Put my car over a month ago for a 150$ wash , you would expect a great wash for that price . Ended up being overpriced wash by bunch of kids , the wash wasn’t professional enough , customer service was horrible , and my car stayed with marks all over until now , asked to talk to a manager and another unprofessional kid “helped me “.. he blamed me for putting my car next to a paint ( something that clearly didn’t happen ) the grease marks were made at the car wash and since then nothing can clear it ! save your car and money don’t go there

For the price it’s not worth it. Thinking a full detail service would at most wipe down the dash that didn’t happen. Interior windows missed. Noticeable water marks on exterior not done complexly. Spent $140 and definitely not satisfied. Cannot recommend.

My experience at Valet Spa was wonderful! Normally you have to wait at a detailer and scroll on your phone or watch TV while your car is being worked on. At Valet Spa, I left my car with the staff and was able to walk around Scottsdale Fashion Mall while they worked. I had some scratches in my paint and some swirls, etc and the staff worked so hard to get everything looking amazing! Practically a new car. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. I’ll definitely be returning!

For the price of the service it was not worth it in my opinion. The appeal to me was that my interior car would be looking vacuumed and my mats washed (I got the luxe). It did not look like this one done properly. I did enjoy the customer experience the person there was nice. Just not worth the price to me.

Poor guest service when I arrived. Thought I was lying about appointment. Unable to access their system to validate my appointment. Got vehicle back as they were closing. Trunk was still dirty had leaves and twigs. Floors looked the same as when I dropped off. Tried to call and complain but no answer. Left message and still no answer. Save your money, do not go to this company.

The vallet spa is the first detailing company that I have used since I've been in Scottsdale, and they are the only one that I will use. Friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working, they did a fantastic job by my car. You get to wait in the most fabulous mall in America! Give them a try. You'll be happy!

I brought my car here because I have always seen luxury cars being detailed. I paid for their deluxe plan, which is $150, and it looks like they spent 30 minutes on my car. They didn’t spend a lot of time scrubbing the outside of the car as there were still hard dirt left on the vehicle. The inside was not wiped down well, such as cup holders. They never touched the back of the car as the inside of the windows were visibly dirty, and not vacuumed. I also sent an email after I picked up my vehicle and got no reply from them. I will include the same pictures I included in the email to the company which they never responded to.
