I would like to say I very much appreciate the worker Kyle and his boss I had a oil leak from another location ( Apple ave ) they had me ring my car in to take a look at it and they fixed the problem with no hesitation so lesson learned I will be staying with them at the Henry street location only I have never had issues with them thank you guys so much I give you a 5 star rating

Great friendly crew, very inviting and know there stuff. They let me know that there might be something wrong with my oil pump, they did not want to waste my $$ on a oil change but i had em do it anyway and not ever a week or so later it died on highway from oil pump.Not to mention free car wash what??

I was way over my recommend oil change and went to this place on Getty. I have used this place a couple of times before. The first time he was rude. Not sure y I went back. When I pulled up the worker looked at me and shook his head as if I was a bother. I sat a minute and it just looked as if he kept doing it randomly so I pulled off and came to Vans. I have passed this shop many times before but never stopped. Well I am so glad that I did. They were so very kind and thorough and charged only $40 instead of the $60 the other place charged because he didn't have my oil type in the larger container.. He said he had to use small ones so it would cost more.. Anyway I will KEEP coming back to Vans.. Thank you for turning a previously bad experience (from the other place) into a great experince and saving me $20 bucks on a regular oil change. God Bless you guys! I do HIGHLY recommend this parricular shop!

Extremely friendly dudes with great and thorough service. I went in for a high-mileage oil change. It was done in under fifteen minutes. They also checked all my fluids and cleaned my windshield! And each oil change comes with a card for a free car wash. All of this was $65. They didn't try to tell me I need anything else.

Bring Back the Old team. Been going here for over a decade. Service is not what it used to be cutting corners not checking tire pressure when getting an oil change. $100 for an oil change I need all my services.

I generally change the oil in my car myself; it's easy and keeps me mobile. Of sorts. I bought a new/used car June of '23. Couldn't get the plug out of the oil pan/ the plug was totally ruined, and it was put in so tightly, I couldn't get it out. I stopped in to this place, since it's close to home, and asked if they would please remove, then replace the plug. The man not only removed the old plug, but then put in a new one, and topped off the oil level, since a bit came out, and said "No charge." I had told them I like to change the oil myself. Well, the next day I did. The new plug was perfect! These guys rock, and deserve your business!. This kind of customer service has been rare. Thank you guys, for your help and for the quality of service I thought was gone. They really are a "great group of people" Give 'em a try. Chuck Arthurhultz

I had a cooling system flush here and they were training a new guy on it and they ended up clogging my cooling system and ended up with no heat and heating and cooling issues. They did not take their time and with spending over 70$ was not very thrilled. If your looking to get that done there's better out there.
