Horrible experience, machine got stuck in the mirrors and pulled them apart. They should be illegal to operate. Can't just put a sign enter at own risk and damage property without punishment. They said machines sometimes don't work well, but their negligence to tune the machines is obvious.

At first look when I drove by it looked like a big wearhouse but once I got the wash I realized how big this car wash is. They got spots in the building where you can dry and vacuum your car and additional spots outside. Very nice.

Valet Auto Wash Oxford Valley is located in Langhorne Pennsylvania , Bucks County at the old Toys R Us site in the Target , Bank of America shopping 🛒 🛍 plaza. It’s a nice car wash that offers a colorful drive through car 🚘 wash 🧼 with powerful blowers along with self vacuuming stations, towels for completing and compressed air for detailing. They have 6 entrance bays and an option to join the club with unlimited washes or just a one time wash. You can complete the detailing of your car inside or outside according to your preference and the weather . ⛅️ ❄️ 🥶 🥵

I used to love this car wash. Not so much any more. The black cloths to dry your vehicle with are awful! They streak and smear glass and paint. They smell musty, moldy and are wet. I go to the Burlington location and do not have this issue. What's going on at Langhorne location? Management please feel free to reach out to me.

Purchased the Brilliance wash today. My car came out coated with wax hooped all over was told I could a a coupon for a future wash it’s just because it’s cold out no help fixing the problem very unsatisfactory wish I could post a picture the general Manager swore at me and told me to leave

Went to get my car washed and waxed. Paid for the $30 service, the top brushes never touched my car in either the was or the wax tunnel. When I asked they said it was because of the roof rack. I have been here many many times and never had that problem before. I left with the hood of my car filthy (bird poop still on the hood) and streaked due to wax not being properly buffed. Never going back.

I tried another location of Valet Auto Wash with my second car. And now I can say with confidence as a someone who washes and details all his cars himself that Valet Auto Wash is one and only automated car wash that I trust my vehicles. Hopefully this will never change and the owners of the business will do proper maintenance of the equipment to keep costumers happy with a quality car wash without causing damages. Keep up with great quality 👍

This is one of the nicest car washes around. It is big and even when there is a line of cars, it is still moves at a decent pace. It has tons of vacuum stations and you can always find a spot. The nozzles are excellent size and can easily go into tight spaces where most others don’t fit. Also the suction is great at all stations no matter how far or close you are to the beginning of the line. Couple of bad observations are - quite frequently the rollers that wipe your car dry at the end after air driers are not properly working. You often get one or multiple of those rollers don’t work and you end up having to dry wipe your car. Also many times I would come to a vacuum station and none of them would have clean wiping rags. The kids that work there, just don’t bother to check and restock.

Broke the rear rain wiper because they never change the drying cloth and pieces of fabric hang around there. They always refuse to pay any damage and put out statements "enter at your own risk". Cost me $75 to replace the wiper arm. They asked me to fill an application and the manager called today to tell me they don't care about damages done by the wash system to cars. They are just bad people.

Overpriced. Not worth it. Paid $30 for brillance wash and was only allowed to go through 1 tunnel instead of 2. Car was left looking dirty so maybe at the end it was a good thing it didn't get waxed on top of the dirt, however was still over charged. Very dissappointed, no wonder this place always looks so empty. Just go somewhere else. P.S. nothing got broken.

I have not stopped talking about this place since the day I was there. It was amazing!! I have never had any of my vehicles look so good, even when they had a hand detailing job. The owners of this place have a gold mine if they keep expanding!! I live in Cape May county NJ and if they were to come close to here I would want to work there and be a spokesperson for them. I am so amazed at how good my truck looked and the price was incredible also. The same price down where I live wouldn't get you close to the service they give. I have never seen anything like that wax tunnel in my life! Great place!!!

I like the facility, the car stays shiny for weeks it seems… the only thing that NEVER comes out right, never is the tire shine. One time there was nothing on my tires and I went through again (free of charge) and it still didn’t work. I’ve yet had my tires come out completely covered. That’s my only gripe with this car wash. I’ll still go back.

