What an absolute shame……I paid $40 for the works and boy did they give me the works. Even left a $10 tip but wow look at all the fingerprints and crud left in nooks & crannies, not to mention some exterior “ staining” that some how got through the wash, the valet service and a pass through the “ brilliance Wax” tunnel. I learned my lesson. Never again….. shame on them.

Not impressed. I used the full brilliance wash with interior valet service. See the attached photos. I had to use a bunch of disinfectant wipes to get the remainder of dirt removed. I also spent twenty minutes cleaning streak marks off the inside of my windows. What is the point of paying someone else for interior service if you have to clean it again yourself anyway?

I used to like this car wash until I noticed huge scratches on the back of my car. I am 100% sure this carwash scratched my car since I never took it to any other place and my car is just a few months old.

This car wash is awesome, except that its missing one critical detail. Before the car enters the car wash machinery, the workers should be pre-washing it down so that once it enters the machinery any dry dirt on the vehicle doesnt act as sand paper on the vehicle.

I have never visited this place but my friends from Massachusetts who have visited me twice in the past 2 years Make it a must-stop before they head back to New England. Quite honestly I roll my eyes at how much they gush about how exciting and how much they love this car wash 😂

I am a member here. I like it. Sometimes the interior crew forget to wipe down the inside of the front windshield. And they need to fix the buffer lane tire shine. There's a piece of metal bent outward where the tire meets this sharp metal point. Update***. They fixed the tire shiner.

Demoting the rating due to bad handling of the monthly pass. I paid for the monthly option ....when I went thru a second time, it didn't "recognize my car....i thought it might register the license plate. The receipt says you can scan the receipt. This option didn't work either. I had to get people behind me to back up so I could get out of the line and check with the office. The office attendant was annoyed that I was bothering him....he said scanning the receipt doesn't work. (Duh)....I asked him why it was printed on the receipt. .no answer ..he said the wash attendant should have given me a sticker. Sorry buddy...i guess you have personnel problems on top of bad info on your receipts...not to mention an attitude problem. He grumbled through correcting the problem... never apologized for my inconvenience or acknowledged their mistakes. I'll compare to other cat washes to see if I want to deal with the rudeness and incompetence. (First review). The drive thru itself is nice.... you can stay in your car. You can then vacuum, dry on your own.....even without driving through. It was a busy Saturday morning so I couldn't speak to attendent about how the monthly pass I bought works. I hope it remembers my license plate so I don't have to scan receipt each time. I will update after a second wash.

I liked the idea of letting me dry and vacuum my own car - I'm sure it reduced (labor) costs; it also gave me the freedom to choose to spend lots of effort on spots that wouldn't be practical for employees that are trying to just get done quickly. Great vacuum! I admire the ingenuity of coming up with an interactive screen that I pull up to, to select what kind of wash I want and then pay for it with a credit card - that also cut back on (labor) costs. I was only disappointed that they didn't resupply my drying towels - but even that could be because I arrived at that station 5 minutes before closing! Overall a "thumbs up" - I intend to come back.

I went there to wash my car and I paid like a $44 something to do inside outside job to clean my car from inside and outside the job but inside Job was horrible everywhere like under the seas. There was a dust on top of the seas. There was a crumbs which I was trying to clean and my mirror and my windshield. Everything was as it has like it has been not clean. I will put some pictures you guys can see it so please, my advice don’t go there to clean your car

I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed.. I was charged $959.00 for a service I didn’t receive the service was supposed to detain the interior and exterior for 8 hours it’s no way my car was touched. when I picked up my car it had not been cleaned my seats had not been shampooed at all my cup holder was still dirty my seats still had stains on them .. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. The manager on duty was very rude and called the police knowing my car was not clean they had 2 workers on a Saturday so I know for sure my car was not worked on for 8 hours I would not recommend anyone to go here to get they car detailed. They have 1 number for all locations so when I call to speak to a head manager I’m told no one is available . The outside of my car supposed to have been waxed with some type of ceramic that supposedly keep the paint on the car for 3 years and I was told that cost $500 my car had no shine to it whatsoever.. my overall experience was a complete disaster and I felt like I was robbed with my eyes open.. Horrible job

Best carwash I've ever seen. And I’ve never seen another car wash like it. They have a fabulous interior service. They will do your windows and vacuum. Or you can use the free vacuums where they provide clean towels and the air gun to blow out any of those nooks and crannies. Plus, no matter how cold it is, they have vacuums on the inside Of the building, so you don’t even have to be in the elements while vacuuming and there are definitely ample vacuums. I personally like the add on of brilliance shine tunnel it adds really nice shine to my older car .Not to mention every employee is super nice.

Me and my partner love the auto wash! We've had a membership for years and it's so worth the money! There's an option between self vacuuming indoors or outdoors. There's unlimited towels for anyone to use on their vehicles. It's always cleaned and organized. We've never had a bad experience!

Paying $20 for a rinse, then manually wiping all the corners yourself. If the machines can't remove basic bird poop or water spots, can't reach any crevice, and don't clean your rims at all, what exactly are you paying for? This was the highest non ceramic service and every body panel has areas missed.

The free vacuuming was the best…and the setup was the best… The vacuums are ready to go..with one available for both sides of the car. At most places, you put a lot of quarters in and then you have to awkwardly walk around with it to both sides of the car.. inevitably it’s more difficult to reach the opposite side… There’s a trash can and fresh clothes for your car. The only thing they ask is that you spend no more than 15 minutes on it… I assume that’s a policy to ensure no one has to wait forever..It’s not like it’s times. I liked this car wash because you can choose what type of car wash you want on the computer screen… no upselling pressure at all. My car was so dirty… and it worked.. There’s no pressure for to tip once you’re done. The car washes I remember typically have employees who dry off your car by hand…and I didn’t have to worry about whether I had any cash for tips anyway.

Went to this one bc reviews for the Princeton one said this location was better. Just did the $16 option car wash (cheapest was $13). Staff was friendly, payment was easy, and the environment was spacious, clean, and nice. But, not recommended for an EV. Back of car barely got cleaned. And some bird poop on my side window didn’t come off :/ Was hoping for a more thorough job.

Once you go through the car was there's a great big indoor parking area for you to put the finishing touches on your unit. I got the $16.00 was as I was passing through. I was super pleased with the results. All modern equipment that does a great job of washing g your car.
