Detailed 2 vehicles, one for me and then one for a co-worker. Neither vehicle was done as promised, bugs still left on both vehicles after a bit pricey full detail. Would not recommend.

SCAM!!!! I hired V.I.P Mobile Detailing L.L.C. for a cleanup and mold removal service. The owner personally assured me that the mold would not return and even guaranteed the work. Unfortunately, the mold came back, and when I reached out about the issue, the owner refused to honor the guarantee. He was rude, dismissive, and stopped responding altogether. The mold removal clearly did not work, and the lack of professionalism made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone—poor service, no accountability, and no follow-through on their own guarantee. I have now attached screenshots since MR.Chambers obviously lacks integrity. And clearly scammed me. Book at your own risk. . Let’s not delete your statement of never servicing me now sir. MR CHAMBERS HAS NOW CHANGED HIS RESPONSE TO ME 3 TIMES. Clearly in GUILTY conscience. The Number displayed is the BUSINESS number. This is not a personal attack but yet holding a business/ Owner to correct business standards. images were uploaded to warn other of this predatory behavior. I now leave it in Gods hands. You can lie to google but you can’t lie to God.

Christopher provided fast, same day, mobile service all the way out to our very rural address! Friendly! Professional! Great job on 2 large, dirty vehicles. At first I gave a 5 star rating the evening of the detail; however, it dropped to a definite 3 upon getting in my car. It was not a very detailed interior cleaning. The price also increased from what was quoted on the phone per vehicle ($50 per car).

Chris charges $50 for headlight cleaning on both headlights which is a very reasonable rate. He also accepts credit card payments with no surcharge. First time, cleaning left a streak. Chris came back a second time the next day to redo the headlight cleaning at no charge. The headlights now look very clear. I really appreciate it.
