I was super excited to use this new car wash. I made a special trip to get there. I don’t live in the same town. I bought the least expensive car wash because it was my first time and I wanted to see how it would go. The attendant that helped me was very helpful and personable. I went to the car wash and then went to vacuum my car. The vacuum cleaners were not working, but I was not told that prior to buying my wash and as I got to looking at my car it was still very dirty. Bugs still on the windshield and the grill. I won’t be back, there are many others to choose from 😢

Between Modesto and Stockton, this has to be the Best Car Wash station I have been to in a long time. I am now a proud and happier member with 4 vehicles on a monthly payment system. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Clean facility that does a good job cleaning your car. Would be nice if they towel dried for you, but that is why they give you a towel. I love that they have air hoses at the vacuum stations and have crevice nozzles as well as wide nozzles. Employees are friendly. Have plenty of vacuum stations. The Halloween light show is pretty cool. A monthly unlimited plan is a great option.

They do a good job in washing the car. I like the cloth that they give the cleaning the inside. Really good vacuums. The only downside is I got stuck when the line went down. .

I'll be honest, I didn't have high hopes for this place since I didn't care for the others in town. Thankfully, I was wrong and they were great. I will say $22 is a little pricey. But when I got out of the car wash and noticed the front of my car was still a little dirty they let me go through again and took more time with the pressure washer on the front to make sure it was taken care of. Their vacuums work great and I really like that they have two sizes for them. And they have pressurized air which I love. I will definitely be back here.

I had a positive interaction with the staff during my visit to the car wash. However, I deducted one star from my rating due to the absence of an automated self-service option for customers seeking to manage their unlimited plan. This is the sole aspect where improvement could be made. Overall, I found the car wash to be of good quality.

Trucks clean... But still very wet and soapy. I'm a paraplegic, so washing my truck doesn't happen. I tried Whisper, won't waste another $15 to have a wet and water spotted truck.

I just wanted to write a quick review and give a shout out to this employee she actually took the time to fix my membership after the gate had not been opening for me. Now I can go through no problem I've been coming here for months and she's always super friendly and helpful I believe her name was Jessica. I live across town and drive here because this has been my favorite car wash ever!

I really enjoy coming to this car wash! I’ve been to the other 3 in town and had memberships but this place has kept me happy for a little over 6-7 months. I love that they offer free dash wipes and even microfiber towels! Most places charge $1 or more for those things. Also I like how the equipment and machines inside are relatively new, serviced often and kept clean. Recently some of the vacuums were down, but I guess they were making improvements they said and it’s back up and running! I live much closer to mister car wash off airport but I make the drive to Whispers and appreciate the kind staff that are helpful and cool people.

After an second time through . The staff still can seem to get to the undercarriage correctly. Time to get a machine that can do that part. Additionally, please tell customers that one side of the prewash sprayer is down and unable to get the under carriage cleaned. Not even offered a manual solution to this. 🤦‍♂️

AMAZING car wash!! The vacuums are super strong and nice, and it actually clears all the water off your windows and side mirrors with super powerful driers. They give a microfiber cloth and cleaning towel every visit. They’re brand new and set on doing things right - highly recommend.

Ok, well doing a update on my this place, and as you can see by the parking lot, this place is always dead and always a ghost town. Doesn't really surprise me, as once their promotion was over, they pretty much stuck it to you. The prices are outrageous there, and only a good couple staff people there, as the rest love their drama, including the manager there. I will never go back there as not only are the prices high, but their car wash tunnel seems always to be breaking down or all of it is not up and running. Enter at your own risk, or better yet, just go to any other car wash.

BEWARE EQUIPMENT MAY DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE My girlfriend and I took her car here to get it washed back in April. During the wash cycle, the equipment ripped out recessed lighting on her car. We spoke with Sonny, the manager, who assured us that this matter would be “taken care of”. He told us to get an estimate for the repairs and we would be issued a check for the full amount of the repairs. After the estimate was provided to them for $512, there was no communication for a couple weeks until someone finally got back to us stating that they were offering a check $200 less than the total listed on the estimate. Sonny would not return any calls and would have his associates middle man the conversations who openly admitted they had no context for the situation and didn’t know what was going on. It took my girlfriend getting in touch with legal counsel before there was finally any response from Sonny and they still did not want to pay the full amount of the damages their equipment caused to her vehicle. The company issued a check still short of the total damage repair costs. For a company that has car washes starting at $16 and goes up to $32 at a rate of 120 cars/hr, it is disappointing to say the least that they were trying to haggle and lowball her for damages their equipment caused know full well that had we damaged any of their equipment, they would expect full reimbursement. Terrible customer service. Dishonest management. I’d stick to going to a Pay N Spray if I were you. Had we known a $16 car wash was going to lead to this, I sure would’ve.

Caught the opening 5.00 special weekend for labor day. Cleaned my car well, has extra jets to dry your car which other car washes don't have as many as this new wash. Plenty of self vaccume stations. I was impressed for the have a air nozzle to blow out your rims, windows and engine of water or dust.

I used to have a car wash pass to Mister, but after discovering Whisper I canceled and signed up right away. Their facility is much nicer and also very friendly. The gentlemen “Sunny” at whisper is always helpful and even when it seems busy, he always finds time to come out and greet me and make sure my experience was perfect!! Thank you to Sunny and the whole Whisper team for opening here in Manteca and providing such a great washing experience!
