I am usually not the type to write reviews but this time I was and still am extremely angry. I want to start off by saying that I was promised a full detailing service and wonderful results and that I would even get a scent for my car. Not only I payed $59.99 and didn't get the full service but also got my car scratched and my windows as well and lets not mention how greasy they made it. I've washed my car before and I understand that the leather polish is greasy but they did not do it correctly and now my entire car has stains and finger prints all over. I could not take pictures of my windows but they were scratched as well along with them not being cleaned at all. My seats now have stains and I cant even touch my car without getting polish all over my fingers. Along with this once my car was "ready" I went to see the exterior (the doors were closed so I could not see the interior of the door where the scratches are and that was on me) and the logo of my car still had dirt all over it, the mirrors were dirty and it still had bugs so this is definitely not a detailed service. On top of that the managers were so unprofessional. Two of the managers started yelling at each other across the parking lot while I was talking to them and one of them walked off. Like I am trying to tell you what is going on and you just walk off? What kind of service is that? They even forgot to put the scent. Like I had to remind them that I was told that I would get a scent for my car. I should of known that paying that price for a detailing service sound too good to be true. I would definitely not recommend this place at all. You will have better luck washing it yourself than paying for their service.

I have been a long time member of this car wash. The service and quality has been steadily declining. I recently noticed the car wash is leaving scratches and scuff marks on the bed of my truck. When I called to share this they expressed zero concern and told me I would have to “take that up with management”. When I asked for management no one from management was working or available to call me. Additionally, they make canceling the membership painfully difficult. I’d consider taking your business elsewhere.

Kind of chaotic but ok. First time. Second time 5 star. Dakota was a super nice dude and very patient with me when I used my fleet card and they denied it and they had to call in and come to find out I should have called ahead. Super easy experience considering I screwed up on my end. Updated review; Alexis and Tavien are also top notch. I brought aftermarket windshield wiper blades and an aftermarket cabin filter rather than pay extra and they so nice they agreed to help me with my own install. I got the 4 x oil change card to get the free one and with interior cleaning upgrade was only $319 or something.

I payed for the most expensive wash. My car was ready in no time and I thought that was great. But it turns out my car was as dirty inside as it was when I got there, not even the trash was taken out. There were water stains on the windows because they didn't dry it properly, they didn't even wipe the steering wheel, there was even dust on the dashboard. No products were used. Hands down THE WORST CARSWASH I ever had

This place is really improved. Their customer service recently. Tyler Leach helped me and she was very friendly and helpful. I paid $29 for an inside and outside wash with tire shine. I waited for one hour and 15 minutes. There were four cars in the stalls for the vacuums when I arrived. This place used to be great but it’s gone downhill big time. Picture attached when I got back in the truck after waiting an hour and 15 minutes

Where to start. Just stay far away! They hustle you & uosell everything only to not even wipe the inside of your car down. The dude said they just use Windex and do a light cleaning. Told me "you get what you pay for" well windex is for windows & I paid $25!! if I could take my tip back from him I would have. Place is a joke I could have saved the money and taken it to a carwash where you do everything yourself. I can't believe they have repeat customers this place is garbage

They did a fantastic job on our Jeep, which looks like new now. They went out of their way to get rid of water marks where the car got hit by a sprinkler. Definitely a 5 out of 5 on the exterior. Interior more a 3.5 out of 5.

Paid $40 for their full-service wash, which included an interior wipe down, vacuum, exterior wash, and air freshener. I specifically asked not to have tire shine applied because they usually put it on so thick that it splashes up on the car when driving away. Despite that request, they applied it anyway. Worse yet, there was no interior wipe down at all—just skipped completely. When I tried to ask about it, the staff had no customer service skills and got defensive instead of trying to make things right. It’s disappointing how such a simple service can be done so poorly. Definitely not worth $40 and I won’t be returning.

Went to this car wash after second time after the first time I went 6 months ago. The first time I went, they had amazing results, cleaned out my interior and exterior, wheels. Even cleaned out my cup holders and dash for only $25. Today, I paid $44 expecting more. But they didn’t even wipe down my passenger door handle, clean out my dash, and my cup holders/center console looks untouched when the package I bought comes with vacuum. My car is pretty clean in general, but it looks like they didnt even double check. I was right to be skeptical about my car being ready within 10 minutes. Sometimes it’s not about the quickness but the quality of the work. Thanks anyway

I've been coming to this car wash for about a month now—at least 4 or 5 times—and the inconsistency in service is honestly frustrating. Every time before today, I’d drop off my car, the attendant would take my keys, drive it through the wash, and then the team would dry it off. Simple. But today, I was told that drying the car is part of a separate package and that I had only paid for the exterior wash. So now I’m confused—what about all those other times? Was I getting extra service for free, or was I unknowingly paying for something different? The lack of consistency makes it hard to know what you’re actually buying. Everything seems to be an “add-on” or “package”—interior cleaning, leather treatment, etc.—but the communication is poor. A few weeks ago, I paid for an interior and leather cleaning package, and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. It looked the same as before. No noticeable results. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a reliable car wash experience, I’d recommend going somewhere else.

I came in today and told the person I wanted a very specific service, I said I wanted my front trunk and floor mats and the consoles detailed and they told me it was going to be a more expensive package which I agreed to, then they finally washed my car and spent maybe 5-7 minutes on the interior which was a little odd and then they called for my car, when I opened the door I thought they were joking, it was like they just moved dirt around and I talked to the guy and they said they were going to take care of the mats but charge more for the front trunk because it was a part of the service although I was told otherwise and I didn’t even get mad, I just said okay , I went inside and tried to pay but a really nice lady said not to worry about, that it was all fine. They cleaned the trunk and it came out perfectly but I got home and noticed how dirty the interior was and my back side door holders are missing the lining and I proceeded to call and ask for them and the manager was dismissive and rude. Will never go back, my family had been going there for years and so had my friends. I will definitely be letting them know about how horrible this place has become.

My friend introduced me to this place, and I had the Sparkling Shine $65 package. Then, I started using their new Sparkling Shine full-service wash card ( $108 wash card) because I thought I wouldn't have to worry about cleaning my cars. I am very disappointed with today's service. After the wash, the car had mud layers in all the mud covers, so I had to send it back to the wash again. Once the job was done for the second time, I still saw dried mud marks on the car, even outside the mud covers. I assume I do not have very high expectations from you regarding getting this cleaned up. I usually keep my car clean( I had a car wash from this team six days back), and the only reason for the mud is driving over a muddy parking slot last night. I showed this to the manager name, Bob, and he told me I could get this cleaned by using a brush 🤪😅 The attached photos were taken 15 minutes after the car wash I had today.

Eh.. honestly not impressed with quality at all. Customer service was great. Check in, explanation of options, time frame, and prices were great, but the quality of the wash was super subpar and the inside cleaning was just bad. I watched and the guys cleaning looked thorough but I did notice they used the same rags drying the car off outside to then wipe my windows and surfaces inside.. lots of dirt and dust left inside. I used my own rag and bottle water to clean up the all parts they left behind and it wiped up no problem but what a waste of time if I'm still doing 20+ minutes myself after they finish.. get what you pay for unfortunately. Also, bring CASH for tips. No ATM available and wouldn't take card for tip.

I had a great experience here! Everyone was so polite and informative. The time took barely 20 minutes I was shocked!!! My car was easy to clean since its still new but the salesman made sure I knew exactly what came with my package and I took home information on their membership program. The memberships is where its at if anyone is looking for an all around good place, go here! Very good job to everyone!! And thank you for being so helpful for someone new to town like me!!!
