★☆☆☆☆ This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a car wash and I really think it deserves zero stars, but I’ll give it a one to tell the story. A few weeks ago I went through this car wash expecting nothing but the best since it was fairly new to the area. But nonetheless I was incredibly wrong. I went through and vacuumed my car, and at the end of my experience there I noticed there was damage to my car from the car wash. I wasn’t mad or upset AT ALL. I went to the office and told them what happened to my car as soon as it happened, and I really thought this might even be the first incident they’ve had on someone’s vehicle (which maybe it was, who knows?). They took photos and said they would handle it. There were no managers there at the time, so just incase the information was never relayed back to the manager I called back the next day to let them know what happened. I was very calm and very nice, and they said they would get back to me when the insurance answered, which would take about two days they said. I let five days go by and I decided to just help them out and go get a quote on the damage that was done. I went to the place and dropped it off at WhiteWater Express and they said again “we will get back to you”. I called them maybe five times to be exact since it first happened which would be about three weeks ago, and I never once got a call back. I called back for my final time and the “manager” said there was no incident report ever filled out for me, which confused me because I had sent everything I needed to, such as pictures, vin number, etc, to the “managers” when it first happened. The “manager” promised to call me back, but after that last call it’s like my phone number is now blocked from their system or they just decline it. I expected better service from a brand new business, but now since I went through their carwash I have to sit with damage on my basically brand new car and find the funds to be able to pay for the damage even when it wasn’t my fault.
