Don’t know what they had against me and my old dodge truck! Oil change and front headlight replacement. During headlight replacement I noticed they were fast but unnecessary rough banging around tools. Left there and headlights worked fine. But next day the right side went out. Upon inspection noticed right headlight assembly was loose. I went back and they claimed it must be a short in the system. Put in a claim and management said they will investigate and watch cameras. My claim was denied. Went to another mechanic to get fixed. He found out the reason why the lightbulb only worked for a day is because they tore up the tabs on plug. So it worked until it vibrated going down the road. And the other parts of headlight brackets are broken only being held in by one main point. Beware

For the price you pay for these oil changes, you would think you’d want your workers to take pride in their work. Oil all over the place from removing the filter, dripping in my driveway. Oil all over the engine compartment. Running down my exhaust. Front end is soaked. Drain plug dripping too. I get you have lots of volume at the shop and are in a hurry. Take pride in what you do and clean up stuff if you make a mess. I will handle the mess, educate your staff. Disappointed and will not return.

I have always trusted my oil changes with this place and thought everyone was great, but they don’t check all your fluids. They don’t top off all your fluids and my power steering fluid went completely bone dry because of a leak that they would’ve probably realized if they would’ve checked it The claim that I filed was denied so I have to fix my own car. I will never go back here again, and I advise everyone do not sit in your car but demand to get out and see Everything that’s going on and check your own fluids monthly

Great experience, after a bad one with Jiffy lube. My appointment with Jiffy lube fell through due to negligent staff, so I ended up at Valvoline and they got me in Super Fast! Super friendly staff, didn't try to upsell me on anything I wasn't there for. I was in and out-before Jiffy would have even been able to start on my car (even though I had a scheduled app at Jiffy.) The staff even helped me get a better coupon than the one I came in with. I definitely will be back! No more Jiffy lube for me! Thanks Valvoline for saving our day. 😊

I had a terrible experience two weeks ago at the E Battlefield location. The regional manager, Chad reached out, to apologize and asked for me to try a different location. I went to the South Campbell location yesterday afternoon....was in and out in less than 20 minutes, and had two of the nicest, most professional and most competent gentlemen helping me. Sebastian and Bryson are top notch employees, and I will for sure return to this location.

I had never been to Valvoline before but a friend recommended this location so I went to get an oil change. Process was pretty simple, they got me in quickly and checked out the car for me. I did choose to do a few other services while I was there, including a battery change as it had been awhile. Ryan, the manager, was super friendly and helped me figure out what I needed, and Joseph worked on my car and got it all fixed up. The team even got me a discount. My experience here was great and I really appreciate their hours as it can be difficult for me to take off work and they are open on weekends. Would definitely recommend this place for keeping up on your vehicle maintenance!

A needed stop for a Uber / Lyft driver who needed the work to be done quick, neat, and in a professional way. The assistant manager Ryan was very pleasant, clear and precise on the things I needed done. Since I have not done any full check fluid check while I sat in the car for a while. This was a nice experience. Would I recommend this spot? Yes I would. Let me not forget, even the young lady that I spoke with on the phone the day before was even nice to speak with.
