Went in the store today just to grab something to drank, while walking back to the front a lady told me if I was shopping I need to take my bag to the front I told here I’m headed to the front, she was very rude while talking to me, I told she didn’t have to be rude then she got loud walk like she was trying to walk up on me then told the girl at the register to refuse my service and I ask why she said because she was the manger and if I had a problem call corporate

It is a very messy and unorganized establishment. There are like 2 isles at most times that you can't even walk side by side with someone if ya wanted to. I love Dollar Generals but this one I dread entering. I really hate to say it but they just need to shut this one down!!!

love them they always have the shelf full never rude ppl never i got in there at least 4 times a week i have a new born son and he runs out of wipes shampoo fast so good to know they are a few blocks away.

Was pretty nice, aisles were a bit messy and disorganized to me (in their placement) but things were easy to find if you paid attention, prices were alright and the cashiers seemed nice. I'll definitely be coming back.

Even though I do like going to these stores I wasn't too happy about a lot if the things I needed we're out of stock. I'll plan on making afew more returns to this location in the near future to see if there are any changes in the things that I need being in stock, but at least the staff were helpful, nuce, and made me feel welcome once I walked in the door.

Today about 9 a.m. I went into Dollar General the ladies that work this morning was so pleasant each one of them I saw three ladies they were smiling and laughing and talking whoever these ladies are this is the team you need the store looked very nice they were working on layouts I seen but it was okay I haven't been in a while but if this is the team that you have chosen to work at this Dollar General on Laketon you have done very well I just wanted to just leave a review if I can leave a bad when I can leave a great one when I see it thank you ladies I appreciate you PS just saying the way your employees are is the way the customers will come in and treat your store much better just showing some love keep up the good work we appreciate you young ladies

The cashiers are usually nice, but this place is very run down. It feels more like a gas station than a store. Freezers are usually haphazardly filled, shelves are too crammed together. It's difficult to walk around in the store, the place is just too small for all the items.

It was very busy. Only one cashier was at the counter with at least 10 to 12 customers in line waiting. The cashier finally called another worker up to help out after standing in line for ten mins. I love Dollar general for the most part, but today, that one was very slow and hot! Never had to stand in a line that long before with that many people. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be negative.

Your cashier seen me coming to the register and walked away anyways. She was stuffing her face when entered the store. Kept me waiting for a few minutes at register and wasn't friendly. 👍🏽 I won't be back

The workers were very friendly. I walked in and a lady was mopping up the wet floors looking out for customers safety. The gentleman had a long line and not once seemed frustrated. He was very outgoing and a peppy personality. The lady did jump on register to help. Not a bad experience at all. Thank you for the great service!

Not one to give negative reviews to a specific store or its employees. Since this store is close I sometimes use it for convenience as it's the only place to buy "food" within 3 miles of where I live. From experience I applaud the workers for doing their best to keep up appearances. Lately though it's obvious they are understaffed and unable to keep the shelves stocked. Not their fault... This is the worst Dollar General I've seen. The general manager is rude, with a nasty attitude, untasteful etiquette voice tone, not very welcoming. It's closed unexpectedly during business hours every other week or so. Great location terrible management. It should be monitored and secretly shopped!!

Sadly this evening 03~27~2021 this dollar general store at laketon/Smith,burned up a roaring rage of thick toxic black smoke then the fire took a deep breath of fresh air and blew seventy plus ft. Flames up through the black sky. Praying for all!

I love going in Dollar general they very very respectful I went in yesterday and I deal with the guy I forgot his name but he was very very very very very nice and so sweet and he helped me save money but they have great customer service over there normally when I go in there I have to wait but they are pretty good at opening other lanes keep up the great job you guys I love you guys over there great customer service
