They used to do a great job, but now it's rushed and the results are not satisfying. I spent $40 to not have my vehicle vacuumed properly and the dog nose smudges were still on the windows. They also did not use the air freshener I picked that came with the package. This used to be my go-to car wash, so it's disappointing.

It’s a hit or miss here, particularly when it comes to the wiping down and vacuuming of the interior. At least half the time I take my car here I have to take it out and park nearby to wipe down the inside because it doesn’t look like they did it at all. And I can just tell when they don’t vacuum, either. I’m just glad I found a different car wash closer to my house that does great work so I don’t have to settle for this place anymore.

My first time going here since the place I usually go to was closed. I had mixed feelings because the car wash and dry was very fast. I was there no more than 15 minutes. That’s great but I also noticed that the inside of my car was not as clean as I paid for it to be. The young woman who works inside was unnecessarily rude. She didn’t give me a receipt after I paid, and I asked her for one and she said she already gave it to me. After I told her I didn’t get one, she proceeded to say that she did. I checked my bag and showed her and she gave me one after that, but never apologized, never said thank you. Honestly, to assume I was lying because she couldn’t admit to a mistake was not good customer service. I would have gone back even though the car wash wasn’t perfect because they saved me a lot of time, but because of her, I will not go be going back. The last thing I need is to be made out to look like a liar again.

This time the guy that washed my car took its time and did it right. I usually do the hand wash which is $35 to make sure time spent to wash the car nicely.

Best local car wash! Basically a hand-wash inside an old machine wash, but no spinning brushes anymore. I just got their hand wax and it was fantastically good! My car literally felt like new, inside and out. Even the windshield was crystal clear inside, rare for other car washes. The go to place for washing, waxing to getting your car super clean!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this car wash only because it’s close to my house, even though they never really did a good job cleaning the car — always spots missed, windows still dirty, etc. But what happened last time is completely unacceptable. While my car was being washed, someone there stole my Prada glasses and my handicap sign from inside my car. Both items were tucked away deep in the lower level of my center console — meaning whoever took them was actively searching through my personal belongings, not just grabbing something left out in the open. I called management multiple times and left messages, and of course, they never bothered to return my calls. It’s clear they have no accountability or care for their customers. Between the poor quality wash, the blatant theft, and the management’s complete lack of response, I would highly recommend you stay far away from this place. Total scam and completely untrustworthy.

Always went here in the 90's. Now that I moved back, I'm glad to see that the service is still top-notch !

I paid $70 - it was dirty under the handles, the panel was poorly polished (in the sun you can see where it wasn’t even wiped), there were a lot of unpolished places. Thank you for this!

Dear Ventura Car Wash Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I have been a regular customer and have had satisfactory experiences in the past. On previous occasions, I have been charged $60 for a hand wax, wash, and interior vacuuming, all of which were done to my satisfaction. However, during my most recent visit, I was quoted $120 for a clay bar, wax, and detail. I expected a thorough and meticulous service for this increased price, but unfortunately, the result was far from acceptable. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed several areas that were clearly neglected: - The exhaust tips were not cleaned. - The wheels, including the inside, were left dirty. - The carpet still had visible debris and dirt, indicating it was barely vacuumed. - Various marks on the exterior of the car were not wiped off. - Even the inside of the gas cap was left untouched. Given that I was charged $120 for a full detail, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail. It is clear that the service provided did not meet the standards expected, especially considering the price I was charged. I request that you address this issue promptly, as I believe I have been overcharged for a service that was not properly delivered. I would appreciate either a refund or a complimentary redo of the service, done to the standard that was promised. I look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Elijah

First, I'd like to say that I'm a mom of 2 kids under the age of 5.... My car gets MESSED. UP. Inside, outside, everywhere. I rarely get the chance to get my car professionally washed because I always have two wiggly kids with me, but when I DO get the opportunity - I come here. They do a really good job and take patience and care inside and out. I've never left here feeling like they didn't leave my car the best it can possibly get. Thank you, thank you!

This has been my go to car wash, but this morning the quality was pretty bad - $30+ for a basic wash and the inside was still really dirty afterwards, Scuffs on doors hadn't even been touched

