Every time I go there the people working there are so nice and helpful. I’ve been to other Valvolines in NWA and this one has always given the quickest service. Yall should give your technicians a raise since I doubt the company pays them what they deserve.

I want to express how completely dissatisfied I am with this location, of Valvoline instant oil change! Recently I visited the Springdale Arkansas location again. I have been there in the past. When doing my oil change play topped off my radiator fluid in my washer fluid. Unfortunately they put them in the opposite places that they should have. I found this out when it started raining and I used my windshield wiper fluid to clean my windshield. The radiator fluid sprayed over my windshield and I can barely see to even get over to the side of the road. The unfortunate thing is that I gave Valvoline the opportunity to fix the problem and they refused. Worse than that is that they denied that it happened. They said they watched video of the service and could assure me I was mistaken. Customer service is everything. I will not return to this location and I highly encourage anybody who reads this to choose a different company to get their service. This is very rare for me to leave a review good or bad. I'm that completely unsatisfied with their customer service. Stay away from them if you can!

The young men where nice and polite from the moment they directed me into the bay. The young man was thorough and polite explaining all my opinions to choose plus all the added things and fluid checks. They didn't realize the oil filter for my car was out of stock. He politely explained that and one would be there quickly and was apologetic. Overall very nice polite young Man. You don't see that often anymore.

Been going to this location for years. Even when this was a Pennzoil location long before valvoline took over. Twice now they have cover my truck under neath in oil and have not cleaned it up even after having them do this once before in the past and I specifically asked them to please clean up the mess. They even have a note in the system to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Well it did. And I have got the run around with customer support and the manager Hugo. I asked for a refund and they send me a coupon through my email. Very disappointing. Strongly recommend to use anyone else but this company. Terrible customer service. They don’t make it right. I asked they clean up any mess and they said yes sir. They did not do anything they said. The store manager didn’t even apologize truly. Said they would use this as an example/ training exercise!! Are you serious!?! Absolutely pathetic!!! Spent hour or so pressure washing off. Pics show the oil in the water .
