If you advertise that a product is 4 for $12....shouldn't you honor it?? I showed the cashier & she said "Big Red" was NOT part of the sale. Then in my opinion, don't display it & don't blame the vendor!! The cashier advised the vendor had placed it wrong. Well then the vendor should be told by management NOT to place it in their store & make their customers think it's part of the sale! Never tell the customer the vendor is at fault.....actually TARGET IS AT FAULT FOR ALLOWING IT, IT'S YOUR STORE NOT THE VENDORS! YOUR IN CONTROL NOT THE VENDOR!!! Shoe area is a disaster, it’s been like that for a long time now. Makes me not want to shop with Target, and I know I am not the only person that feels the same way.

I haven't been to Target in a long time. It was very messy, dirty, with clothes everywhere, and disgusting bathrooms. It doesn't smell like coffee like it used to.

Got kicked out of the store while visiting my friend waiting for her to tell me what i needed to go shop for. I understand I knew the person but at the end of the day i was going to be a paying customer. I no longer feel welcomed and will not be going back. i felt very uncomfortable being told that i needed to leave by J.R Armstrong seeing as how target is a public shopping place . hopefully the staff and management can do a better job at being more welcoming as opposed to so hostile I have decided to contact cooperate about ny experience considering this isn't the only bad review target has.

I used to like coming to this target but it seems no one from management to the regular employees seems to care about their customers. This place is horrible, not a very friendly atmosphere.

The people that are hired nowadays is pathetic. They absolutely do not CARE. Let's someone in a wheelchair get all the way to a register to tell them " It doesn't work" while watching them wheel to the register. DO BETTER!!!!!

They need to atleast reverse the door on the handicap stall in the bathroom. I'm in a wheelchair. My wheelchair would have been able to get in if the door could have opened outwards. Instead had to sit with the door open and wheelchair beside me for all to see. Not a great feeling. Please fix this

This location never answers the phone . Terrible customer service it’s best to go in person because good luck trying to have someone answer the phone . That goes for the pick up as well will have you waiting forever . Midland location is way better .corporate needs to look at this location and help them get it together!!!!

I use this target for a lot of drive up orders, so I love it for that! Unfortunately, though this is the most unorganized Target that I have been to. It always feels like Black Friday crowds went through before I went to shop, but it’s sad when that’s the case every time. I still find a lot of great clearance and deals. It’s just a lot harder to shop when it’s very messy, and it feels like they stock shelves during the day so there’s worker carts all throughout the store that you have to maneuver around.

I am highly disappointed in my most recent visit to the Odessa Tx Target. I would advise everyone to shop somewhere else for your more expensive tech items. I went for an exchange for defective apple airpods purchased 1 week ago (still within Targets return window). The “executive manager” TRACIE was beyond rude and inappropriate implying I was a “scammer”. She was unwilling to help in anyway. I was immediately told there was nothing they could do considering their “policy”. Even with my receipt, and documentation from Apple themselves she was unwilling to come to a resolution. I truly felt she profiled me before even knowing what I was needing. Target should teach management better conflict resolution instead of just yelling “you’re being recorded”. TRACIE is a person who got authority and can’t handle her title.

This Target is awful. The first picture is from a recent attempt at finding some wedges for my daughter. Online it said they had 3 pair left in the style and size she needed. How on earth do they know??? It looks like a bomb went off and yes, there is a literal bag of trash in the shoe aisle. The second picture is where we went next and as you can see the contrast is stark. Deleted my Target app! All done there.

Online pick up could do better. I feel like if you can order online 1 item (AirPods) then you can pick up right then and there. Instead you have to wait 2 hours. But I’m waiting more than 2 hours and that 1 order isn’t ready still not ready.

Been twice now, each time the store has been very unkept and disorganized. Both times at checkout, there was only one regular lane open with self checkout and a line that went to the greeting cards. Last visit I started my trip at Guest Service to return and item and waited eight minutes for an employee to show up and complete my return and with an attitude at that. This Target location just is not worth coming to with the hassle that they make it out to be.

Target should really look into their executive manager for this branch. Maturity, responsibility and point forward attitude should be taught with authority. Tracie is their manager but not way shape or form was she helpful, her authority abuse needs to be investigated. Being a manager you should have the role to be a problem solver.

I’ll admit that I’m not a normal Target shopper but I was there late last night. My 3 teenage girls were being followed by some creepy older man. I reported it to the first employee I saw (Diane) and her response was immediate. She called a manager and before long we spotted the man leaving the store. She approached him and he said he forgot his wallet. They then had us escorted to our car as it was dark outside. Diane and the managers response was outstanding! The manager said they’d go back and get video of the man to keep him on file. Great job Target!! 👏 Thank you for taking it seriously.

Maria at the self checkout area went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. Sheassisted me when items didnt ring up the correct price.. the electric cart was dying and I wanted to get an additional item.. and she went to get it for me! Its definitely frustrating when trying to shop and the cart is going to run outta battery.. Maria made my shopping experience one to remember!

I just went to buy Christmas presents and I got this toaster ($99) when I was going to pay it was $219 the “manager “ Gigi didn’t want to honor the price. I asked her for her manager “Jr” and supposedly he was not there, awful service and I guess the costumer is never right!

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Target. In the LEGO aisle, there were multiple signs saying “Spend $40 or more and receive $10 off” or “Spend $75 or more and receive $20 off for Target Circle members.” Naturally, I picked out LEGO sets totaling over $40, expecting the promotion to apply. When I got to checkout, I was told the offer excludes LEGOs — even though the tags were placed all over the LEGO section. The signs were extremely misleading and made it seem like the deal applied there. I ended up wasting time and feeling tricked into spending more money with no discount. Target needs to make their promotions clearer and avoid posting misleading tags in sections where the offer doesn’t apply. Very frustrating experience.

Used to love shopping here even tough prices are always a bit over priced. I honestly can’t think of once I’ve actually seen the shoe section look anywhere decent, food, drinks, open candy bags… place is a mess! Couldn’t even take a seat to try anything. I hope they hire or have just one person in particular manage the shoe isles… Gesus