Let me address your latest response, since you’ve now contradicted yourself multiple times and are continuing to lie in writing. First, let’s get this straight: I never said you stole anything. I came in calmly to ask if something had been turned in. What I got in return was indifference from your cashier, and blatant rudeness and apathy from your manager Jose. Your cashier clearly stated that you leave found items out in the open in the lobby—her exact words were, “We just leave them out front.” I asked her directly if there was a drawer or a safe, and she said no. I repeated the question and got the same answer: “No, we just leave them out.” She didn’t say “except wallets.” She didn’t say “unless it’s valuable.” She said everything is just left out. Then Jose came out and reconfirmed this—said that’s how it’s done. At no point did either of them say “wallets are secured under the register.” If that was actually the policy, it would’ve been the easiest thing in the world to communicate. They didn’t. That’s on you. Now, let’s talk about the video. Jose did offer to show it to me—and I declined. Not because I thought it proved anything, but because I realized by then that the problem wasn’t the item. It was your staff’s total lack of professionalism, care, and basic respect. I walked out not because of the wallet—but because of how I was treated. And finally, let’s deal with this lie you’re now repeating: “We did not say that we don’t care about our customers.” Yes, you did. Jose said it verbatim when I told him how long I’ve been bringing three cars through your business. He shrugged and said, “We don’t care.” When I said I’d take my business elsewhere, he said, “Please do.” I gave him multiple chances to clarify. He didn’t. Instead, he doubled down. I remember the exact words, because I was shocked: “If customers don’t like the way they’re treated, they can go somewhere else. We don’t care.” That’s what he said. If you’re denying that now, either you’re not speaking to Jose, or you’re calling your own customer a liar. So don’t try to twist this into me being “rude” or “weird.” The only thing I did was express frustration after being treated like my business—and my presence—meant nothing. And after reading your responses, it’s clear that’s exactly how you view your customers. If you think replying with contradictions and insults will change the facts, it won’t. I have nothing to gain from this. I left a review because I believe people deserve to know how your business actually operates when there’s an issue. And now they do. Jason

What a horrible service! I will never come back here again. They left so many dirty spots in the car. I payed for a air freshener that they didn’t give me! I asked for it from the the guy was working there instead of him answering my question he told me with a very bad tone to move my car. I was wondering why is he rushing me, it was because the fancy car he wanted to bring in. They worked on my car so fast for the rolls Royce behind me. I hope the tip you got from them was enough because you lost a customer.

Paid for a complete detail on my 89 Rover. This would include buffing and polishing the oxidized paint and shampooing the entire interior. He said $350 because it’s an SUV, but then upcharged me another $30 for the rear cargo area? As if that wouldn’t be included on every SUV? Whatever, I was in a hurry so I agreed to $380, expecting an exceptional experience. It was anything but. Still covered in dirt, stains, grease smudges from the mechanic, overspray, wheel wells still completely caked in mud, door jams covered in dirt, tons of grime on the interior in plain site. They only thing they really got right was the shampooing. Everything else is terrible. Absolutely zero muscle was put into this job. I can not believe I paid almost $400 for these results. Never coming back.

Awful, my car is still dirty, has bug spots all over it and the dryer did a half ass job. When I got out of my car to pay the only thing the dryer said to me was “tip?” after the worst attempt to dry a car

I think I’m done coming here. It’s very convenient since it’s next to my house but there’s next to no customer service. Everyone I pull up I have to put in the express wash tag in myself and pull up to the car wash. One time I wanted to get an expensive deep clean so I sat there waiting for someone to help me. Just multiple workers staring at me and after 10 minutes of waiting I left. The last time I went through the wash and pulled up to the curb to go inside to pay. Apparently I didn’t pull up enough because the guy yelled at me to pull up more. I go inside to pay and I’m getting in my car to leave and this same guy was like “receipt??” As if I just stood inside for 5 minutes and pretended to pay. I’ve never been asked to show a receipt before getting in my car. That was the final straw for me. It’s convenient and the wash itself isn’t bad for $10 but I’d rather go elsewhere for people to be nicer to me and get better service.

First of all the guy tried to upsell me. Really annoying. I have a 1998 Ford ranger. Does it look like I can afford a $50 car wash? Second of all they did a terrible job. There are still bugs on the front bumper. Black smears on the side. Third of all they broke my topper. Didn’t notice it until I had to open it to put groceries in the back. The rear window part no longer goes up automatically. The hydraulics are busted? Not sure, but these toppers are expensive. Not sure what happened but there are marks like it got caught on something. Thank you for telling me this before I left. Shame on you.

Took the car over to them to get it washed. This is the worst car wash I have ever gotten they only was the sides of the car with dirty rags and they don't wash the top of the car or the center of the hood. They did a terrible job. I had to asked them to rehash the car since it still had dirty on it. I had to ask them to also vacuum the car since the first time they did not even clean under the seats or cup holders. Employees are very rude specifically the manager there. This place only cares about taking your money and they can care less about the quality of thier work. I would not recommend you taking your car there they will leave your car more dirty then when it first came in since they use the same dirty rags and dirty water in the bucket to clean all the cars. This will definitely scratch the clear coat on your car do not waste your money on a trashy job. Horrible service all around.

Upon arriving at the car wash, I was informed by one of the staff members that the establishment would be closing in 30 minutes. This information was unexpected and left me perplexed. Despite the fact that my car was completed in 20 minutes and underwent a thorough cleaning, the quality of the service was subpar. As a Tesla owner, I was particularly disappointed to find that the upper windows were still filthy, and the floors were not adequately vacuumed. This experience has left me with the impression that the car wash is not meeting the standards of its competitors. It is regrettable that the establishment chose to continue operating despite the poor quality of service provided.

I go here every time I need my car washed. The quality varies a bit but I'm never disappointed with the wash and vaccum. Nice staff too!
