Paid for the $40 wash, car was still a complete mess, had to grab one of their cloths by the vacuums and wipe it down myself after employee said the “mess won’t come off” and wouldn’t give me a refund.

My car came out dirty on one side which you can see in the pictures, bit of a disappointing result after parting with $18. They did offer to give me a coupon for a free wash when I pointed it out but when checking around my car I had swirls all over lightly scratched by the brushes they use sadly. Edit: Returned using the coupon to give it another go, equally as poor a result.

This car wash never gets my car completely clean. Always still dirty in the same spot. Halfway down my doors there are always spots. I pointed it out to them and they've let me go through again but the same issue exists. Staff is nice, the place is pretty clean but I'm there for a car wash and that part ain't working.

Great 👍🏾 have been a member for almost 2 years glad they built this one closer to me. Upgraded to full indoor car was vacuum and even added a brilliance shine drive through so you never really have to get out your car fully touch less car wash will have your vehicle looking brilliant.

I went in there on 2/17/2024. However, I went in this time and their track popped my tire. The worker insinuated immediately that my tire was bald and that I could have had a nail. They say it is my fault BEWARE. It is literally an enter at your own risk car wash. They don't care enough to help out their loyal customer, especially if they claim it does not happen often.

I took my Bronco and got the auto car wash full package. My car came out pretty decent and I am very happy with the result. Of course there were some missed spots but it is an automatic wash and won't be as precise as a full detail. Staff is friendly and I would definitely bring my vehicle back again.

CHECK YOU BANK ACCOUNTS! Been a proud customer of this car wash for a little over 3 years and recommend to everyone in the area. On-site staff has always been great and the manager Ramone was very attentive when I addressed him with my issue. A little after I joined in 2022 the pricing increased and I changed my plan to a lesser plan to cut cost. However, after reviewing my auto payments I noticed that I was being double charged for both the old plan and the new FOR 3 YEARS! I reached out to customer service (which you can only do via email as they do not answer the phone line) and was refused a refund for what I was overcharged. When I requested to speak to a manager I never got a response. I created a new query in hopes of getting another customer service rep to review my file and did not receive a response. I am a very frequent customer, sometimes coming in 1x per week on my current plan. So I am very disappointed as they were ok taking an additional $1k+ in total for a supposed deactivated subscription and unwilling to provide a refund.

Have been a monthly customer with Valet since they started. This location always good with friendly staff and good working equipment. Always plenty of bays available inside and out. This location also has air hose to blast out water from trim pieces so it's not running down your dried car. If your local or live a little further north towards Trenton get the monthly plan. Prices for single wash are hi if you're going there more than once a month

Great place to wash your car 🚗 👌 I don't understand how you can give a low rating; you can literally go through the wash 50 time a day for the price of a regular carwash once a month; how do you beat that🤔 I take all my cars there and Never had an issue. At the end of the day, it's an automated Car Wash, I drive nothing but the best quality vehicles and I never have an issue. Great Price, Great Service. One thing I must warn you of though, ⚠️DONT USE THE APP⚠️ It doesn't match the system they have at the facility for some reason, also if you have multiple cars you have to use separate accounts with the app.

My car was damaged going through the car wash. The attendant instructed me to put it in drive even though it felt like the car was stuck. When the damage was found after person on charge saod come back tomorrow as the GM had gone home already. The next day the GM told me if I dont have a receipt it didnt happen. Which the previous guy had already taken a picture of the day prior. When I provided my receipt they said I had to fill out an accident report the day it happened. When I said I didnt know their policy, I was told by their staff to come back and that I didnt accept that answer. The GM then said she reviewed the video and it was because I drove. Which I told her the attendant stopped the wash and instructed me to drive so that's also not my fault. Then they had me fill out a report which Im sure went no where. Been using this place for years without incident but the management is very unprofessional.

The store's facilities are really nice, and the vacuuming is free, too! 👍 But the prices are kinda high for the South Jersey area. For the same quality of service, Berlin Quick Wash only charges $8 per wash. And for members, it's just $18.99 a month. Plus, they also offer free vacuuming. It's way cheaper than this place.

Never had an issue with this car was before located in Burlington, NJ always been nice and opened on time. Recently opening very late and not becoming a reliable source when needing to get my car wash. I like to get things done early on the weekends and I need a reliable place that opens when they are suppose to. Very disappointed.

Smeared mess. The attendant was super sweet and did her level best. Paid 30 for the wash and wax plus another 10 for tip. The car wash failed to remove the road salt and bird crap. I expected the car to be clean at least but it's not. The attendant tried her best to correct what the wash failed to do. I got home and had to rebuff all the smeared wax. Wax "boogers" congealed by my mirrors. Salt smeared all over the bottom of the car. I might give this another shot in warmer weather but for what I paid this was low value.
