So far so good this was the fourth time I visit this place and It has better results and it is a larger establishment than Wishy wash on Sherman way and Van Nuys, it is a new place so when they are new it's usually good but we'll see in a few months when the roller scrubbers and the rest of the equipment starts failing how fast they fix it because it is a rip-off when not all the equipment works correctly but they still charge their full fee.(TBC) future update.

They people are pure SCAMMERS when they do your car service. Double check with another car mechanic immediately. Spent 450$ on brakes rotors and oil change but nothing was done. Don't let them fool you.

Great place with fully automated car wash that has lots of options my car was spotless much better than any other automated car wash that I ever visited a very convenient spacious parking for vacuuming your car after the super powerful vacuum I will definitely be visiting that car wash again even though it's not in my neighborhood but whenever I'm there in Van Nuys I'll drop by

Very bad, paid for the best service and they didnt even wipe the interior, windshield not clean properly and top of it the applied wax on top of dirt. Worst service ever. In charge promise other service and never came back for raincheck. I will not recommend this carwash to anyone.

A total Rip off place...they charge u 4 times more for the Air Filters, n other items at the time of oil change...6 to 14$ to filter , i ended up paying 40 bucks..no car wash with oil change...due to renovation. n when u ask them can i come back later, they wud say no its valid for 10 days only. Plz avoid going to this place... they also keep forcing customers for more services.

One of the best express carwashes. Rainbow wax option is really good. As for the tyre polish. One side is always done better that the another. It is spread unevenly on sponges. But definitely 5-star for the convenient and free vacuum cleaners.

I used to go here regularly for car wash. But now this place became fully automated. You don't talk to a human anymore, it's all computer. You have to vacuum and clean your own car. I miss the guys who did this job.

Fast, convenient, and cheap! This is a self service car wash, meaning no one on staff to wipe down or vacuum your car. After you run your car through the wash, they have plenty of spaces to park, set with trash cans to get all the junk outta your car and strong vacuums with long hoses. They have one hose on each side, so make your kids get out and help you with the vacuuming! What I like best about this place is that your car is still on the conveyor belt when you get to the drier, that way your car is nicely and evenly dried. You're not moving the car up yourself and leaving the car half wet with the drier time running out on you.

Attention all Princesses! If you refuse to pump your own gas...always like getting your car Valet parked...request laundry service at your gym and assign different family members/friends to be your personal chef for the day...then you need to spoil yourself with Tri Star Car Wash & Detail. Even if you're not a princess...this service is still pretty cool and anyone could get used to it! I came across Tri Star Car Wash when I found myself extremely frustrated with a dusty looking car. I have a red car, and a coat of dusty grime does not suit my tornado red baby at all. I found myself showing up at other local car wash places and being either too early [even though I was there when the business claimed to be open] and other times too late...even though I showed up 15 minutes before closing time! Their excuse that time is that the sun is down so they can't...and on another occasion, it was..."we don't have enough time and don't want to rush your car outta here." Sue me! I work!!! I can only go before or after work!!! Not anymoreeeeee!!! I have Tri Star Car Wash. I was extremely pleased with their work and they are really good about getting your car done FAST & SUPER CLEAN. Tri Star Car Wash is super friendly, super reliable, super amazing at what they do...how could you go wrong? Princess or not...everyone can appreciate convenience and that is exactly what Tri Star Car Wash provides in addition to a super bright and shiny baby to drive away in :)

Came in for a Mini-Detail. I was greeted by the friendliest and super hard working and organized guy (wish I got your name!). He gave me a nice package deal (a wax alone is supposed to be $59.99 or so, and i forget the price of a wash--all are written clearly on a sign) but he gave me both for just $39. The wash includes a ridiculous list of awesome things like getting your door jams cleaned, your car vacuumed, your tires dressed.... And things a non-car-expert can't recall (just look at their menu in one of their photos). I asked how long it would take and he said 20-25 minutes, and he was spot on. During the wait, we were given some waters to tie us over. And when all was done, I was given a free air freshener! These guys are so nice!!! They gave my crusty Prius that hasn't had a bath in about 6 months the best wash it's gotten since I procured it from it's mama-Toyota-station. In addition to the manual labor these guys provide, they also give you a stamp card which gives you a free wash and a discounted wax at a certain point. I'll definitely be coming back, not just for the quality work but also the friendly service.

I've been coming to this place regularly for the last 2 years. They provide excellent service from the moment I arrive until the moment I pick up my car. I usually get my car washed every other week and have had my car polished with the orbital machine once. They left my car looking even better than the day I bought it. Amazing service, they provide you with many options and it's up to the car owner to select a service appropriate for their vehicle. Definitely recommend this car wash!!!!
