STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!! I rarely leave reviews but this place was so shady I felt obligated to warn you. I read reviews ALL THE TIME and i dont understand why I didnt this time and i could kick myself in the arse for not doing so. They damaged my front passenger seat while doing a supposed interior detail which ironically one would expect would be fixed had i brought it in with upholstery damage. It was so obvious that the person who checked me in would have noticed a big piece of leather missing with exposed foam 2 inches in diameter!,,,, When i questioned them they said it was there when i brought my car in , of course I asked for a manager who would only say they said it was like that when i brought it in. They lied right to my face , I regret giving them a 20% tip before I inspected the car, Never in a million years would I expect anything like that getting an interior detail. Maybe not as clean as you would like but not such a blatant disregard for someones property that they were supposed to be giving TLC to. I dont know if I am angrier about the damage or that they lied to my face after taking my $40 tip. I asked them if they could please look for the missing piece of leather in their vaccume which im sure they didnt because it wasca large enough piece you coildnt miss it. They offered no restitution or apology. There are a lot of car washes in tis area any one of which is better than this shady operation! I can’t believe they remain in business with such poor customer service. !!!

Worst car wash in the valley. Expensive too. I’ve been taking my car to different car washes around the valley depending what area I’m in and this was absolutely the worst one out there. What a rip off.

Best car wash in town! It is pricier but you get your moneys worth. Vaccum, machine wash, and hand dry. The team is very friendly and hard-working. They are meticulous and make sure every part of your car is clean and ready to go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will be back for my next wash thank you

$160 for a complete detail at this Valley Car Wash and the results were disasterous. The person who detail the car was hardly a detailer for even an amateur would have done a better job. Some of the interior sides were not cleaned. My window trim has red rag debris stucked all over my windows on the outside. The interior windshield back and front and the moon roof were blurry when the sun shine over it. Look at the under the door track; they are all dirty. Look at the dusty air vent. Dry bird dropping on my roof were not removed. The entire car was ARMOR ALL. $5 material!! Leather dashboard looks like glossy faux leather made in china. Detailing a car? Please for goodness sake, if you cannot do a job right, don't rip people's money! The work done on my 2017 Mazda CX5 by that car wash person was about $35 worth, NOT $160!! Go back to a detailing school and I will tweet these pictures!!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – STAY FAR AWAY If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a car service. Not only did they DAMAGE the car, but they had the audacity to lie about it and pretend like it was already there. Completely DISHONEST and shady. The car was returned to me filthy clearly no effort was made to clean it. It looked like it hadn’t been touched in days, let alone professionally cleaned. Totally unacceptable!! To top it all off, the staff was incredibly rude, dismissive, and UNPROFESSIONAL . Every question I asked was met with eye rolls, attitude, or flat-out lies. I’ve never dealt with a more DISRESPECTFUL or careless business in my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They don’t care about your car, your time, or basic customer service. Absolutely disgraceful!

At first I was thrilled to see this place but it didn’t last long , see pictures of what they did to brand spanking new car and the quality of wash. Not coming back for sure. If you are looking for an advice I’d say avoid this car wash unless you don’t care about your car

Customer service here is absolutely horrible! I sat for almost 30 minutes watching 5 to 6 other cars that came well after me go in front of me and get serviced. Once I finally went inside to let the staff know a gentleman had the audacity to tell me they're bringing my car in. I walked back and saw NO ONE still working on my car. As I walked to my car to leave I finally sw someone start to work on my car. Waste of time and as I was leaving the staff was very rude and not apologetic at all. Gave me the feeling this happens all the time. Just go down the street to the other car wash, save money, save time & vacuum your car yourself. **If you need an amazing detailer please reach out to me. I have an amazing detailer I use and he is mobile so he can come to you. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE**

Bad detail job. Damaged my driver side seat upholstery. Refused to accept responsibility or make any attempt at compensation. He said it was not their fault and my seat is old.. yet I've gotten my car detailed many times after and no issues or complaints of old seat from other detailers.

I usually don't write bad reviews but this was the worst wash that my car has ever had. Yesterday I went to this place, I've been taking my car here for the last 6 months maybe... and everything was just ok. Yesterday I decided to pay extra for the super wash $25. I thought it was going to be better than the regular wash. I don't know if maybe was the time I went but they didn't even vaccum under the seats or the trunk, and the car was poorly wiped inside.

I really trust and love this place. They do their best to be very quick and careful! I always go here to get my car washed, especially for the early bird specials! I sometimes notice some small details are missed but overall, its a good clean for their prices. It's not perfect but they do a great job.

Have been wanting to get my car interior deeply washed. With two nieces, my car was bound to get dirty....!!! Came in, asked about pricing. Was a bit nervous. What if they don't do a good job? What if they aren't able to get the stains out? Left my car(my baby) in their hands. After 2 1/2 hours my car was so clean!! They got all the juice stains out! Great price, I am very satisfied with the service.! Will be bringing my other cars and will actually be recommending Valley Car Wash to my friends.

They don't care about the service they provide. It is a numbers game where they are trying to get as many cars in and out. I paid $60 and didn't get a good service. It was subpar at best. I would avoid unless in dire need. If you need to go, pay for the cheapest service. Your car will look the same than a higher priced wash.

I’ve been coming here for 15 years without issue until today. I paid a super wash and when they ran my vehicle through the wash, the sealer wax solution was broken and not hitting my vehicle. I told my manager that her could either refund me a portion of what I paid or he can try and fix the issue and run my vehicle again. He gave me a stern “we don’t do that”. Definitely won’t be coming back. The person at the register was wonderful and even offered to try and get the owner for me but unfortunately he was not there. This is the last time that either me or my family come back. Told the person drying my car that unfortunately I won’t be tipping him so that I can be made whole and the reason for that was because of the manager.

This car wash has significantly declined in quality. My parents and I have been long-time customers because the service used to be reliable and thorough. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The vehicle was left dirty both inside and outside, and the cloths used for interior cleaning had an unpleasant odor. Given the price and past standards, the current level of service is unacceptable. It appears that customer care and attention to detail are no longer a priority. Very disappointing experience.
