I went home after I left there. I went inside and when I came back outside there was oil all over the ground. I thought the truck was leaking oil. Once I got it all cleaned up and got under the truck and cleaned it up also the only thing I could figure is that whoever did the oil filter was not professional and removed the filter before the oil pan was drained or while the truck was on and oil got everywhere. Or it was not tight when installed. I really dont know which. All I know is they got oil all over the place and didnt clean it all off and it appeared like it waa leaking. Which made me have to get under the truck to inspect everything and try and clean it up. Its ridiculous to be charged around 150 bucks for 15 minutes of time and not know if the filter was really changed or done correctly. Not confident on the whole job at all.

When I arrived I had to request a couple of times or remind them to check my tire pressure. An older gentleman asked a couple of his co-workers to do it....came across as if nobody cared to , or wanted to do it. A couple also didn't want to help me pay for my service.....as the older gentleman informed me he would direct me out. I could have driven off with a free oil change. I had to remind him that I hadn't paid yet. He still hollered at a younger co-worker to do it. The younger guy that went from assisting me to go help another person came back to do it. I told him that they didn't even check everything. Only good thing was telling me to go online and fill out this form for a discount. I don't plan on returning to this location.....with that work staff. I also don't recommend anyone to go.

This place is the greatest! They treated me like a Queen! They open my door then I was going to the store and Austin even open that door. Adam was very quick with checking on my engine things. Tha manager, what can I say EXCELLENT SERVICE. very polite and so through recheck my engine checked my wipers, tires. If you want to know your car was done right, then take it in to see these guys oh there was a lady she worked on a different vehicle. I love this place!! Tell them Debi sent ya!

This man is honestly the best thing that has happened to this company , i was admittedly short for my oil change , extremely embarrassed, honestly on the edge of tears because work was slow the week before and after bills i thought id have just enough for this oil change, either way leo honored a coupon that abled me to pay for my service, ive never been more grateful, leo i hope they value you because its a small act of kindness that makes a worlds difference. When I arrived I asked to talked to a manager so I can addressed my problem from last serviced. I addressed that on the last serviced they didn’t tighten the oil filter correctly, and that had to tighten the next day when I noticed it made a mess inside my garage it spilled about 2 Quartz of oil. The manager didn’t even bother go under the vehicle to look. He said that my oil pan was leaking. So I took my truck to a mechanic so he can put a new gasket but my mechanic said that my oil pan gasket was fine that it wasn’t leaking. Very disappointing on their service since I been taking all my vehicles there and I never had any issues whatsoever until now.

I usually have my oil changed at a different Valvoline location, but went to the location on Grandview, Odessa Texas this morning. I received the most excellent customer service. Ethan greeted me as soon as I pulled in and was so kind. Pat was kind as well and explained each maintenance check and what they were doing. Adam kindly filled my tires with air. And Eythan - who was at the "bottomside" and I was unable to meet him - I am sure he is fantastic as well. All of these gentlemen were kind and personable. I appreciate such treatment as I do not see that very often. I will definitely recommend this location to others as they have a level of excellence that I have not seen anywhere else. THANK YOU so much for employing fantastic people!
