrong and why it was never going to look correct. Ironically, this shop recommended Vera’s. The owner called and spoke with Julian, advised him to work on making my trailer correct. He never did and wanted to charge me $350 to wash and inspect it twice per year. Julian is full of excuses and his work is sub par. Go elsewhere.

My truck was perfect from the dealer and I never should have hired Vera to Ceramic coat my 2023 Tacoma. I regret ever calling him and should have gone with someone else. Watermarks are sticking to the truck after meticulous care with special soaps and soft water, geez. The truck is terrible. He said he could fix it, great never happened. He said don't worry he'll redo it, after text messages for 3 months he never showed up for his appointments HE SET. Terrible Business Owner NO WARRANTY WITH HIM

These guys did a fantastic job on my trailer. My trailer was turning white because of heavy oxidation. When these guys were done with my trailer it looked like it just came off a show room floor. I am very happy with the job they did and I would recommend this company to everyone. I picked one of the pricier packages but well worth it.

I’m extremely picky about who washes and details my fifth wheel. Today was the first time using Vera and I could tell you that he’s has won my loyalty as a customer. Juliann and his crew were very professional and paid attention to detail. After being in at dusty RV park for three weeks , it looked like I had crossed Sahara desert. But the Vera detailing team whipped it right back into looking brand new.