Unprofessional My vehicle was damaged inside the wash at this location when the car wash equipment tore off the roof-mounted third brake light on my Escalade. The screws remained in place, making it clear this was not a loose or pre-existing issue. Since the incident, the business has failed to return calls or respond to emails, and no manager has reached out. There has been zero accountability or customer service. Accidents happen, but refusing to communicate afterward speaks volumes about how this business operates. I would not recommend this location.

My partner and I visited this Valet Auto Wash for the first time today. IT IS THE BIGGEST auto wash we've ever been too! Lots of car wash lines, so you never have to wait. MORE THAN ENOUGH vacuum spaces, so you're never left out. Clean and organized. Very spacious! Also, Due to it being the month of Christmas, I noticed they created, what looks like a Christmas tree out of the "mops" that was the cars! Very festive& fun. Our children loved the atmosphere too!

I visited this location on July 1, 2025, with my black suv. The car only had some light pollen on it—nothing out of the ordinary. But after the wash, I noticed random white, circular spots all over the vehicle. It looked worse than when I arrived. I placed a complaint to one of the workers there. The owner called on July 3, 2025 and stated the car went in with birds stains so it came out with bird stains. It was due to birds, but the spots didn’t resemble bird droppings—they looked more like chemical or water stains. Also I inspected the car prior and asked to see the video footage on the phone . He refused. What exactly are you hiding if you are the one contacting me my phone, and do not want to show me the footage even though I too inspected the car prior. Its a luxury car of course I am going to inspect it prior to going through and saw one tiny bird stain not white blotches. When i reviewed yelp ... other people have noticed the white blotches as well from the machines. This means that you want to call me on the phone to have me recorded as saying you are right and I am wrong after saying that you are 100 percent right and I am wrong after i stated - 2 things can be right at the same time. I am not going to be recorded on a holiday weekend where you decided to contact me 2 days later to record what I am saying to make your business sound correct. You then claim the service should have given me another pass. Did you offer me another pass-no. You want me to pay for additional services -no thank you. I’ve used the Warminster location many times without issue, so I know what a clean car should look like (even after repeated poop stains and messier mud stains). This was a completely different experience. When I asked an attendant about the spots, I was told it was “normal” because the car had been sitting in the sun—even though it was raining at the time. Some of the marks even came off in the rain, but not with a microfiber cloth, which raises even more concerns. What is the point of going to a car wash if you cant wash cars? There were no signs advising customers to fold in mirrors, and no staff mentioned it either. When I raised concerns about the random white stains, the attendant claimed they’d “never seen this happen” in four years, yet they immediately knew how to file a damage claim—which suggests otherwise. Things escalated when the General Manager got involved when he decided to call me 2 days later. He called me—not to resolve the issue—but to argue. He raised his voice and repeatedly insisted I was “100% wrong.” Even more disturbing, he pressured me over the phone to say I was wrong so he could have it on record i assume. I refused and stated we could agree to disagree, but he became increasingly aggressive and eventually hung up on me. He also refused to review security footage or acknowledge the photo evidence I had showing the poor wash job. To make matters worse, a staff member wiped my car without permission—violating their own "touchless wash" policy. When I objected, I was told “anyone is allowed to touch your car,” which is completely unacceptable. I ended up paying out of pocket to have the issue corrected at a different location. And despite everything, the GM had the audacity to say I needed to come back and pay again for another wash. Absolutely not. Then hung up on me mid conversation. Being told I needed to “respect him because he’s the general manager” was just the final insult in an already frustrating situation. This was the worst $30 I’ve ever spent. The service was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Also to the GM who claimed he is allowed to touch my car: Car Wash Liability: Car wash owners may be responsible if the damage is due to malfunctioning equipment, negligence, or lack of proper maintenance. According to Progressive, this also includes cases where guidelines weren't clear or employees were not properly trained. This place should be shut down.
